Kira sighed,looking outside from the inside of her office."How is it so cool outside in this village?We're a village of fire,not cool wind,"she sighed,going back to her seat.She turned to her desk and began writing when she heard someone knock."Come in,"she said,looking up.

Ladon walked through the valley calmly. Never in his days as a Magma ninja had it been so cool out. It was actually a little refreshing. As he walked up to the kage's office, he showed the guards that he was on official business. He knocked on the door twice before hearing Kira call for him to come in. Closing the door behind him, he did a jutsu and put his hand on the door. He'd put a genjutsu on the outer wall of the office so that no one would hear what they were discussing. He then turned to Kira. "M'lady, excuse my intrusion, but I have some concerns about the upcoming battle," he said looking at her.

Kira looked up at Ladon."What is it?"she asked,wondering what he needed to tell her.Ever since this whole thing about the enemy snake warriors coming to attack,she'd been making sure they had everything set and so far,everything had been going okay.This was not the time for things to go wrong.

Ladon looked at her and stood himself in front of her desk as she asked what his concerns were. "Well, about the information Lucky and Orochi supplied us with. They told us that the attacks our enemies were to use against us were poisonous. Unless I missed something, we were planning on going in against it without precaution. Perhaps we could inquire that Lucky and Orochi allow us some of this poison they would use and give it to our medics so that they could create an antidote for it when the time comes." He then turned his gaze to the window. "My second concern....do you really think it's such a good idea to allow Nyx to go in as well? Don't get me wrong, he's a talented ninja, but he seems to have problems following orders," he stated simply. There he went again, over-analyzing everything that crossed his path.

Kira listened intently to this,realizing that would be helpful."We should do that.If we can create antidotes to the poisons,their best weapons would be useless and would give us even more of an advantage,"she agreed to the first part.The second part,she had to think about a bit."I know....he has a streak of....not following orders,"she started,thinking about each word,"but,he has shown reason that he could be a very good ninja to fight with us.He's very energetic and cares about his teammates.He'll be able to fight them and watch our backs while we're defending our village,"she explained.She hoped this wasn't a mistake,because this was no time to make a mistake."Do you think differently?"she asked.

Ladon crossed his arms and turned his gaze back to Kira as she explained why Nyx would make a good addition to their team. "No, not on those points," he said in answer to her question. "But perhaps I'm wrong, maybe under more serious circumstances, Nyx would be a bit more willing to listen to instructions," he said with a shrug. "I do have...one more concern. How do we plan on running the evacuation? Are we still telling the villagers it's a drill?"

Kira sighed,thinking about this as well."No.I'm hoping and praying that we can keep them calm when we tell them,"she said.She didn't want to tell them this at all or want this stupid fight coming in the first place.But,she decided she'd tell them the truth and hope to keep them calm than lie to them and let them see their village destroyed and know their kage lied to them.

Ladon nodded when she told him what she was planning on doing. "My suggestion: find a few charismatic villagers to keep their spirits high as they evacuate. If they find someone who they can trust to lead them out of their valley, then their shouldn't be much chaos," he said, his gaze returning out the window. As he was looking he was analyzing the buildings so that maybe he could figure out a plan in order to set up a few traps for their visitors.

Kira raised her eyebrows,realizing that was an idea that could help."We would need to find them,but that'll be a smart way to keep the peace.If we can have someone to help us keep the peace within the group themselves,we can get them hidden quickly and without panic,"she agreed.
