Kai sat in the waiting room doing absolutely nothing. She was here for a routine check up but her mom was not accompany her today because she was out on a mission and her father was far too busy being a Kage. Sometimes Kai felt like she was pushed away but when you lived in a family filled with ninja what more could you expect. She gave a sigh and wiggled her legs back and forth since she was too short to touch the ground.

Bell walked into the hospital and looked to see Jutsumaster's granddaughter sitting all by herself. "Hey," she said with a small wave as she sat down next tto her. "Why are you here all by yourself, aren't you a little young," she asked kindly.

Kai gave a small nod of her head. "Hello ma'am," she said. She knew that this was her grandmother, also her father's mother. She hadn't spent much time with Bell, but when she met her, she was always nice. "Mom's away and Dad's at the Kage's building," she said. "So...I don't have any choice but to come her alone." In her mind though somebody said, That's a lie, you could have called Kazuya, or maybe even your sensei, Gabe always answer's his phone, Jerimiah possibly wouldn't have mind, you could have called Kraven or Kenjiro, what about Grandpa Takashi, or even uncle Rumik, or Bell!. Kai gave a sigh, it was true she had many people who could have taken her, she just didn't think to call.

Bell shook her head. She would have to speak with Micah about spending more time with his daughter. "Well, how've you been," she asked. The least she could do was make conversation with Kai until it was time for either of them to go.
