He likes to ride in the skies when he feels it's safe. He doesn't rush into battle and likes to strategize before doing anything too rash.

Family History:

Ryo's home is located far away from the Vallies. His family is part of a long line of Dragon Tamers. His mother is the one who carries the bloodline that dates way back to when Dragons still ruled the skies. His father his dead, but was a minor tamer. The Sky Ninja live in a village that lies in the clouds. It expands across the skies so that tamers can fly their dragons freely. Only few remain in the village though because they're dying out.

Character History:

Ryo grew up surrounded by dragons. He spent much time as a child watching and leaning about becoming a tamer. He'd go to school every so often and then spend the rest of his days carrying out his chores which consited of washing, feeding, and training dragons. By the time he had reached the age of teen he had received his own dragon. Zane, Black Dragon of the East. Together they became close friends. Ryo continued his training until he turned twelve. There life became different. His father became sickened and his mother withdrew from him, leaving Ryo alone. When his father offically died half a year later Ryo's mother cut off all communication with him. Ryo spent majority of his time doing what he knew was best for him. Training and school. By the time he was sixteen though, things had fallen apart. One night his mother took the oppurtunity to release the Dragons who where untamed. They wrecked havoc through the village and Ryo had to take the situation into his own hands. The fight lasted hours, but once it was over her was left to face the village council. And there he awaited fate.

He was framed by his mother and villagers who stated they saw him released the dragons and used Zane to keep the dragons in line. Ryo was sentenced to death. He spent fourty days underground chained to a wall with no food or water, when they finally pulled him out the hole he was too weak to fight. They were ggoing to hang him, but right before the line was pulled Zane came to his aid and snapped the wire and they took off into the sky and headed far away. Now Ryo is lives in the Vallies, but is wanted for execution on the charges of Murdering Innocent Villagers, releasing untamed dragons, escaping execution, and lying before the council.

{A New Beginning}

Ryo held fast to the dragon as it ran off the edge of the cliff. "Zane," Ryo said above the wind that whipped at his face. The dragon wasn't going fast enough. If they didn't jump in time the air current would knock them back against the cliff, and most likely crush him underneath the dragon. "When you jump, let your wings spread. Once below the current push yourself up and ride the current." As a dragon tamer it was his responsibility to take care of his dragon and make sure that he was prepared for anything. That and be ready for any surprise attacks from the Sky Village.
