Kat's best friend/sister had just gotten married. She was starting a new life on her own with a family. She decided that it was time for them to part ways for a little while.Kat decided that it was time for her to continued her training on her own. She would travel from village to village until she found one that would accept her. She had a good idea of one that would.

Kaoru walkd around the village as though she had nothing much to do, which was true in all honesty. Currently she was debating on what she'd have to night. She wanted something sweet, but she also wanted something healthy since she hadn't done much training lately. She'd have to find a partner. Just when she went to turn a corner she saw a girl who was around her age. "Hello," Kaoru greeted. "I haven't see you around, are you knew," she asked.

Kat paused,trying not to run into the girl in front of her. "Hi,"Kat said very quietly. "Yes I'm new in town, and I don't know anybody yet."She said.

Kaoru smiled. "Sorry for nearly running into you, I wasn't paying attention," she said. She looked closely at the other girl. "Well, if you're knew then maybe I can show you around," she said. "I'm Kaoru Sakaiya. Welcome to the Crested Valley, I'm sure you'll love it here." Kaoru had said she'd never be a tour guide after she'd lost Kenjiro one day, but she was sure she could do this one.

Kat smiled back."It's alright. I was paying any attention either. I was thinking about my sister."She said "Well Hi Karou. My name is Karinkatoteka, but bI liked to called Kat.".
"I would love to have someone show me around. I was actually looking for someone though. I wonder if you know him."She toldher.

Kaoru smiled. "It's nice to meet you Kat," she said. The girls name was very different from any Kaoru had ever heard. She wondered whta origin it was from. Forgetting the thought for the moment she raised an eyebrow. "Looking for someone?" She repeated. "Like who?" Kaoru had grown up here and knew most people, she was sure she could helpp out atleast a little.

"Yea I was looking for someone."She said. "He was sister's friend when I was little and she told me to find him if I needed help and he would probably help me."She told Karou.
His name is Kenjiro. She told me that she used to call him Kenji though. She said.

Kaoru nearly gasped when she said Kenjiro's name. "Oh my, I'm afraid he's no longer in the Crested Valley," she said. "Currently he's tthe Stealth Assistant, but he came to visit her a few weeks ago." She felt bad telling Kat this. "But, I can take you over there." She said. The two villages were very far apart, directly across the lake to be exact. "There are rumors saying he'll be in charge soon, our recent Kage died. Ms. Serenity is in charge with Lucifer for right now."

Kat just sat there for a minute."If he's not here I don't have any where to stay until he gets back."she said "I would be really grateful,If you could take me to where he's at."

Kaoru couldn't believe the girl had just said she'd be homeless unless Kenjiro wwas here at the village. "If that's the case I'll make it a personal mission," she said. Kaoru looked up at the sky. "How about I meet you back here in an hour. You should pack up, the trip will take us two to three days depending on how fast we move."

"I have everything that I have with me right here." She said looking at the bag by her feet.
"It may not look like much but it all I need."She said.

Kaoru nodded and looked down at the bag. "Well, alright then," she said. "Let's head off. She wished that she'd have known this sooner so she could have told somebody, but she'd just send Kami with a message to someone. Turning she started towards the village gates.

(Kat, when posting, try and give some descripition: example: your character looked up at the sky wondering if it was a good idea to travel with a stranger, or she picked up her bag and followed the girl.)

Kat looked up and followed Karou out of the city. She decided that as she walked she would slowly move her chakra from her body to her sword and her necklace. She didn't want all her chakra being completely built up if something happen while they were traveling.

Kaoru passed the guards waving a small goodbye. "Tell someone in charge that I'm leaning to escort a ninja to the Crested," she said. With that she was off. As they walked Kaoru had Kami fly ahead to keep a look out for any danger. Looking over her shoulder she smiled at Kat and asked, "So, how did you come to meet Kenjiro?"

Kat nodded at the guards as she passed them going out of the village. They didn't seem to sure of her.She smiled back at Karou shyly and began explaining that her biological family was killed in a car crash when she was ten and that her best friend's mom invited her to live with them. She also told her how her best friend had become her sister in all senses of the word and that her sister,April,had been best friend with Kenjiro. A"fter she got married she told me to go look for him and send her a message when I got to him,so that she new I was safe."She told Karou.

"So what you're telling me is that he's going to somewhat adopt you?" She asked. Kaoru knew what it meant to be adopted. After all these years of living with the Sakaiya she learned that she was really an Unabara in the most unlikeliest of ways. Stopping for a second she looked around. She could have sworn she'd just heard footsteps. "Careful," Kaoru said. "We're being followed." Slowly she got herself out a kunai and slipped it up her sleeve.

"No.He's not going to adopt me."she said. "It's just my sister wants to stay with someone she can trust while I'm on the road and away from her."When Kaoru stopped,she stopped as well wondering why they had stopped so suddenly.When she had said they were being followed,she pulled out a kunai knife as well,glancing around.

Kaoru paused. She didn't want to end up fighting so soon. Maybe when they were a little farther away then yes, but not now. Kaoru turned as a kunai came in their direction. She deflected a kunai and then looked at Kat. "I think there's two of them," she said. "Keep your eyes open."

Kat nodded,looking around again.When a second kunai was thrown at her,she raised her knife,blocking it.Quickly deciding to counter,she threw a shuriken in the direction the kunai came from.She kept up her guard,making sure not to let any movement pass by.

Kaoru glanced around. "So, how about you take one and I take one, we can get through with this quicker. I don't think these guys are higher than Chuunins," he said and dunked under a kunai. These guys were toying with them. Kaoru would show them their mistake.

Kat nodded to this.She continued to look around when she noticed a glint in the woods."Found ya!"she whispered before dashing forward,disappearing into the woods.She found the ninja in the trees and the two began a clash of kunai knives.In a few moments,she tossed him out,a kunai in his throat.He had what looked like the head of a snake on his hand.

Kaoru looked to her side as Kat took down a ninja. Kaoru wasted no time in taking down her own before running to Kat. She had the other ninja in tow. Dropping him next to his partner she saw that both had snake symbols. "Oh no," she breathe. "These are, snake ninja." Kaoru looked at Kat. "Some ninja back home were talking about how the Magma was under attack by these guys. Why are they here though. The Magma is across the lake." Kaoru shook her head. "We have to hurry to Kenjiro, now," she said and started off. This was bad.

What are snake ninja"she asked Karou,looking from her to the symbol in his hand. I don't know why they would be here. Yea,I would prefer to get to him as quickly as possible,and try to stay out of any other fights in the process.(Sorry not much I could do with that one)

"The snake ninja are rumoured to be fighting against the Magma. I didn't think it was true until now," she explained. "The use snake jutsu and have deadly venom in their weapons, as well as their techniques." Kaoru looked to Kat. "We'd better hurry, someone needs to know about this, pronto." With that she hurried off towards the Stealth Village.

"What do they want with the Magma?"She asked. I'm glad that neither of us got hurt by them since they have venom. And I agree, Let's hurry and find Kenji."she said.
