Personality: Cheza is a strict believer in doing what one can to help others. She believes that if you witness something wrong going on and do nothing about it, you are just as guilty as the perpetrator(s). She has a deeply inlaid sense of right and wrong, and will fight to protect what she believes in. She's a kind, yet lonely soul, and rarely takes to making long-term friends. It's not that people don't like her, in fact, they tend to swarm towards her warm personality. The simple fact of the matter is, however, Cheza isn't all that used to having friends, given how she was raised.

{They Made Me Who I Am Today}

Family History: The Vercié family moved around from place to place a few years after the twins Gran and Cheza were born. Cherie and Horace tried to teach their children of justice and the right way to do things in the world, convincing them that everyone committed sins, but so long as they strived for an honest and kind life, nothing bad would happen to them. However, Gran took this a different way than it was meant, and soon turned to thievery and lies, forcing the family to move from place to place. Eventually, when Gran committed a crime too severe to be let off with a mere warning, the family was forced to settle down in the Storm where Gran was imprisoned. This happened while the twins were twenty-one, and they have not been able to move since, thanks to Gran's constant miscreant behavior.


Character History: As wished by her parents, Cheza took their words to heart and grew into a kind young woman. In each village they moved into, the younger of the twins would insist on attending a ninja academy, and because of this learned skill sets unique to five different regions, giving her a vast knowledge of jutsu and combat techniques alike. Since the Vercié family would stay in a village for only a year or two at a time, Cheza had only a short amount of time to make friends before they were left behind, which resulted in her fairly anti-social behavior seen today. Once settling in the Storm, when Gran tried to break into the Kage's Tower, Cheza purposely alienated herself from others, and tried to avoid the topic of her brother, for fear that they would think she was like him. That being said, while she finds herself disappointed in her brother's actions, she does not believe him to be inherently evil or sinful, and often visits him while he's in jail. She's since moved out of her parent's home, and lives in her apartment by herself, except for the rare occasion when Gran gets out of jail and lives with her, for however long it takes before he gets arrested again.


{A New Beginning}

Cheza stood on the balcony of her apartment overlooking the streets of the Storm. It was drizzling lightly, but she didn't mind it much. She'd grown accustomed to the weather here. It was always rainy, or cloudy. But rarely sunny. She was also accustomed to spending nights like these alone. She didn't have many friends who she could hang out with, so she generally stayed at home when she had nothing else to do. Once in a while she'd stop by the Academy or the Kage's Tower to see if there was anything she could help with, or any missions for her to go on. She'd only become a ninja because there didn't seem much else she could be good at. Especially since her and her family had moved so many places, so many times. A ninja seemed like the best choice. Besides...as a ninja, if there was something wrong somewhere, she had the power to fix it. The white haired woman brought her gaze up from her glass, which she'd been holding in one of her arms crossed over the other, when she heard her phone ring. She headed into the house to answer it. It was Gran again.
