It was a night of the full moon, and Ziade was by the lake, by herself. Well, perhaps not truly by herself. Her new fox kit, Artemis, had followed along with her. It sat on the shore of the lake, while Ziade stood in the middle of it. She had never thought of incorporating the full moon into her dances before the other night, and thought it might be nice to have something new. She took out a scroll and did a jutsu with it in hand, laying it open on the surface of the water. Two fans appeared on it, and in a single movement, Ziade rose with both of them in her hands. She was known among the vallies as the Phantom Dancer, because whenever she came, she would always change her appearance, but everyone knew it was her because of her dancing. She would only go to dance when the Infamous Five were in dire need of money, which wasn't very often. And no one really knew that the Phantom Dancer was the leader of the Infamous Five, they only knew that she would come and go mysteriously. The reason that all her dances were so unique was because she incorporated genjutsu into them. As Ziade danced, both her arms would move in a circle, making it appear that the full moon appeared after she'd done so, making her a shadow-like figure dancing in front of it. Ziade paused, her eyes slightly wide as she realized that someone had been watching.

Bat was a child of the night so he rarely stayed in doors during a night such as this one. As he walked he found himself going through the open. He wasn't a tiny kid like usual. He was in his stage where he was sixteen. As he walked he saw somone dancing on the lake. A grin spread across his face when he saw that it was Ziade and it widdened when she stopped a bit wide eyed. "Oh don't you look pretty dancing in the moon light," he said. His voice dripping with sarcasim.

Of course it had to be someone that would irritate her to be the one to find her dancing. For the first time in many years, Ziade flushed a deep red as he commented. She hoped that the blush was hidden by the darkness though. She let the genjutsu fall, and her fans disappeared. Her eyes became ice once more (compared to the gentleness they held while she was dancing) as she looked at him and walked off the lake, the fox kit running over to her side immediately. "What do you want?" she asked coldly.

Bat grinned. "Ohhh nothing, just enjoying a little walk," he said. "Until I stumbled upon you of course," he said with a slight grin. He then looked at the fox. "Don't you stick out like a blue bell in the snow. You won't last long with that color fur you scrawny little runt." He said coldly before looked up at Ziade. "And I thought you were all about killing. Trying to keep up that reputation? Won't be much good if you're caught doing that."

As Bat looked at the fox, it hid behind Ziade's legs. Ziade, on the other hand, kept a cold gaze on Bat. "It's none of your business what I do in my spare time," she said coldly. "Nor is it anyone elses." She wasn't about to be talked down to because of her upbringing by some kid.

Bat gave a small chuckle. "How interesting," he said. "It may not be anyone's business, but let's just say that someone found out about you and your moonlight dancing and so happened to spread the word. What would happen to you and your group then," he asked. Bat loved making people rack their brains for answer, but he knew Ziade was too smart for that. She was really smart and he doubted she feared little. Making her beg for mercy would be a task for him.

(No, making her beg for mercy is impossible. She's one of those "die in silence" types. That or "fight to the death" types. Or both.)

Ziade didn't budge at his threat. "Nothing would happen to me and my group, because if anyone was foolish enough to doubt my abilities because of a separate....hobby, it would be their loss. The only thing that would change would be that I'd probably be known by a name other than the Phantom Assassin," she said simply. This boy would not phase her. She would not allow it.

"I'm well aware of that," he said putting his hands in his jacket pockets. "I was curious to know your answer." He said. "I'm giving you more credit than should be permitted," he said. "I believe the only Infamous One is you, I'll have to see the others and see how Infamous they are. Bat gave another small chuckle. "Oh how I do miss my days of freely torturing souls," he said mostly to himself. "The humans are just a bit to weak for my taste."

Ziade looked at him blankly as he said that he gave her more credit than he should've. She gave a small chuckle as he said that he believed that Ziade was the only Infamous one of the group. "You're right, I probably am the only well known one of the group, but that will change soon," she said. Her eyes held a bit of amusement when Bat said that humans were too weak for his taste. "Then what do you consider me to be?" she asked with an amused smile. If humans were too weak for him, and she'd beat him, then she was curious to see what he thought she was.

Bat raised an eyebrow. "Change? We'll see," he said. He then gave a shrug. "I consider you as human, but you're worthy enough to be seen as more," he said taking a step forward. "I don't see any reason for me to stick around here anymore. Continue your dancing, I won't disturb you, it wasn't my intentions. I have other things to take care of," he said.

Ziade tilted her head with an amused smile as Bat said that they'd see. She only looked at him as he said that she was worthy enough to be seen as more than just human. "And you've been appointed to make such judgments as it seems," she said with her head tilted still. As he said that there was no reason for him to stick around, the amused look in her eye faded. "It was certainly interesting seeing you again," she said, then looked down at Artemis, who was still cowering behind her legs. She sighed. Cowardly little creature, she thought with a hint of disgust.
