Zandra's smile returned as she heard Jerimiah's words. She'd finally found someone she could trust with her secret. Giving a small giggle, she dived underwater, changing as she went so that her tail flipped out of the water slightly. After a minute or so, Zandra popped her head out of the water and looked at Jerimiah. She had kelp wrapped around her and tied in the back to serve as a top. Smiling, she said "Jerimiah, you should come in and swim with me!"

Jerimiah smiled as Zandra doved into the water. He grinned at her flipper and then he closed his eyes to have Sweet Dreams that were promised. Slowly he sunk into a nice soft sleep as if someone stood next to him singing a lullaby. It was only a few moments though before it was broken by Zandra's voice.

"Swim?" He gave her a smile. "It's night and the water looks promising cold," he said. "No thanks, I'm not one for water." He wasn't sure if he was just saying that so he could doze back off or because of that sickening feeling he still had over his previous dream when he tumbled from darkness and splashed into the water. Jerimiah flicked his ears. "Maybe next time."

Zandra blinked and only after he'd opened his eyes did she realize that he'd been falling asleep. Smiling, Zandra said "Okay then," more softly than she'd been talking before. Floating on her back, she flipped her tail every now and then and looked up at the stars. She might've fell asleep like that, if it wasn't for the moon. Watching the moon and the flickering stars, Zandra started to sing quietly, her voice soft and sweet like a small flowing stream.
