Ken wandered into the open he used to know so well, although after two years...of course it had changed, everything had. He had been far away in a foreign country training for the past two years and he had no idea what had been going on here for that time. Ken's body was much more toned now, his body was slightly tanned, but of course he had been pale before he left. His hair was longer and he had grown taller. Ken looked up at the sky and softly spoke to himself "At least one thing will be the same...nomatter where I am."

Kymir walked through the open. He'd just gotten away from the Death Valley. All the fog was giving him a headache and he'd been slacking from his chores because of training and researching. As he walked he saw some guy talking to himself. Kymir walked up to him. "You know it's a know fact that talking to yourself means your crazy." Kymir had a habit for causing toruble and bothering people. And without Kazuya there to stop him, he'd gotten even worse.

Ken looked down from the sky and saw the other kid, obviously trying to pick a fight. Ken didn't care, he just smiled at the kid and spoke slowly, but not like he was making fun of the kid. "Is that true? Well that;s an interesting fact, thank you," Ken sat down on his heels and looked the kid right in the eyes. "Anyway, hello there, I'm Ken." A sudden malicious, blood-lusty look came to his eyes. "and who are you anyway? To be talking to your elders like that." Then the happy smiling carefree face came back as he stayed silent.

Kymir smirked as the guy decided he wanted to be sarcastic. He hated sarcastic people. As Ken got eye level Kymir gave a low growl. He then grinned as the guy intoduced himself and then had a quick blood thirsty look in his eye. "Am I suppose to be scared of you?" He asked. He then shoved his hands into his pockets. "And for the record, you're not an elder, but hey if you wanna look like a dried up pea thats fine by me," he said.

Ken gasped and covered his mouth teasingly, trying to amuse the small boy. "So, whoever you are, do you realize the description of elder? It's basically anyone who is older then you, and I believe, that I am older then you." Ken smiles jocosely and stood up all the way and stretched. 'You know' Ken thought to himself, 'This kid is gonna grow up to be a pretty good guy' Ken smiled at the thought, knowing it to be most likely true.

Kymir rolled his eyes. "I don't think I need you increasing my vocabulary, I got enough of that at the Academy," he said. Kymir didn't like this guy. He didn't argue back like everyone else. He kind of reminded Kymir of that one guy he met who was playing the violin in the moonlight. Kymir shook his head slightly.

Ken smiled down at him and shook his head. "Kid, you still got a long way to go, the academy can never teach you what the real world can. Go out in the real world and see what you learn." Of course Ken was only kidding, he knew a kid like this would get killed in three seconds once he got into the real world unless he grew up and started acting like an adult.

Kymir yawned uninterested. "Your really annoying," he said. This guy was all talk. Kymir couldn't find any strings to pull. This was getting on his nerves. Kicking his foot against the ground slightly he looked up at Ken. He didn't like this guy one bit. If he wasn't in his right mind he'd tear this guy to shreds, but he had to behave. If Kazuya came around he didn't want to get in trouble. Well, that was irrelavant because Kazuya had his own problems. Kymir couldn't stand this. He'd come out to read his book and this is what he ran into.
