Satomi didn't think Kazuya would come back. When he did Satomi stood in shock. Only when he saw that Kazuya was in need of help did he snap out of it and move. He threw the kunai at the one Pheonix had thrown and then places himself between the two once more. "Touch him, and I swear on my life I'll kill you." Satomi needed his scythe to put forth such a threat, but he'd have to do with what he had.

Pheonix looked at Satomi as he made his threat. "You're weaponless, what can you possibly do Satomi." Pheonix turned his card and then tossed it to Satomi. It set off like a flashbomb. Pheonix moved towards the Kage, a kunai in hand. He had no problems elimination Satomi.

Itachi entered the village. He could here voices. This was unusual for everyone in the village was usually deadly quiet. Itachi neared the Death Valley. There fought Satomi, Kazuya, and Pheonix. Walking towards them at a steady pace he came upon them. He appeared between Satomi and Pheonix. Grabbing Pheonix's wrist and then holding a kunai to Satomi's throat. "I'd like to get some fresh air from this dreary village without a subbordinate failing to keep the balance." Itachi was looking at the ground. "And I expected for the Kage to keep his word, and a certain boy to stay in his place until." Itachi looked up. His eyes in Mangekyou Sharingan.

Pheonix swallowed and stepped back knowing that Itachi was in no joking mood. This was why he'd wanted Kazuya to just go on by his buisness instead of messing around. "Sorry," he said. "It won't happen again." His head was bowed. He stole a quick glance at the other two. From what Itachi had said, he suspected Kazuya and him had already met. It looked like Itachi's soft spot for children remained since the boy had gotten out alive. Pheonix put his kunai up, refusing to look directly at Itachi. He didn't have a death wish.

Kazuya tried to keep a hold on the guy's leg, but he ripped it away. Kazuya closed his eyes and cringed slightly as Pheonix went to throw a kunai at him. But then Kazuya heard a clashing sound, only to then hear Satomi tell the guy to leave him alone. Kazuya then opened his eyes to see Satomi in front of him. He stood up, only to smell a familiar scent, that he would rather have not. Kazuya took a step back and swallowed when Itachi showed up between Satomi and the other akatsuki. He was near shaking already. He'd been in a fight with the guy already, and didn't want it to happen again. "What? Now I'm not allowed to talk to my kage?" Kazuya growled angrily, being as stubborn as when he first met Itachi. He wouldn't let any akatsuki get the best of him. Kazuya's eyes caught Itachi's, and for the third time since he'd met the akatsuki, Kazuya couldn't bring his eyes away, even though he feared them immensely.

Satomi didn't move when the kunai came close to his throat. He didn't have the proper weapon to face Itachi. He had to be one of the few Akatsuki's that Satomi would say posed a true threat to the ninja in the village. But he continued to hold the kunai in hand in case he needed to stop an unexpected attack. When Kazuya spoke he stepped back. "Hush," he said. He wasn't meaning to be disrepectful, but they were up against two Akatsuki.

Itachi looked at Pheonix and back handed him. "That's right, it won't happen again." Itachi was displeased with how things were running at the moment. It was as if the villagers weren't getting the message that the Akatsuki were now over the Death. He'd have to fix that. Itachi barely looked at Kazuya as he started to speak. He actually ignored him and looked at Satomi. "Do you plan on using that kunai?"

Satomi looked at Kazuya and then to Itachi. "That depends on what you do next." He'd already seen the guy hit hs own alley, he wouldn't run the chance of having to fight Itachi Not unarmed. "Kazuya, stay back," he said not taking his eyes off of Itachi. "If I say run, please get out of here as fast as you can."

Pheonix fell back as Itachi hit him. Completely unexpected. He stood up after Itachi had turned his attention to the two Death Ninja. Staying his distance he watched. If Kazuya ran, he'd take him down. If Satomi attacked he'd leave it to Itachi. He wouldn't win anyway. These Death Ninja, they've got guts, taking us on without any guarantee of success. I'll give them their props.

Kazuya looked at Satomi and his shoulders fell slightly as he told Kazuya to hush. He crossed his arms and looked off to the side with a small "hmph." Why did he have to fear stupid akatsuki? This was his village! Kazuya only blinked in shock as Itachi hit the other akatsuki. These guys were ruthless, especially Itachi. Kazuya swallowed and stepped back when Satomi said stay back. If it wasn't such a tense situation, Kazuya would've told Satomi he hadn't done it because he'd told him to. "Yeah right," he told Satomi almost angrily as he said to run if Satomi said. He glared around at Pheonix and Itachi. Who did these two think they were? Kazuya's hands balled up into fists, but he stayed put. He wouldn't run from these two clowns no matter what. He'd already faced off against Itachi once, so he knew what the guy was capable of, but that didn't mean that Kazuya would back down. In all truth, these akatsuki scared him half to death, but he was waaay too prideful to show it.

Satomi had no clue what he was getting himself into. If he believed that Itachi would show mercy then he was surely mistaken. Itachi looked from Kazuya to the older death ninja. "I heard Death ninja welcome Death. You will beg for it before this over with." Itachi took hold of his kunai and moved towards Satomi, bringing the kunai down with force. What Pheonix chose to do next was up to him. Itachi had his own business to handle.

Orders were to get rid of the Kage. The best part about all this was that the he was standing less than ten feet away. Pheonix retrieved a card and flipped it. "Joker." He said. Itachi was fighting Satomi, that would leave Kazuya wide open. He smiled and moved towards Kazuya. Landing a kick to his shoulder. This fight would end with both leaders dead. Kazuya and Satomi would ceased to exist and the Akatsuki would have full control.
