Felix sat on the back of a truck with four other people. He wore a grin and held a cigarette in his mouth though it wasn't lit. He was leaning on the side with his arms over the edge. Across from him was Rinami. A girl with long hair and bright green eyes. She was wearing the same uniform as him. Black camo pants, a black shirt with a red S on the back and black boots.

"Why do you keep those things if you never actually use them?" She asked.

Felix looked at her. "Because, when we loose this war I'll smoke one." He gave a grin and then looked back off to the side.

Rinami shook her head. "I don't get you Felix, I really don't." She looked over to the guy sitting to her right. "Nasaka, how long we have til departure?"

A silver eyed man with spiked black haired looked at her. "38 minutes, don't rush it."

Rinami sighed.

To Felix's left sat Mars and to his right Tokine. The whole crew was there, minus the boss Nathaniel.

This group was called Sharade. An organization of assasins that carried out the dutied that others could not fulfil. Each with their own special abilities. They feared nothing. Death was not an option, but the welcomed it. No one knew about them, it was an underground organiztion. Their targets were everyone. Remorse was for the weak, and the weak met death.

There order of power was this:

Nathaniel Slate: He was the leader of Sharade. Short black hair and stealy red eyes he's the strongest of them all. He stood for nothing less than perfection. Ruling with an iron fist and killing with kindness.

Mars: Second strongest. He's the entertainer of the group. He's got his kind side, but he's evil, sadistic, and very amusing. He specializes in ice manipulation. A favorite of his is somewhat freezing the internal organs of his enemies with something like dry ice.

Felix Kuriyama: Also known as the Silver for his hair color and speed. Felix was the only immortal of the group, so he took more dangerous tasks in the group. Quiet, withdrawn, and at times sarcastic. His speed gave him the upper hand on his enemies.

Nasaka: The youngest of the entire group. He was also one of the strongest. He was the brains. Smart than average and quick when it came to revising plans. His specialty was hacking into government mainframes for more exclusive information.

Tokine: Called Toki for short she was the flirt of the group. A crush on Felix though he never acknowledged her. She specialized in hand to hand combat. A deadly force to be advised.

Rinami: Call Rin for short, she was the second youngest. Her best friend was Toki and her favorite past time was playing the Koto, she was skilled in projectile weapons. Most of her weapons were senbons. While playing her music for entertainment she would launch poisoned weapons at her enemies without notice.

That was two years prior to Felix's escape of the Sharade. This is the story of those two years.

Nasaka stood up on the back of the truck. His jacket blowing behind. He walked past Rinami and leaned over the side towards the drivers window. "1 hour," he said. He then turned back and looked at the group. "Let's go."

Felix got up first. His hands in his pockets. He looked down at the group for the truck had not stopped driving. He wasn't worried about breaking anything if he jumped wrong, but still, the truck was moving.

Rinami smiled. "Here I go." She jumped first and after her Toki.

Mars came up next to Felix. "Move it Silver." He pushed Felix and then jumped down after him.

Nasaka jumped last.

Felix turned on Mars after he hit the group. "Don't put your hands on me unless you want to lose them." He then turned away and followed after Nasaka who was now in the lead.

It took fifteen minutes to get to their designated area. A small town with a population less than one hundred and fifty people.

"So, why are we here again?" Tokine asked spinning in the sand.

Nasaka shook his head. A bit annoyed that she'd failed to pay attention to the briefing. "Nathaniel wants us to find Prince Yashimira. He's hiding out in this town after a band or rogues destroyed his kingdom. Our job is to eliminate him."

Rinami looked at Tokine. She didn't like this. Why were they killing a Prince? If anything they should be going to kill the rogues who destroyed his kingdom.

Mars smirked. "What Nathan says we do, let's go." He started forward.

Felix followed Mars. "Hey Nasaka."

Nasaka looked up. "Yes?"

"What happens....if someone gets in the way?"

Nasaka looked puzzled. "Dispose of them."

Felix held a dark grin. "Is it possible, to just destroy the whole town? No one's going to miss them."

Nasaka swallowed. "Felix...."

Mars waved his hand in the air. "Yeah, yeah, kill them. Let's have some fun."

Tokine jumped up and down at the thought of this. "Finally, something of interest."

Rinami let herself trail behind. Her shoulders drooping lightly.

Nasaka fell into step with her. "Are you okay? If you weren't feeling well, we could have done this without you."

Rinami shook her head. "No, I just...I just didn't think..."

Nasaka smiled. "Do not doubt Sharade, many before you have lost their lives because of it. You're a kind girl Rin, don't get yourself killed over unnecessary worries." He looked up towards the group. "Tokine, you'll partner with Rinami, she's a bit under the weather. You guys will go around and question the townspeople. Mars and Felix, you guys look for the Prince directly. I'll see if I can get in touch with Nathaniel. Remember we have one hour."

Toki turned and looked at Rinami. "Rin, let's go." Rin nodded and hurried after her. The words Nasaka spoke to her still in her mind. Felix and Mars also started off. Both ready to have some fun. Nasaka left off in another direction.

It was time to hunt.
