I've decided that all characters with an age that is five and below will go to the Academy. If you're already are a Genin and are younger than five then that's okay. But the minimum age for a person to be a Genin is 5 and older from here on out. If you'd like to go to the academy then that's fine. Also anyone above five may attend if they'd like.
