Zeo walked through the rogue forest his purple eyes blank and his white hair was flat. Zeo sighed and then stopped as he reached a river. I'm sick of Death. He closed his eyes and sighed. "Is life more important than death. Or should I continue to drift." He sat down and lifted his arm and the water rose but dropped. "Being dead is no good. I can't lift the water anymore." He sighed and leaned against the tree trunk and pulled his knees up to his chest. "I don't understand. It's so confusing, what is the purpose of this world. What is it?" He closed his eyes and went silent. "What is my purpose?" He shook his head. "I'll pass on now I guess. I'm not needed. My existience isn't worth anything. I'm sorry Kole and even though I didn't know you, Nilan."

Kazuya walked quietly through the rogue forest in his wolf form. This time, his wings weren't showing though. He stopped and sniffed the air lightly. He smelled....well, he couldn't describe it, but it was a scent he'd only smelled while he was in a graveyard. He shifted to his human form after seeing a transparent being sitting by the edge of the river. He slowly walked towards it, seeing that the being was a boy, a ghost by the looks of it. Kazuya made a mental note in his head that this smell, was that of a ghost. He didn't think it was possible to smell a ghost, but here it was. "Hey there," Kazuya said lightly. The boy looked depressed and Kazuya wondered if the ghost could hear him.

Zeo looked at Kazuya. He had no idea who this person was, but it didn't matter. He sighed and looked at the water. He didn't want to talk to anyone. Not now, not when he didn't have a purpose for living. How can you live, when you're already dead? He looked across the river. "Hi," he said. The words were simple. They didn't invite and they didn't send Kazuya away. It was his choice of whether he stayed or not. Zeo blinked. I never got to see the ocean. I don't want to leave before I do that. But my purpose, I don't one. Zeo shook his head. My head hurts trying to think about this. Why is it so complicated?!

Kazuya walked a little closer to the ghost and sat on his feet while looking at him. His mind sifted through all the things he could ask the boy, but most of them were stupid and obvious questions; are you okay, what's wrong, why do you look so depressed, stupid questions to which the answers were all the same: the boy was dead. So he chose a question not many people would ask a ghost. "Whatcha thinkin about?" He didn't want to seem prying but it seemed the only appropriate question.

Zeo looked away from the river and towards the guy who had taken a seat infront of him. When he was asked a question Zeo just blinked. How could he answer it without being looked at like he was a complete weirdo. That had happened when he was alive, but he had been used to it. He had his reason for being depressed. He shook his head and said. "I'm just thinking about whether I should pass on or not," he said. Zeo eyes hsifted to the water and it started to move into a miniture cylone but stopped. He resisted a sigh. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

Kazuya frowned at the boy's answer. He knew that wasn't all. Ghost or not, passing on wasn't much of a depressing concept unless you had something to leave behind. Kazuya shrugged at his question. "I was just takin a walk. I haven't been in this region in a few months." Kazuya tilted his head and decided to try and be persistent. "You have something in the living world that you're leaving behind?"

Zeo looked at the guy carefully. As he spoke about himself not being in the region for a while Zeo began to wonder why he'd returned and did he originally come from here. Zeo shrugged. When Kazuya asked him about leaving something behind Zeo shook his head. "No," he said speaking the truth. "I don't have anything left in the world." Nothing at all.

Kazuya looked at the ghost. "Then why are you depressed about moving on?" He tilted his head. There was more than what the ghost was letting on. Kazuya gave the ghost a light smile and a small laugh. "You don't have to worry, I don't judge others. I don't have much of a right to."

Zeo was quiet for a moment. "I'm depressed because I'm always like that," he said. "I don't know much about anything anymore," Zeo said quietly. "Everything is so confusing. I want to live again so that I can finish life because I died from a virus, but....but I don't have a purpose for life. I never did and I never will. My existence is pointless." Zeo closed his eyes for several seconds. Kole, what am I doing saying this. Where are you when I need you. Didn't you say that you'd be there for me? I guess not. You lied, you always do.... I don't know what to do anymore.

Kazuya looked at the boy quietly for a few moments. "Some people are born for a purpose, others find it later in life. Maybe...you just didn't live long enough to find yours." Kazuya gave the boy a light smile. "I had a purpose, but I chose to ignore it." Kazuya blinked, a sudden thought hitting him. He gave a small laugh. "You know, I don't even know your name. I'm Kazuya Auren."

Zeo just looked at the guy. What did he mean by people where born with purposes. He shook his head dismissing the question and then said. "I'm Zeo, it's nice to meet you Kazuya." He wasn't sure if he meant that, but did it really matter. It was better than being mean and saying get lost. Besides, Zeo was sort of enjoying the company of Kazuya.

Kazuya looked at the ghost, then drew his gaze over to the water. It seemed the boy was lightening up a bit. That was good. Two years ago, Kazuya wouldn'tve bothered with ghosts and trying to make others feel better. At that time he could've cared less. "It's nice to meet you too Zeo," he said, his eyes following the fish swimming peacefully in the stream. His eyes turning a gold color, he could see exactly how many fish there were, what color, and what kind, despite the distortion of the water. He allowed his eyes to turn back to normal. Nowadays he had complete control over it; it was something he greatly enjoyed. He felt bad for this ghost, unable to come back to the realm of the living. "What did you do while you were alive, Zeo?" he asked, turning his attention away from the fish and back to Zeo.

Zeo gave a small shrug when the guy asked about his former life. "I was an Akatsuki," he said quietly. No need to hide it seeing as though he was dead now and possibly about to cross over, but he wanted to meet Kole again first. Get hos opinion on the entire ordeal.

Kazuya loooked at Zeo. "Really now? Did you enjoy it there then?" Kazuya held no grudge aginst the akatsuki. They'd done nothing to him yet. They'd done nothing to Kai yet. Or Jerimiah. They'd done nothing to him and his hybrids. He held no grudge. Giving Zeo a small smile, he waited for his response.
