Halo laid in the unknown looking up at the sky. It was covered in clouds. She remembered when she used to live up in them. She couldn't say that she didn't miss it up there, that would be a downright lie. But what right did they have kicking her down her like that? It's not like hurting a human was completely unforgivable or anything! Okay, so...it was. But still...

Her white hair was covering alot of the ground around her head. It was unusually warm where she was for the time of year, but she liked it. She liked the warm weather, and started thinking that the Magma would've been better suited for her. But it was too late now. she'd already settled into the Stealth. Halo had a very bright and pleasant aura to her, which made it obvious what she was. She sat up quickly when she sensed something....demonic, coming her way.

(ahhhhh, lmfao! A ship! omg Halo, omg!)

Bat walked through the Unknown. He'd made it to his teenage years though he was still no more than six years old. (check the full pic in his album.) He'd grown over night and so had his power. Once he'd reached an adult stage he'd be able to awaken his true demonic blade. He grinned with the though until something distgustingly pleasant came about him. "Yuck," he snapped when he saw Halo. "Nasty, trashy, too good, peice of...." Bat was so digusted he couldn't even finish. "You're terrible," he growled.

(hm? I don't get it. -.=?)

Halo looked at the boy, who looked no more than her age. But she knew better. She'd never met anyone with such a dark aura, and was more than just offended at what he said. "And what about your horrible dark aura, huh?" Halo glared at him. She'd never been one to get mad easily, but this boy just.... "Hmph, who are you?"

(don't get what?)

Bat looked at the girl with a cold stare. "I'm Bat," he said. "My aura is much better than yours for the record." Then without any notice at all he said in a low tone that was so sinister, "A child of the Heavens, how delightfully nice, it's been a while since we've met one of those, kill her shall we," his darker side said. Bat blinked. It'd caught him off guard but that disgusting aura of Halo was far too intoxicating to keep him out of it for too long. "And just who are you?"

Halo blinked as she felt a sudden surge of extraordinarily dark energy come from him as his voice changed. She stood up almost immediately. "My name is Halo. What are you doing out here? I mean in the human world? You should go back to where you belong!" She said coldly.

(a new enemy...ship. Really Halo, what kind of title is that. It was so random.)

"Look who's talking Fallen Angel," he said. Bat and his split personallilty was for once working along side one another instead of against each other. Not to mention he hadn't had a chat with his darker side since Kazuya. Which was back when he first met the guy. Other than that his voice had just changed to extremely older. But this was pure evil. Right from the shell. "I do what I please here," he said. "Why are you here?" "I don't understand why you keep chatting, just kill her already," he darker side said.

She couldn't even start to explain how much she hated being called Fallen. And she refused to be intimidated by such a being as this child, she refused! No evil being would trump her! "I'm here because...that's, that's not your business!" Halo looked at his and put one of her hands in her pocket where her marbles were, just in case he decided to listen to his other, more evil sounding half.

(This shall go down in history! They are so getting rewarded for this.)

Bat grinned. "Exactly," he said taking a dangerous step forward. "You stink is annoying. Too good, but yet you were kicked from heaven, thus the name Fallen," he said putting more emphasis on the word this time. He knew it was pissing her offf and he was enjoying every moment of it. He slowly pulled out Nightshade and stuck the blade in the ground. "You pull a weapon and I'll cut you down, even farther than you have fallen from heaven. Such a pathetic place."

Halo glared at him as he put emphasis on the word fallen. He knew she hated it and was just toying with her. "What makes you think you can cut me down demon?" She said angrily. Pulling out her black marble she held it in front of her and looked at Bat. "Now does this look like a weapon to you?"

Bat rolled his head in a circle then stopped. "Because you've no power over me and light always falls to darkness," he said as his laugh got switched with his darker side. He then watched as she pulled out the marble and asked if it looked like a weapon. He blinked and when he spoke his voice overlapped with his darkside, "Yes," he said as he pulled Nightshade from the ground and spun the blade in an arc so that shadows leaped at Halo. "Goodbye Fallen Angel," he said. "Rain of Darkness." The sky became black and though light is needed for Shadows, Bat is special.

Halo knew a fight was inevitable, and she knew she egged it on. But any chance she'd get to eliminate a demon, she'd take. It was her sworn duty as an angel....fallen or not. Halo grasped the dark marble in her hand and whispered "Shield." The marble changed into a black shield, a little less than half her size. As the shadows hit the shield, it seemed as if they were absorbed into the shield, that or completely dispersed. Quickly pulling out her yellow marble, she whispered "Sword." The yellow marble changed into a sword that, despite the darkness around them, glowed brightly. Halo glared at Bat. "I won't allow a demon like you to walk this planet!" She said as she slashed her sword horizontally, sending a wave of light speeding towards Bat.

Bat grinned. This would be interesting. As she blocked his attack and sent a wave of light at him he jumped into a tree. "Such a nusicance you are," he said with another laugh. "You shall fall without mercy from me," he said. Then he pulled up Nightshade and jumped from the tree towards her. "Black Demise." His blade started to glow with a black aura as he attempted to clash with Halo.

Halo held her blade fast as Nightshade clashed with it. It seemed that the aura's of the two blades intertwined as they were held against each other. There'd be no way that Halo'd be able to grab for another marble and hold her sword against his at the same time. She'd have to make due with what she'd already pulled. "And don't expect any from me," she said as she pushed Bat's blade back and slashed at him. The light emitted from Halo's blade now seemed dimmer, but stronger than before.

Bat slid back as she slashed her blade at him. A small cut form an his face. He wiped it away slowly. "You cut me," he said as if he was sarcastically suprised. (if that's even possible.) "Now it's my turn," he said. If only he had his other blade life would be much easier on this retched planet. Too bad that guardian of his forbid it along with his father. Bat sighed. They'd both die painfully under his true form. He then moved towards Halo but then disappeared behind her. He lifted his sword and swung it in a powerful arc.

Halo was ready for him as he started coming towards her, but hadn't expected him to disappear. A small shiver ran through her spine as she realized where he'd reappeared. Spinning around quickly, Halo held up her arm that had the dark shield attached to it, the blade hitting it dead on, causing her to fall back from the force of it. She flinched, even though the shield had absorbed most of it, the shock sent a painful vibration through her arm. As soon as she'd fallen though, she swept her leg in an arc on the ground attempting to wipe Bat's feet out from under him. She was beginning to be glad that fighting was what she was kicked out for rather than something useless like lust or gluttony.

Bat jumped up into the air as Halo attempted to swipe his legs from under him. "Sorry girly, but I'm smarted than you tthink," he said. He then started to spin as he came down. "Terror's Grasp." A giant hand like shadow started to form as bat spun. Then it reached out and tried to clasp Halo in it's grasp. If he did catch her she'd be wrapped in a momentary nightmare, if not then the ground where she dodged would explode from the attack.

As soon as Bat'd jumped, Halo took the momentary opportunity to pull out another marble and get up. Because she couldn't take the time to see what marble she picked, most of her battles relied on luck for her. As she pulled it out she saw a flash of pink. It was her air marble. Perfect timing too. As she saw the hand coming down, Halo grasped the marble in her hand, but her shield disappeared as she did, turning back into the black marble, which she pocketed quickly. The pink marble disappeared from her hand, Halo moved quickly out of the way of the attack, much quicker than she normally would've. That was one of the air marble's ability, speed. Halo couldn't help but flinch as she saw the ground explode where she would've been only a moment before. Pocketing the pink marble that'd just reappeared, Halo quickly pulled out another marble, her sword still in her other hand. Before the smoke had a chance to clear, Halo swung her sword, sending a wave of (tainted) light towards the impact site, before taking a glance at what marble she'd picked.

(p.s. I say tainted, because the first wave she sent was pure. It's now tainted due to the clash with Nightshade.)

Bat hadn't seen when Halo moved so he got a rude awakening when a wave of light hit him. He gave a small huff as he slamed into the tree. He wasn't as damaged as he'd expected. The wave seemed to have something mixing with it. Bat grinned. "Perfect," he said. He stood up and walked from the smoke. Nightshade glowed with a faint green aura. Playtime was over, it was time for the real fight to began. Bat kept walking until he was a bout fifteen feet away. "Intoxicate." He swung Nightshade and the aura left the blade and wrapped around Halo. "Death's Posion."

Halo felt the contact as it struck Bat and gave a small smile, but it quickly faded as she saw Bat walk out from the smoke. She saw the aura from the blade coming towards her and scrambled to take the black marble from her pocket. But as soon as she felt the marble in her hand, she felt the aura wrapped around her. She couldn't help but give a small gasp. The aura was simply terrible, and aside from that she'd heard the boy say.....death's poison. She'd heard of it, but never in her wildest dreams would she think she'd ever have to face it. Already Halo knew she'd breathed some in, because already she was starting to feel faint. The black marble was still in her fingers, and it was most likely her only chance to survive the poison.

Closing her hand around the black marble, Halo disappeared from sight, appearing leaning against a tree about three yards away. Breathing heavily, Halo reached into her pocket quickly and grabbed out her blue marble. Clasping it in her hand, Halo's breathing had become regular again, but when she reopened her hand, the once blue marble was now a sickly green. She couldn't use that marble anymore...at least not for the rest of the fight. She'd have to re-purify it after. Looking at her sword, she looked back to where Bat had been only moments before. "That was the most diabolic thing I've ever seen, you monster!" She yelled angrily.

Bat was a bit disappointed when he saw he'd lost his grip on Halo. But when she was sitting there leaning against a tree like a wounded animal he grinned with a spark of evil in his eyes. The flames of Hell were strong in them. "I'm from Hell, what more can you possibly expect," he said with a bit of laughter to follow it up. "Now enough talk, because I'm just getting started. It's ashame you won't be around to witness my true power," he said as he started forward. "Your move."

Halo glared at him. There was no way she'd let herself be beaten by him, it would be a disgrace to all angels, not just her! Her sword turned back into it's yellow marble form, a bit of dark energy swirling around inside. Halo pulled out her green marble and closed her hand over it. One of this marble's abilities was to increase one's physical strength. At least, that was the ability she was about to use. Halo also pulled out her pink marble and closed it in her hand. Within the blink of an eye, Halo'd appeared in front of Bat and went to deck him right in the stomach.

Bat backed away as Halo went to land a punch in his stomach. He but Nightshade infront of him to stop the blow, but found himself being punched in the side instead because the blade couldn't fair well against light. Weakling, his darker side said in his head. Kill her already. Call for them to return your strength. Bat moved back some. He'd have rather taken the hit in his stomach. He stood up straight and then round house kicked her to make some distance between the two of them.

Halo felt her punch make contact, but not where it was supposed to, then the next thing she knew he'd kicked her and she'd gone flying across the ground. Getting up slowly she wiped the side of her mouth, which was now bleeding. She looked at Bat. "Are you unable to use your full power? Because if you aren't, why haven't you?" Halo's grey eyes bore into his a moment before she looked away and her pink and green marbles reappeared in her hand. When she thought about it, he was just a child like her, despite his.....darker side. Even though she normally despised prejudice, she was conditioned to hate his kind. Why did she have to take out people like him in the first place? Why were angels any better? Of course, it was that kind of thinking that got her kicked out.

Putting her other two marbles away, she pulled out the light one again, clasping it and turning it into a sword. Looking back at Bat, she said "Prepare yourself demon." She ran at Bat, clasping the sword tighter, her own aura pouring into it, causing it to shine abnormally bright, and dispelling all traces of darkness from it. When she got close enough, Halo slashed the sword down swift and hard.

Bat looked at her for a second. If she only knew how deadly he would be with his full strength. He sighed and dusted himself off. "You're just not worth it," he said and as she came running at him he lifted his blade up to that the two would crash, leaving an opening for the both of them. This fight was getting fun. No one had stood this much of a chance agaisnt him. Why were light and darkness such equals? One could not exist withoutt the other because there would be no balance. He tightened his grip on his blade then pulled away. Quickly his hand glowed black. "Merciless Soul." He then punched Halo in the stomach so he could send a black shochwave through her.

Halo's sword clashed with Bat's again, but this time the sword stayed at it's purest. As she saw Bat's hand glow black, she pulled her sword back, retracting her aura from it to block the hit somewhat. When Bat's move hit, Halo let out a small scream as she felt the shockwave go through her. After flying across the ground once more, Halo laid there holding her stomach in pain for only a few seconds before slowly reaching her hand back in her pocket and putting the yellow marble away after it changed back and pulling out a red marble. Halo slowly got up and looked at Bat, her eyes seemingly empty now. How could only a few seconds before, she'd been sympathizing with this monster? "Playtime's over Bat...." She said, closing the red marble in her hand. Out of all her marbles, she'd only had to use this one one other time. This was her least favorite: it was the fire element marble, it's abilities that of chaos.

Since they'd met, this was the first time Halo'd actually used the demons' name. Her eyes were cold as she lifted her hand, pointed to Bat and snapped her fingers (tell me if you know where i got the snapping thing from ), and immediately after, the ground under Bat exploded, sending shards of rocks flying into the air.
