Kadaj sighed as he entered the Death Valley. With the Akatsuki there he had to be careful. Two higher ups were station here, if he was caught, he'd be in a world of trouble. Walking the streets he looked for Kymir. His brother had told him to search for the boy and ask him how he'd feel about meeting his father. Searching the village in disguise he made looked at the picture every now and then. "Where is this kid?" Kadaj sighed. This was too much work. "The least he could have done was told me where the kid lived."

Kymir walked through the streets. He'd just got back from helping clean a pet store. Now he was on his way to the store to buy something to eat for him and Kazuya. As he walked he noticed someone was looking mighty lost. Kymir snickered. He looked like he had some money on him too. Kymir walked up close to the guy and bumped into him. "Watch where you're going," Kymir growled. He then kept walking. Turning a corner he grinned as he held the wallet and checked to see how much cash was in it. "I need to teach Kaz how to do this."

Kadaj glanced back at the brat. "I hate kids." He kept walking. He looked down at the picture. "Hey wait a minute, that's the..." He turned around but the kid was gone. Kadaj started back in the other direction. He turned the corner Kymir had and looked down at the kid. "You little pick pocket, I ought to kill you." He picked Kymir up by the shirt. "You'd better be lucky I'm helping my brother." He snatched the wallet from the brat and dropped him. He lightly kicked the genin. "Is your name Kymir?" He asked. He looked at the picture again, this had to be him.

Kymir's eyes widdened when he saw that Kadaj had found him out. He went to make a break for it when the guy picked him up by the shirt. Kymir let him take the wallet, but didn't cower. When he dropped to the ground and was kicked Kymir got up with a growl. "What's it to you if I'm Kymir or not," he snapped feircly. Kymir's yellow eyes were shinning with the intent to start a fight from this conflict. Kymir pulled a kunai out. He was well prepared to kill this guy. He'd never seen him before, and why was he looking for him. And who was this guy's brother?

"Shut up you prick." Kadaj was already annoyed. Why did his brother want to put up with a brat. Kadaj did not want any kids, ever! He tapped his foot on the ground as he looked at the little punk. "What would you say if I told you that your father is looking for you?" Kadaj asked. "I mean, what would you do if he suddenly decided that, oh I don't know, wanted to take you into custody."

(oh and who you calling a brat)

Kymir looked at the guy with a scornful look. "Hmm, what do you know about my father?" He was trying to act uninterested, but his heart had skipped a beat when the guy brought him up. Kymir then growled. This guy was playing games with him. "My father doesn't even know I exist, if he did, he'd have come for me long ago!" This loser had no idea what Kymir was capable of. He was just about ready to shift and rip Kadaj's throat out. "And if he comes for me now then I don't want anything to do with him!" Kymir's face was red with anger.

Kadaj wanted to punch this kid in the top of his head and so he did. "Don't give me that look," he said. "Now, I don't know who's been telling you lies, but your dad is alive, very much alive." Kadaj sighed. "Anyway, your dad doesn't want to approach you because he's scared you'll be pissed, like now." Kadaj looked around and took Kymir around the shoulders and ushered him deeper into the ally. "I have to be quick, I'm not suppose to be here. I can't tell you my name, I'll get in a lot of trouble if you run your mouth. But I'm your uncle." He said. "How would you feel if your dad took you to live with him? Or what would you do if he told you who he was?"

Kymir quickly grasped the top of his head as pained filled the spot where he'd been hit. "What the hell was that for?" He asked as tears came to his eyes. Kymir wanted to cry but refused. Instead he looked up with a frown but it faded as he was ushered away into the alley. "What? What are you talking about?" He asked. The shock was clear on the young genin's face as he was told that this man standing before him was his uncle. The thought of family made him forget his anger and pain. "Are you serious?" He asked. "Or are you just lying to me?" Kymir wanted this to be true. "I wouldn't be mad, I'd be glad because he actually cared enough to come get me, anyone would know that." That wasn't true in the case of his grandfather. Kymir had thought Kazuya was trying to get rid of him, but that wasn't the case. Even so, he was still living with the Death Kage.
