Krissy grinned as the kid picked her as his first fight. She wouldn't even have to use any of her eye jutsu for this battle. The only downside was that she couldn't kill the new kid. How disappointing. Krissy walked up a few steps and grinned at the kid. "Alright newbie, bring it on. Let's see whatcha got," she said, quickly pulling out a kunai and whipping it at the kid. She'd test his reflexes first.

Daya was pleased when his name was called. He'd crush the runt without breaking a sweat, too bad Krissy got to get him first. Moving out of the line of fire he watched in mild amusemnt. "This had better be entertaining," he said. "I hate a boring show." He then gave a small laugh and waited for the fight to begin.

Deita glared at Krystali as she spoke. She was so cocky, and it really pissed him off. His reflexes kicked in almost immediately as he saw her take out a kunai. He pulled out his sword and blocked the kunai with it. He wondered if fighting her was such a good idea afterall. Swallowing, Deita thought only a second before running at Krissy and attempting to attack her with his sword.

Krissy watched as the kid blocked her kunai and blindly charged at her. She side-stepped and tried to knee Deita in the stomach. Was this kid really that weak where his sword was his only actual way of attacking? Or was the kid just trying to trick her? Either way, she still wasn't thinking very highly of him yet.

As Deita's sword missed, he knew that Krissy'd try to counter. Unfortunately, he wasn't quick enough to block it and it hit him full force. Stumbling back a little, Deita put one of his hands on his stomach in pain. At this rate, he'd have to use his other attacks on her. But then he'd have nothing to surprise his other opponents with. But if he didn't survive Krissy, he wouldn't have to worry about those 'other' opponents. Resheathing his sword, Deita let the static electricity he collected earlier invisibly surround his hands. Quickly, Deita started aiming punch after punch at Krissy. If one of his punches hit, or even if she so much as touched him, she'd get zapped and that'd give him a chance for a serious attack.

Krissy smirked as the kid stumbled back. "Come on, is that all you got?" she taunted. When the kid resheathed his sword, Krissy looked at him almost curiously, wondering what he was up to. As Deita charged at her again he started throwing a barrage of punches at her, which she dodged, until she got bored of dodging and went to grab his arm to try to throw him. As soon as she did, however, she felt herself get shocked, as if she'd just stuck her hand in an electrical socket. She stood there, paralyzed for a few moments and open to attack.

Deidara smirked. This was getting good. It looked like Deita could hold against Krissy. As Krissy got shocked Deidara grinned. He'd made a good decision with this one, but this was only the beginning.

Deita smiled as Krissy went to grab his arm and paralyzed herself. Immediately, Deita grabbed for his sword and, taking a quick step back from her, slashed his sword diagonally at Krissy. He'd hit her for sure, and there was no doubt that after that, Deita'd be onto his next opponent. He hoped.

Krissy regained her mobility only a moment too late as Deita's sword cut across her stomach. Holding her stomach, Krissy let out a small scream. Flinching slightly, Krissy glared at Deita. "You little...that's it, you're dead kid!" She yelled, her eyes turning silver. Her chain belt unravelled from around her waist and shot at Deita, in an attempt to wrap itself around him and squeeze him until he popped like a grape.

Deidara grinned as Deita hit his mark. This kid would be a great addition. Uncrossing his arms and going over to Krissy as she lost it, he grabbed her chain. "That's enough," he said. "Krissy, you lose, fair and square," he said. He then looked at Deita. "Good job, who's your next victim?"

Deita's eyes widened when he saw that Krissy tried to attack him again. How is she still even up? he thought, taking a step back as the chain flew at him. He gave a relieved sigh though, when he saw Deidara grab it before it could get to him. Deita looked at Deidara as he asked who Deita wanted to go up against next. Deita looked at the people that had been chosen. He didn't know enough about them to make an informed decision, so he went with one of the people he hadn't met up until just now. "Daya," he said, his eyes landing on the guy with the red hair. Deita didn't bother putting his sword away just yet. He wasn't sure if he was going to need it, but better to have it handy just in case.

Daya a mischevious grin on his face as Deita chose him. "Well well, this should be fun seeing as though he beat Krissy. The only problem is I know your fightning style, and you know nothing of mine," he said. "What a bother it is that I can't kill you though that would be breaking the rules of this little game." He gave a sigh and grinned. "But rules are meant to be broken."

Deita swallowed as he heard Daya talking. This guy was a total creep, and it sounded like he'd probably be strong too. And he'd used a bunch of his moves on Krissy already, so Daya knew his moves, but Deita didn't know his. This would be a problem. Deita stood there with his sword ready. He'd let Daya make the first move. He wouldn't make the mistake of charging this guy head on.

Daya looked at Deidara out the corner of his eye. "Oh and Deidara, I want hurt him...too much. I'll try and behave myself." He then grinned as Deita stood ready. "It'll be a big mistake not taking the chance to attack me first, but I'm going to take a guess and say your mind is made up." Daya hadn't even finished his sentence when he'd disappeared into a red mist. "This shall be fun." Instead of reappearing behind Deita, he came from the front. "Boo." He then kicked Deita.

Deita looked at Daya as he spoke to Deidara and swallowed again. Oh man...maybe this wasn't the best choice, he thought as Daya spoke again. Okay, so Deita was starting to think that maybe he should've attacked first, because after Daya spoke, he disappeared and Deita had no clue where he'd gone. When Daya reappeared in front of Deita, he tried to take a quick step back, but ended up getting kicked and tumbling backwards. Sitting there for a few seconds dizzy, Deita quickly got back up and looked at Daya. Fine then, he thought. I won't make the mistake of waiting for you to move again. As soon as Deita got back up, he ran at Daya, and slashed his sword diagonally. He had to think of something new to surprise this guy with. He hadn't learned much at the academy, but what he did learn might've been enough for a few simple tricks.

Daya grinned as Deita fell back. "Just like a roli poli. Maybe I should crush you like one too," he said as he moved away from the blade. "Your a few years too young to be trying to take me," he said. "You should've stay home!" Daya showed no mercy for anyone. He enjoyed watching people bleed. Dunking low he moved forward and aimed a punch at Deita's gut but stopped right before contact and flipped over him landing a kick across his back.

Deidara backed up as Deita said who he wanted next. In Deidara's opinion that wasn't a good pick, but this child had beatin Krissy. Looking at Daya as he spoke he gave him a cold glare. "Kill him and it'll be the last thing you do before death." He then sat back and watched. So far Deita was losing, how long would it take him to pull through?

Deita immediately glared at Daya as he told him that Deita should've stayed home. If this guy didn't think that Deita was good enough to be in the akatsuki, he had another thing coming. Deita went to block Daya's punch, but didn't expect him to aim a kick at his back, and stumbled forward a few steps. That's it, he thought angrily. Sheathing his sword, Deita jumped back from Daya a little bit and took out a shuriken. Static started crackling around Deita's hand, then around the shuriken. Deita threw the shuriken at Daya, then started a jutsu. Shadow Shuriken Clone Jutsu, he thought, the shuriken then multiplied into ten identical shuriken, all crackling with electricity around them. Not a moment after, Deita started another jutsu. Shadow Clone Jutsu, he thought, then waited to see Daya's move against the shuriken.

Daya began to wonder what the kid was up to when he sheathed his sword. As he chose a shuriken as a replacement weapon he started to chuckle. "You're half past dumb aren't you, boy." His laugh was cut short as the shuriken multiplied. Daya stepped back. Fading into mist wouldnt help. Blocking himself he took both force of the shuriken and then electricty. Surpressing a look of utter shock at the damage he glanced at Deita. "Well it looks like I've underestimated you," he said. Daya rarely accepted defeat but he knew he'd get a second chance at the kid. And his body wouldn't be able to hold up against another electricty attack. That type of element was quite dangerous. Walking to Deita he looked down at the kid. "You've got my respect," he said then walked past him and headed over to the building so he could rest up and watch the other fights.

(sorry to have cut the fight short, but something sort of came up. I'll be looking forward to another one.)

Deidara was not at all pleased at how short the fight had been. Looking at Daya he gave him a cold look then back to Deita. "Well done, who's next?" He asked. He looked the kid over. "Do you want a break before you start again?" Whichever the kid chose Deidara would not allow a break. He wanted to know Deita's real power, he wanted to see what made this kid so special. He wanted to know Deita's limit so that when the day of training came he could push him past it.

Deita looked at Daya as he took the shuriken and the electricity. He tried not to look so shocked when Daya walked over to him. So he'd gained the respect of at least one person here. The very same person that said Deita didn't belong in the akatsuki. He considered that quite a feat, but he wasn't done yet. Deita looked at Deidara as he asked who he wanted to fight next. "Uhhmm..." he wasn't able to answer before Deidara asked him if he wanted to take a break. Deita shook his head almost immediately. "No," he said. He wanted to get this over with as quickly as possible. Besides, he hadn't taken any real damage....well, he'd taken some, but nothing worth stopping for. Deita looked over the last people he had to fight. "Bat's next," he said simply.

Bat was far too excited when Deita called his name. Pulling Nightshade off his back he spun the sword and walked over to the newer Akatsuki. "I hope this will be worth the time," he said with a sinister laugh. He looked to Deidara then to Deita. "You first," he said as he stepped back several paces. Nightshade began to glow with a green aura. Bat wasn't one to hide his abilities, though he didn't show off either. He just liked to get straight to the point.

Deidara found this to be interesting. To pick at as an opponent. He slowly stepped back. "Enjoy," he said as he resided to the wall of the Akatsuki hideout. He wanted this to last a bit longer than the last one. Maybe Bat could bring out the best of Deita's abilities. He thought Krissy would have done that, guess he was wrong. How disappointing.

Deita looked at Bat as he pulled his sword off his back. So it was gonna be a sword fight, was it? Deita pulled his own sword off his back after Bat said that he could start first. Of all the people that Deita had to fight, Bat made him the most nervous. Just something about the kid was very creepy. Well if he was gonna see what his new partner could do, he couldn't just stand there all day. After a second, Deita charged at Bat, slashing his sword diagonally at Bat. He knew it wouldn't hit, but he needed to see how quick Bat was so he could plan his next attacks.

Bat wanted to mix Deita up a bit, make him think. When he slashed down on him Bat let the blade hit him. The pain came instantly but he'd deal with that later. It was a sacrafice that would be very much worth it. Bat pulled his sword out of the ground and brought it straight up so that Deita would have to jump over him or move backwards. Whichever one the other Akatsuki chose would be fine because Bat liked to warm up before really fighting. A few swings with Nightshade would do. All Deita had to do was dodge a bit.
