Tenkuu was dressed in her Kage outfit as she walked out onto the rebuilt balcony. Her pink eyes blank as she came to a stop at the edge. Two ANBU stood behind her for safety measures. Today Tenkuu would be addressing the villages. It was time for a change in this village. There would be no more weak minded Tenkuu who was reckless with her work. She would be a good Kage, one everyone respected, even better than her mother. Silently she waited for the villagers of the Stealth to gather.

Ivan wanted to know what this was all about. Officials had come knowing on his door, talking about how the Kage was calling a village meeting. Hadn't they thrown her out of office yet? The orange haired Chuunin gave a tiny chuckle and walked out to the Kage's Office, pushing his way to the front so he could see what was going on. "Anyone know what this is about," he asked curiously. "I mean, it's kind of odd that she suddenly calls a meeting after all this time."

Sukai had been hanging around the Kage's office because he was trying to request a mission, but that clearly was not happening. The blue haired jonin was quite surprised when he was told to go outside and wait for the Kage to speak to the village. "Alright," he said with a shrug and went outside. He took a seat on a nearby village and then looked at Tenkuu as she walked out. Why was she looking like that? He wondered if she was about to resign publicly. There had been rumors, but he'd chosen not to ask her about it.

Etsu was playing with her toys when she heard the knock on the door. She happily went over and answered it. "Yes?" She asked. There was an ANBU standing there. Had he not had a mask on, one could tell he was confused. "Hi little lady, where is your parents?" Etsu shrugged. "I don't have any, but if you're looking for Shen, he's not here." The ANBU nodded. "Regardless, you're required to attend the meeting today in the village near the Kage's Office, it should be starting shortly." Etsu smiled. "Okay." She then closed the door and went to her room, changing into nicer clothes and then heading out. She skipped to the office and looked around for someone she knew, but could find no one. It was okay though, she quickly found a place where she wouldn't be in the way.

Katsu ran through the village into a ANBU who grabbed her by the hair taking her to the meeting. Katsu walks over to Sukai" um excuse me mister do I have to be here because I want to go play in the Koi pond." She said Sitting down next to Sukai kicking the ground. Katsu didn't like being treated unfair because she like to play. Katsu then pulls a small bouncy ball out her pocket and started to play.

Zess sat on the railing of the newly built balcony watching out making sure no one breaks into a riot. Right now Zess could see the face people were making when Tenkuu walked out on the balcony some were even talking about if she wasn't going to resign someone in the village was going to attempt a coup d'etat causing the newly rebuilt stealth to get destroyed again. Suddenly Zess sees two males whispering about something."Sodom go see what those two over there are talking about." he said gesturing over to the males. Sodom goes to investigate and comes back transforming into human form "Master they are only talking about if she was going to resign publicly because they don't need their kage to leave. They say if she leaves office then there will be a in balance in power and people will kill to become Kage." Sodom told Zess taking a deep breath after talking. Zess looks at Tenkuu to see what she was going to do.

Tenkuu took in a short breath. "Ladies and gentlemen of the Stealth, if you would please quiet down, for I have something important to say." Tenkuu let out the breath she'd been holding. "I know many of you have heard rumors of me resigning, but that is not the reason I called you here. I have called you, the people of my village, here to apologize for my poor performance as Kage, and to reassure you, that today is a day of change here in the Stealth. Today, I am here to remind you that this village does not give up, we rise above the challenge. We have gone through hard times with the constant attacks, and that is due to my poor judgement. I promise you, from here on out, I will be the Kage you deserve. Treaties will be renewed and missions will be assigned. Guards will be stationed and this village will return to it's former glory." She gave a small bow. "Again, I apologize for my lack of leadership." Standing straight up, she looked over the crowd. "Before I open the floor to questions, I would like for you all to know that I am now looking for an Assistant. Thank you for your time. You may now ask questions if you wish."

Katsu throws her ball into the stratosphere and jumps up on the bench"HEY kage i have a question." she said waving her hands in the air so she can be seen "I would like to be your assistant if your looking for one." Katsu was not paying much attention to the first part of the announcement but heard when Tenkuu said she will need a assistant. Katsu was eager to get a job working with and next to the Kage to Katsu Tenkuu was a hero.

Sukai looked at the girl when she called him mister. He wasn't much older than she was, so it was pretty weird. May he add that she'd mentioned playing when the Kage was making a public announcement. It became even more ridiculous when she asked Tenkuu to be the assistant. She's insane, he thought to himself. He slowly removed himself from the girl and her oddness, he didn't have time for that kind of stuff. There were more important things to do, like congratulate his sister on her speech and her will to stay Kage despite the circumstances.

Ivan turned his closed eyes to the girl asking to be Kage. "Save yourself the embarrassment little lady and remain where you are. A mere genin like yourself isn't qualified for the rank of Assistant. Besides, you're a bit of an air head." Usually Ivan wasn't as forward as he was being right now, but it was true, the girl was clueless. Ivan gave a small huff. "Try and be realistic little lady. We need a strong Assistant. Take your dreams back to the playground."

Tenkuu tried not to make a face when the girl asked her about being her new Assistant. Since she was so far up, she could not hear the rude comments that Ivan was making towards the younger girl. As kindly and as respectfully as she could, Tenkuu gave Katsu an answer. "I'm sure you'd make a great candidate for Assistant, but I can see you are still a genin and I'm looking for someone more experienced," she said softly. "I do admire your optimist though. Maybe when you've risen in rank you can join me in the office, until then, train hard." It was kind of awkward talking like that to someone who was a few years younger than herself.

Katsu eyes turn black and a black Demonic aura appears around her when Ivan said his little smart comment." I'm going to rip your body in half and eat your soul." she told Ivan as she her teeth and claws grew longer. Katsu demon has released itself and wanted to rip Ivan apart and eat his soul. Two black tendrils appear on Katsu's aura." Katsu I want to eat his heart too" the left tendril said as both tendrils lunge out at Ivan at incredible speed.

Shen had gotten a call from an ANBU about the village-wide meeting, the guy saying that he'd checked the house first, but hadn't found him there. This ANBU just happened to be a friend, so Shen wasn't worried about the guy having checked in at his home. Upon arriving in the crowd, he looked around for Etsu, but instead spotted Sukai, Ivan, and a girl in her mid-teens, who was complaining about being there. He gave a light sigh. Why was she a ninja if she was going to complain about hearing a message from the very person who signed her pay checks? Shen looked to the tower as Tenkuu came out and began to speak, paying full attention to her. So, she'd decided to stay in office after all. And it sounded like she was serious about it. Good. They didn't need to be changing leaders right now. Not after all that had occurred.

The golden brown eyes ANBU looked to the girl from earlier, who was now asking to be Tenkuu's assistant. And then came Ivan, making a smart remark. Sighing, Shen paused and blinked when the genin suddenly attacked Ivan for his comment. Great, just what he needed. Coming up behind the blue haired girl, Shen grabbed the back of her neck, intent on pulling her away from Ivan in order to avoid a huge conflict in the middle of a meeting. "Call it back. We do not attack our allies, get it kid? While he could have phrased it in a less abrasive manner, Ivan's right. You're too inexperienced." As was shown by her little outburst of anger here.

Zess sigh and jumps down from protecting Tenkuu in front of the tendrils before the could make contact with Ivan. Stopping both tendrils with his right arm he grabs them with his left then looks at Shen when he came and grabbed Katsu by the neck."Let her go Shen." Zess said Removing Shen off Katsu "Come with me girl so we can talk." Zess said walking towards the Koi Pond." Why are you picking fights with people? You make our kind look bad when you let you demon self take over." Zess told Katsu putting his hand in the Koi Pond " Katsu look at me when i tell you this you are sixteen years old and act like a three year old it is about time for you to grow up."

Shen looked at Zess as he told him to let the girl go. He had to hold back from making himself look a fool and growling in his human form. Nonetheless, Shen's eyes grew cold and he removed his hand from the back of the girl's neck, glaring at Zess. Who the hell did this guy think he was? He might've been ANBU, but he had no rights trying to order him of all people around like that. Shen didn't like using titles to usurp others, but he was the ANBU Captain for goodness sake! Oh, he was going to have a talk with that guy later. But for now, he was gonna let him go off and talk to the kid. Shen gave a glance at Ivan, and a brief nod towards him. He didn't really think the guy had done anything wrong, more than putting a kid in her place. Of course, Ivan himself wasn't much older than the girl. At least he was a bit more mature. But first thing came first. He wanted to talk to Tenkuu, then go see Etsu, then and only then would he deal with that Zess character.

The tendrils bite down on Luka's arm" Katsu the hell with killing that little boy this guy's blood is delicious it has a familiar taste to it" they said in a synchronized tone. The tendrils disappear when Zess grabs them. Katsu twist and twirls trying to snap at Shen's arm but instead stabs him in the arm with her claws when Shen told said we don't attack our allies she turns back into her regular self."I'm......I'm sowwie that i attacked you and tried to hurt our allies." she told the three of them. She started to cry but stop when Zess took her over to the Koi Pond to talk. Katsu jumped into the Koi Pond disturbing the fish." But i never do anything wrong everybody always start with me and i don't think that is fair and since you know so much about demons how about you teach me to control it then." Snapping at Zess

Zess turns around back towards the meeting" I can't help you with your demonic side." he told Katsu " I'm going to go back up to the meeting do what you please but do me a favor and stop getting in trouble and listen to your kage." Zess told Katsu jumping from the Koi Pond all the way up there with Tenkuu. Sodom runs over to Zess grabbing his bleeding arm" Master you are injured what happened and who did this to you?" Sodom asked. Sodom then started to wrap it up in bandages Zess looked at Sodom when he started to wrap his arm up " Sodom don't worry about it." he said as the blood leaked through the bandages onto the floor.

Tenkuu felt rather disrespected when a fight broke out in the middle of people asking her questions. She frowned. She did not know who that Genin was, but she was in some serious question. She looked to Shen and the other ANBU who had stopped the occurrence. This was the reason she was changing her ways. Tenkuu crossed her arms. "Thank you everyone for your cooperation, you are now dismissed to return to your duties." The Kage then turned and headed inside, smiling when a small cheer started. Going into her office, she looked at Zess. "Sir, if you will retrieve that Genin, Shen, and the boy who the Genin attacked, I will be very grateful." With that she took a seat at her desk.

Ivan Thorn had been putting on a kind front for the longest. It was easy to keep up the good guy act when he didn't have a record. When the girl named Katsu attacked him, he was about ready to fight her back, but didn't have to lift a finger, because the ANBU Captain and one of his ANBU where already there to stop the attack. When all had settled down, Ivan looked to Shen. "Thank you," he said. "I honestly didn't mean to offend her." He gave a small smile. "I probably should watch what I say from now on." He turned away and started down the street, a tiny grin forming across his face as he walked.

Nodding his head to the orders he just received. Zess goes jumps down to retrieve Shen, Ivan, and Katsu." Boy Shen the Kage would like to see you in her office now." Zess then walks over to Katsu pulling her out the Koi Pond "Katsu come with me the Kage wants to see you in her office and she doesn't seem happy so find your best behavior when you get there." he told her going back into Tenkuu office waiting on the wall. He knew what this was about and that Katsu was about to be severely punished for what she did. Closiing his eyes and crossing his arm Zess waited for everyone to come in so she can question them.

Shen looked to Ivan as he thanked him. "It's not your fault. She's a ninja, and needs to start learning how to act like one. It would have been a different case if she were a freshly admitted Academy student, but she's not," he said. Shen didn't really remember under what circumstances he'd met Ivan, but at least he remembered the guy's name. When the guy from before came over and told him the Kage would like to see them, he gave a curt nod. How bad an example would he be making if he just attacked the guy then and there? Shaking his head as he walked, Shen pushed the thought aside. When did he start becoming so short tempered? He'd always been cocky and arrogant, sure, but short tempered too? Shen didn't bother putting on his mask as he walked to Tenkuu's office. It was hanging around the back of his neck, and he had his hat on anyways. No, Shen didn't dress like your average ANBU. ANBU were supposed to be anonymous ninja, all dressed the same to avoid having grudges brought against them in the heat of battle. And on top of that, it generally confused the enemy as to which ninja was doing which jutsu. Which was why ANBU with the same colored hair were usually put on teams.

Ivan was glad that at least the ANBU Captain was not faulting him for this little incident. His green eyes opened slightly when the other ANBU said he was wanting at the Kage's office. He should have seen this coming. "Okay," he said as he walked over to the Kage's office, his eyes closing once more as he walked. He hoped he wasn't about to end up in a world of trouble. He couldn't afford to get into trouble. He had stuff to do and that did not include hearing a lecture from Lady Tenkuu, no disrespect intended.

Etsu watched the happily as Tenkuu spoke. She really did admire the pink haired Kage more than anyone. The brown haired Academy Ninja started to look around for Shen when it was over, but saw him talking to another ninja and then heading towards the Kage's Office. "Hmm," she said with a sigh. "Oh well, I'll see him at home," she spoke as she headed in the opposite direction. She figured there was no point in bothering him when he was working.

Katsu swallowed and walked up to the office of the Kage opening the door and standing quietly by the door. Katsu knew she had to be in trouble over the little incident that with Ivan. She felt that all the blame was going to go directly towards her because apparently she over-reacted. Katsu eyes being to water at the thought of being punished because Ivan started the fight. She felt like everyone in the village hated her because she was different. Suddenly her demon half started telling her to kill the kage and run the village for yourself. Speaking in a soft low voice she says " Yes ma'am you wanted to see me." grabs her head ignoring her demon.

Tenkuu took in a short breath when she had all of the Shinobi that she'd requested in her office. "Let me begin by stating that you," she looked directly at Katsu, "should be ashamed of yourself. To ask to be my assistant and then engage in such reckless conduct only moments afterwards. I want your name and Rank, now." She then looked to Ivan who had been the intended victim. "As for you, stay put." She looked to Shen. "You were mediator, explain what happened." She crossed her arms over her chest. She really needed an assistant to write down this stuff, but it looked like she'd have to do it herself. She had other things to do besides hear this nonsense. She needed to be assigning missions and things of the sort.
