Felix was taking a stroll through the Crested, but what he was really doing was looking for Kinaga Unabara. Felix hadn't spoken with the man since that Storm Ninja had come to Serenity's house that one day. It was a surprise to the both of them. Felix hadn't expected to see Kinaga there, and Kinaga hadn't expected to see Felix. Their run-ins had become dramatically increased during that time period. A common grin was on Felix's face, and his eyes were covered by his hair. "Where or where, can Kinaga be?"

Kinaga was walking down the streets of the Crested. He had to go see Kaoru sometime. He'd just gotten back from a mission two days earlier with his new team. The mission was a B-ranked and had been successful of course. But the new team wasn't really taking a liking to him, since he was replacing a lost member. It didn't really bother Kinaga. He'd been on teams before where he'd been disliked. So this wasn't new for him. Walking down the street, Kinaga nearly stopped as he saw a familiar, but not too welcomed, face. He planned on just walking right past the guy but things like that hardly ever worked out.

Felix walked right up next to Kinaga. "Long time no see Kinaga, Unabara." Felix said. His head was bowed, but the grin was visible. "So, tell me, how are you enjoying your return?" He asked. Felix cared little for the answer. "I've been thinking, it's been quite some time since you abandoned your home, just how well are they fairing?" Felix looked up just enough so that one of his blue eyes were showing. "I doubt it."

Kinaga looked at Felix as he walked up next to him. "Felix," he said with a nod. It wasn't that he didn't like the guy....okay, so he didn't like him all that much. The last time he'd seen him was after Rumiko had nearly died from poison. Kinaga guessed he owed him one for saving Rumiko. Their first meeting some years ago hadn't exactly been what one would call pleasant though. All thanks to Remus. Kinaga's blood started boiling at the very thought of the guy (i forget, did he die?). He shrugged at Felix's question of how his return had been. It was funny, both Kinaga and Felix were from the Stealth and somehow both ended up in the Crested at the same time. Ironic. In a bad way. "It's been good so far," he told him. Kinaga only looked at him when he said that it'd been a while since Kinaga'd abandoned his home. He didn't quite like the way Felix had phrased that. "They still don't have a new kage," he told him simply. He felt like Felix was going to start messing with him again, with all his riddles that Kinaga could never figure out. What was with this guy?

Felix kept his grin. "Good? Not great, what a disappointment, I was looking forward to ruining your day, no matter." Felix raised his hand. "No Kage? Who's fault is that?" He asked. "Heroes and Heroines don't exist. The cowards flee, and the strong, well, we'll just have to see." Felix shrugged. "Decisions, decision, decisions," Felix said shaking his head from side to side. "I do believe you've got some to make, wouldn't you agree?"

Kinaga only looked at Felix as he'd said that he was looking forward to ruining his day. Great. So that was what Felix was up to. He stayed silent as Felix asked whose fault it was that the Storm didn't have a kage yet. He looked at Felix as the guy asked that Kinaga had some decisions to make. He didn't really know what Felix was talking about. "Not really. Because I have no clue what you're talking about," he said, looking back in front of him. He wasn't going back to be kage of the storm. As much as he wanted to, he had family here now and what happened in the Storm wasn't his concern anymore...as much as he wanted to convince himself that, he just couldn't. The Storm had been his home for a long time.

Felix shook his head. "Wrong answer Unabara." He said. "You made quite a mess leaving the Storm, don't you think you should atleast try and clean it up a bit?" He asked. "It'd be bad if a certain orginization got their hands on it." Felix's grin was gone and his eyes turned sly. "All because you failed to complete the jutsu, because of a certain, someone."

(ouch, bringing up those old wounds...)

Kinaga said nothing as Felix said that he should try and clean it up. "I've already suggested someone to the higher authorities there for Kage the last time I visited, since it didn't seem they could come to a decision," he told Felix. Kinaga's eyes narrowed slightly as Felix brought up the war. He stopped walking and looked at him. "What I do when it comes to the Storm isn't your business, and it's less your business why I didn't complete the jutsu during the war," he said, almost coldly. Kinaga wasn't exactly afraid of Felix. Blue Demon or not. Names didn't matter to Kinaga.

Felix turned and looked at Kinaga. "Suggestions? Sometimes they work...sometimes they don't." Felix was speaking very slowly. He'd made special care to drag out the word sometimes each time he said it. "What's my business? Hmm. You're right, it isn't my business, but because of your failure, others suffer. The Storm suffers. The Death suffers." Felix walked over to Kinaga. "Still not my business? You let Iruki get in your way of finishing the job. Weakness gets people killed."

Kinaga only looked at Felix as he stated that sometimes suggestions worked, and sometimes they didn't. His expression didn't change much when Felix told him that because of his actions, the Storm and the Death suffered. He wasn't sure what was going on with the Death, but he was sure, from the way Felix put it, that it wasn't good. He didn't move when Felix walked up to him. "Listen, I already promised myself that it won't happen again. I've come to terms with the fact that she's an enemy now, and for now, you're just gonna have to come to terms with the fact that there's nothing else I can do," he told him.

"Promising yourself that won't make the bad things go away," Felix input. "Do you know what's happening in the Death Valley at this very moment in time? Or have you been too busy moving on with your perfect little life to care?" Felix's grin had faded. "Now she's you're enemy? I wonder if actions will justify your words. Afterall, the truth is right under your nose, you're just looking a bit too closely Kinaga." Felix gave a small chuckle and started to walk off.
