He is terrified of the world, but never lets it show. What he wants most is a family, for he is an orphan. Yuichi doesn't possess strength or wits, but he has a heart of gold.

Family History: Tsula and Yuske never saw eye to eye. Tsula wasn't exactly what you would call a decent woman, for she was poor and had never known the life of luxury. She wasn't a ninja and if getting by meant stealing and possibly harming a few souls, then that's exactly what she would do. Now Yuske on the other hand was a high class shinobi who's parents were well known. Yuske loved the attention, and despite his skills, he loved to get around, quite the ladies man. Him and Tsula would meet when she tried to steal from him. He agreed not to report her for a little fun and several months later when she came to him explaining that she was pregnant, he immediately disregarded her statements, claiming that the child could be anyone's. The Hans family wanted to protect their son and their family name so they forced Tsula to leave the village without anyone's knowledge.  The young woman would stay in a small town located right outside of the Magma, but when it came time for her birth, she would try to make her way back into the village, but she never made it. She gave birth several hundred feet outside of the gates and died from blood loss, but not before she could name her son. "Yuichi Hans," she whispered. "Your name is Yuichi. Find your father, my son...find him, and make him pay."


Character History: Yuichi would be found by a group of ANBU returning from their latest mission. They brought him into the village and placed him in the care of an orphanage. Yuichi would grow up knowing nothing about his mother or father, who was brought to the orphanage to see his son, who he rejected. Bullied and teased, Yuichi would very rarely speak. The orphanage also seemed reluctant to consider his needs, for they knew who his mother was. A petty thief and liar who made nothing of herself. It didn't take long for the child to know he wasn't wanted, so he ran away. All he wanted was to be loved and to be given a home, and they would not give him that. The older he got the more determined he became. He decided to take the path of a shinobi, so he enrolled in the academy. He found his time there very difficult, for he was without a home and barely ate unless it was at the academy. He struggled in reading and writing and the skills it required to become a ninja seemed out of reach. A lot of people called him a liar, because he chose to keep the last name of his father and whenever he attempted to find the man, he was told that the man had gone missing years before. Yuichi has nothing to his name and nothing to bring to the table as a ninja, but he keeps going, because he's got nothing to lose.

{A New Beginning}

The punch that landed in his gut forced him to drop to his knees. His vision blurring slightly. "How are you to become a ninja if you can't even defend yourself," someone snapped at him. Yuichi bowed his head. He didn't have an answer. Slowly he got up, only to fall on his face as someone swiped their foot under his. The laughter made him tear up. Why? Why is it always me? He looked up at the faces. They'd always teased and bullied him, telling him that his mother was a nobody and that his father didn't want him. He shut his eyes to keep the tears from spilling over. "J-just, leave m-me a-alone...please!"
