Daya yawned as Deidara came in and asked who started this. "We get to choose punishment for her and Krissy chooses to let her off the hook? Man that's lame." Daya got up. "You guys are getting mushy, I swear it." He looked at Deidara. "I say give her a lesson."

Krissy glared at Daya when he said that everyone was getting mushy. She'd show him who was getting mushy. Her eyes flashed silver and her chain belt unraveled itself from around her waist as she sat and floated over to Daya, whacking him in the back of the head. Krissy gave a mischievous grin. She wondered if Daya would do anything about it. She wouldn't mind a fight with him at this point. She wouldn't let him call her soft and get away with it. She just thought that they should've maybe had a restful day before they left for their missions. It had nothing to do with her caring for Zoey or anything, because she didn't. She cared for no one but herself.

Bat agreed with Daya. He didn't join the Akatsuki to sit around and talk with the weak. He joined to cause havoc without consiquence. And he though Krystalia was more hard core than what she was letting on, but it seemed he'd underestimated her. Looking at Deidara he waited for an answer while wwatching Krissy lash out because she'd made a mistake. ______________________ Zeo fell nothing short of silence at Deidara's prescence. When their fierce leader didn't look to pleased about them lazying about Zeo feared for the worst. But then Deidara said he'd punish one not all, and they got to decide on the punishment. Zoey was a fellow Akatsuki, and Zeo didn't think it was good to injure the others before their big missions, so with a very small voice he said, "Maybe not punishing her is right, afterall, we're leaving soon." He swallowed. "And injuries will cause casualties."

Deidara shook his head as Krissy got mad at Daya and took it upon herself to strike out at him. "Try and act a bit more mature Krystalia," he said. Looking back at Zoey he tapped the side of his arm as he decided on whether he should take up on Krissy's proposal. Then Zeo spoke up. "You have a point Zeo, I'll keep that in mind." He looked at Deita. It was about time he saw if the child was mentally stable enough to decide the fate of others without regret. "Deita, I'll the decision up to you. Choose."

Even as Deidara had come in, Deita's disposition didn't change much as he took another drink of his soda. He'd stay out of this one. He figured that whatever that girl's punishment would be would be decided without him. But apparently it wasn't so. Deita looked at Deidara and blinked as his mentor stated that Deita would be the one to decide. He'd been listening to the conversation of what her punishment should be if she had one at all. "Um...me?" he asked in a small voice. He was still getting over being shy, but he was slowly progressing. Deita looked down and took a moment to think. "She should get punishment if she fails her mission. Because if she does fail it means this vacation made her unprepared for it," he told Deidara without looking at him. He wasn't a cold-hearted kid, but he knew how the akatsuki worked. And this would give the older akatsuki female more incentive to do well in her mission. It was win-win. Because if she was hurt now, she would most definitely fail in her mission, and that would be lose-lose, and no one liked those. "But hurting her before her mission would most definitely ensure failure," he added, then fell silent. He could be strict if he wanted to. The Moonshine clan was known for two things: their strength in protecting their village, and strictly enforcing the law. He was raised to do both, but only succeeded in one.

Zoey looked from Deidara to the other Akatsuki. Her fate had just been placed in the hands of a child. She looked at Deita as he spoke. He'd been kind enough to let her off the hook, but she'd have to complete her mission. She looked to Deita and nodded. She'd have to thank him later, no matter what the final outcome would be.

"So be it, Zoey, you're free to go. If you fail to complete your mission expect to be punished. If you run, I will find you." He looked at the group. "Have a bit fun until it's time for you all to go. Just remember, if you disappoint me, I will not spare you any mercy." He then smiled politely and exited the room. Leaving them to their party/

Bat chuckled as Deidara left. He looked over to the Dark Princess. "And you wanted to sit back and enjoy the party. Looks like you get to do that at a cost." He looked at Zoey. "Better not screw up, you life is on the line." Bat was hellish. He looked back to Krissy. "I have to agree with Daya. You're getting a bit soft. Or are you just sucking up to Deidara because Itachi no longer has soft side for you?" This was fun.

Krissy rolled her eyes at Bat as he started. "Yeah, well I'm not the only one. We all have to make sure we complete our missions, or Deidara's gonna kill us all," she pointed out. She glared at Bat as he said that he agreed with Daya and that she was getting soft. "The hell I am!" she said stubbornly. That last statement of his caught her off guard though. She didn't know anyone knew about that. "Shut up!" she said hotly, her face a bit red in embarrassment. She hated having been that scared of anyone, even if it was Itachi. She was ashamed of herself for showing such weakness to anyone.

Bat got up and dusted himself off. His black eyes were deadly. "Did I say something she didn't want me to?" He asked. He laughed hestorically. "This is fun. Since we have the permission to go ahead and party, why just sit around and do nothing, someone get out the drinks, I don't like being bored." He then looked at Krissy with a grin. _______________________________ Zeo got up as well as Bat said someone should get drinks out. Non-alcoholic would be good. He went into the kitchen and got out some drinks. "Bat's right, let's have fun. We're going to have to get serious in a little while anyway." He then set the drinks down and gave a small smile. "Come on." He looked at Zoey. "Don't bother with failure, I'm assigned to the same assignment."

Zoey visibly shook where she was and then gave a small smile as Deidara left them to their party. She went over to Deita. "Thank you," she whispered. She'd give him a hug but that was a bit much. She looked at Bat and nodded. "You're right, let's have some fun." She ppranced into the kitchen and opened the counters up. Lots of drinks were stored up. Zoey pulled out a few cases. "Chip and dip?" She asked.

| Zeo stood almost frozen where he stood. He didn't believe this to be a wise idea. Deidara would get back at them all for this. It'd be sooner than later for sure. Taking a step back he turned towards the entrance of the main room and left without another word. He didn't want to be caught up in this.
___________________________
Bat stood from where he'd been sitting on the comfortable couch. He dusted himself off and grinned rather impishly. "Chips and dip? That sounds, interesting." He said as he stalked over to Zoey and her case of sodas. "I like parties, most are filled with blood and gore, but your human parties seem interesting, not as fun, but interesting." He said and pulled the chips from the bottom cabinet. |

Daya's glare was icy. That pink haired chick had the audacity to hit him with her little chain belt. He was no mutt to be smacked around. "You're asking for it you little punk." The five foot nine Akatsuki stood up, his brow knitted in anger. Krystalia was as much a pet as Deita was. One of his biggest pet peeves was suck ups too. "Touch me again and I'll turn you into ground beef." His threat firm, he didn't move. Daya dared her to try something, anything. He'd make a mess of this place, with witnesses to tell the story.

Krissy nearly laughed aloud at Daya's reaction. "Cool it red-head, didn't you hear Deidara's order? We're supposed to have fun," she said deviously, even though she'd started the fight. She was 12 years old, how in the world could anyone expect her to be mature? Did they even know who she was? Telling Krissy to act more mature was like telling a vicious dog to heel. It wasn't likely to happen. She hopped off the couch and went into the kitchen, grabbing two sodas before turning around. "Hey Daya, catch," she said, tossing the soda to him. She'd forgotten completely that if he opened it now it was likely to spray all over him.
