21 years have passed since the Third Great War. The Akatsuki have fallen, a wave of peace has washed over the villages, but all good things must come to an end. A stranger enters the Kage's Temple with strange messages: Peace is temporary. War is forever.
The first Kage Meeting will began once all Kages are present
Hello again Ninja Legend! Wow, this place has been a ghost town, hasn't it? Well, worry not you worrywarts, we're back in action! Well, we're getting there anyhow. I'll be hosting today's Daily Buzz, and I'll begin by saying, long time no see! (Or as we say here in Japan, Sashiburi!) Now, there's one thing I'd really like to do before we officially get started, and that is to welcome back our beloved and missed Jutsumaster! How bout a round of applause, eh?
Alrighty then, a bunch of new members since last time, so let's give them a warm welcome, shall we?
First off is Lucerite Cosmos, an overconfident little guy (or perhaps not so little) of the Crested, from a strong clan, with an equally strong bloodline.
Our second welcome goes out to Bailey Ishtar, also known as Lee. Born and raised outside of the Stealth, Lee moved in with her younger sister and rose up to become the Stealth's assistant.
Noir "N" Nuit, a mysterious kinda guy from a family that uses music as a weapon. Currently in the Storm, this romantic guy likes books and long walks on the beach. Heh, Just kiddin'. Let's give him a warm welcome anyhow.

To all you newbies....I mean, new members, a very happy welcome from all of us in Ninja Legend! We hope you enjoy your (hopefully long) stay with us!!
So, as stated earlier, our beloved Jutsumaster is back and ready to get things rolling again, along with your other admins! So be ready for NL to take a leap in activity, as well as some new plots to unfurl.
A new dark era has come about for everyone, hence the new arc name, The Darkest Hour.
A recent message from Deidara dictates that he will also be returning, and with a vengaence. He also states that he now has a bounty on the head of one certain character who, for all intents and purposes, will remain unnamed.
Considering we're rebooting, as of now, no mission quotas need to be met. Yet,
There will be no Kage Meeting this month, as all villages need time to repair.
Heads up, or in this case down, because a site make-over may just be flying this way!
Make sure to check your character's age and change it accordingly! Remember, they can't stay nineteen forever!
Having just got out of a tough situation involving both snake ninja and the Akatsuki, the Magma is working on repairs, and coming up with plans to gain money to rebuild their village. But with the current state of things, will they be able to find work?
Snow Valley
With the success of the recent attack, the Snow is doing well, but morale seems to be low anyways. There hadn't been much desire for war to begin with, but now that it's done and over with, and the Snow victorious, how many villagers will remain on their leaders side?
Stealth Valley
Morale in the Stealth is even lower than in the Snow, and for good reason. Their village burned and a significant amount dead or wounded, the ninja and villagers alike might be having a hard time imagining that they'll pull through this. That being said, Tenkuu is trying to make repairs as best she can, working on ways to gain money for the repairs. Even going so far as to consider hiring the Infamous Five.
Death Valley
Even with their leader back, and the Akatsuki gone, the Death is in a state of mourning from the losses it had sustained during the Rebellion. That being said, it seems that Kazuya's main concern is making sure the Akatsuki are really gone and patching up some personal problems on the side. Having been a kid for such a long period of time, has Kazuya begun losing his touch?
Storm Valley
One of the only Villages untouched by the current state of affairs, the Storm has recently obtained a brand new Kage, and has eradicated the Infamous Five from it's territories, in the high hopes that they can now stand on their own.
Crested Valley
The other village untouched by the wrath of the world, the Crested has also gotten it's new Kage after a long and well worth it wait. Although, peace inside the borders might not last, as there seems to be a mischievous ninja going around stirring up trouble....
Akatsuki
Oh no, the Akatsuki is certainly not left out of this. In fact, it seems that they may just be in the worst predicament out of all of the groups. Having lost their grip on all the villages, now there's trouble brewing between the members. Will the Akatsuki begin tearing itself apart from within, or will Deidara and his higher up Akatsuki come up with a plan and use those long dormant pacts their leader has so carefully hidden away?
Rogue Forest
There hasn't been much activity in the Rogue Forest as of late, though Luko has gone M.I.A., while the memoryless Mikey wanders around the forest with her group of rebels. ______________________________________________________________
I know it's not Halloween, but man are they starting early with this one!
