Yes....I put in a dictionary. This will include jutsu's of all types, forbidden or not, it will include clans, ninja weapons, ninja terminology, you know, stuff like that. So if you have any definitions you wish to add, you can pm it to me and I'll put it in. But right now I'm too lazy to put anything in, so I'll just do a few terms a day. A
Altai Clan- A clan with only two surviving members. Their specialty was Wind Style. Members who held the bloodline trait were able to manipulate gravity and use the Shattered Wind Vortex.
Alter- This jutsu cancels out jutsu that change the moon black.

B
Body Freeze Jutsu-Causes an opponent to loose their sense of movement. Stops the opponent, leaving an opening for more powerful jutsu to be performed. It is assumed most Anbu know this technique.

C
Cursed Mark- A technique created by Orochimaru, and modified by others over time. A person can have an unlimited amount of power stored when a cursed mark is placed on them, and therefor is very dangerous. This technique is forbidden.
Clone Jutsu-A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of 1 or more. The Clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics learned in the academy.
Cancel-A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user.
Chidori-The user, gathers such a large concentration of chakra in the had, that it becomes visible. Pushing the limits of the body, the user charges forward, the chakra amount growing, as does the incredible speed. The chakra becomes so powerful, that it becomes similar to a blade, and is able to cut through near anything.

Doujutsu- A jutsu that has to do with the eyes. Usually a kekkai genkai. (ex. sharingan, byakugan, etc.) Sometimes uses chakra, but it is not a necessity for this type of jutsu.
Dancing Shuriken- A jutsu where the users shuriken each multiply by three.
Death Scythe- A jutsu that allows Scythe Master to weild the same Scythe that Death uses when he takes the life of someone who's time has come. This jutsu is highly dangerous if not controlled properly.

Forbidden Jutsu's- Any type of jutsu that's use is deemed too dangerous for use by ninja's.
Four Blade Scroll- A forbidden jutsu that requires a large amount of chakra to preform several jutsu's in itself. The cost of using this jutsu is seven years closer to death for the user.
Fire Style Pheonix Flower Jutsu-A jutsu that sends multiple blasts of fire from the mouth, usually with one target in mind. Shurikens can also be hidden inside the flames, creating an element of surprise.
Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu- A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth.
Fire Style: Dragon Flame Blast- A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, in the shape of a large dragon, from the users mouth.
Fire Style: Grand Fireball Jutsu- Uses a high amount of chakra, which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Can be extremely powerful.

Genjutsu- A type of jutsu associated with illusions. Handsigns are normally needed to use genjutsu, but doujutsu can also be used to create a genjutsu.

Ice Storm- A storm that creates ice shards instead of snow.
Ice Style: Blizzard- A hundred shards of ice impale the target.

Kekkai Genkai- A bloodline technique that can only be utilized by a member of the clan that it belongs to. Kekkai genkai's are normally very powerful jutsu.
Koki- An old dragon that had lives many years ago and has a liking to follow nobodies. His name means vast and strong. He's rather gentle when not being used by a nobody.

L
Lion's Combo- A series of powerful punches and kicks, finished by knocking the opponent into the ground.
Lightning Style: Lightning Barrage- A jutsu in which the user summons lightning and makes it rain down in random spots on the ground. It cannot be used during blue skies, and can be used in combination with Storm Summoning to make this technique stronger. This jutsu can be devastating if used in populated areas.
Lightning Style: Magnetism- A jutsu that uses a certain object/person to as a point to which metal objects are magnetically pulled. The strength of the magnetism depends on the user.
Lightning Style: Lightning Rain- A technique similar to Lightning Barrage. This can only be used while it's raining. A single lightning bolt hits the ground and electrically charges the raindrops around it. This is a wide-ranged attack that will cause temporary paralysis if a target is exposed for too long a time.

Mysterious Puppet- A dark puppet from the underworld that manipulates the shadows pulling you into your worst nightmare.
Mizuraki Clan- This clan uses elemental techniques without having to use jutsu. Each member is born to an element and lives with that as their power. They used to be the most powerful clan around until they were wiped out several years back.

N
Ninjutsu- A skill used by ninja. Uses chakra 100% of the time it is used. Can be used with different elements. Handsigns are necessary to use ninjutsu.
Nobody- A 'shell' that a human body could take over time. An old dragon (See Koki) is a weapon that they use.

Puppet Manipulation- Allows the user to bend the human mind to do anything they want.
Puppet Mastery- Uses a doll as a weapon for combat. The doll is controlled by thin, almost invisible strings - that chakra flows down. The chakra brings the doll 'to life', and be used to switch places with the user, attack, or hide itself as another person.

Ring Blade Jutsus- These jutsu are Stealth Style techniques. All Stealth Ninja learn these jutsu for basic attacks.
Raining Needles of Death- Shuriken and kunai strike at the opponent.
River Sacrifice- A jutsu that creates a wave that sweeps the dead back into the realm of the dead.
Rain of Death- This is a Jutsu that causes rain which removes the soul from both the user and opponent. It's a forbidden jutsu.

Shatter Wind Vortex- A power vortex created by a large amount of wind being cycled up and aimed towards the opponent. Only usual by members of the Altai Clan.
Senbon Rain- A medium level jutsu where hundreds of senbon rain down on the opponent.
Snow Blades- A jutsu that allows a kunai to turn into a blade made of ice.
Snow Style: White Panther- A summoning jutsu that creates a panther made of snow.
Snow Blizzard- A jutsu that conjures up a fierce storm strong enough to cut through boulders.
Snow Style: Snow Storm- A jutsu that creates a wave of snow to wipe out enemies.
Saber: Winter Snow- This jutsu is only available to Luko when he has summoned Saber. This jutsu creates snow and then forms it into a heavy blizzard.
Snow Wolves- This jutsu creates six snow wolves that are used to fight during battles. Each has a special attack before they disappear.
Shattered Ice Storm- Creates a wave of ice shards.
Snow Style: Shatter- This jutsu is only available to Luko when he has Saber. It strengths the tiger's claws with chakra in order to cut through almost anything.
Snow Rush- Causes ninja to freeze over after being hit with any weapon.
Silent Death- A jutsu that slowly takes the chakara away from the opponent and causes minor damage.
Seal- This is a technique used to seal such things as demons within humans or can be used for cursed marks. Seals primarily contain the power of an individual.
Shadow Clone Jutsu- A jutsu that creates multiple solid clones of the user, capable of attacking and dealing damage without disappearing. The clone will disappear after hit.
Substitution Jutsu- A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.
Summoning Jutsu- Using a contract, seal, and the users blood, allows the user to summon an animal. The type of the animal is determined by the contract used, and the blood is the 'signature'(Which can be on a scroll, tattoo, etc).
Shadow Shuriken Clone Jutsu- A technique that multiplies a thrown object, into many exact replicas of the original - that all do real damage.
Storm Art: Tempest Summoning- A jutsu that, unlike most other summonings, does not require blood or a contract to execute. This technique summons a storm, the intensity of which depends on the strength of the user.

Taijutsu- Hand-to-hand combat. It does not use chakra unless a jutsu is used in combination with it.
Two Rings Ice Blades- A low level jutsu where blades of ice come from the sky striking the opponents.
Three Rings Raining Shuriken of Faith- A low level jutsu where water shuriken strike the opponent.
Thousand Puppet Heads- A jutsu that produces tons of puppet heads throughout the century. These puppets surround the opponent and close in wielding deadly blades.
Transformation Jutsu-An illusionary jutsu that gives the user the appearance of another person or object. A commonly used skill.

Unabara Clan- This clan is a clan that uses cursed marks in order to ensure that their members grow up to be ninja's. They're the primary supplier of ninja's in the Stealth Valley.

White Fang of the Snow- A summoning jutsu that creates a wolf made of snow.
White Tiger of the West; Snow Storm- This is a summoning jutsu used only by Luko. It allows him to summon a white siberian tiger named Saber. This tiger is much larger than most tigers and it's fur spikes out and where ever it steps it leaves a trail of snow.
Water Prison Jutsu- Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.
Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu- Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.
