Quite often you’ll find Marut wearing sunglasses and have some kind of object in his mouth, whether it be a sucker or just the stick. Occasionally he’ll have a cigarette in his mouth, even though he doesn’t smoke.

Personality: Marut has a bit of a short temper when things get screwed up and will on occasion uproot something and throw it. But when it comes to politics, Marut is the guy to go to, having kept up with all recent events, and always makes some kind of plans to present to the higher ups in a time of crisis, such as what the Storm is going through now. He’s kind to people who he thinks deserves it, and won’t stand for villages who try to attack his home. He’s extremely against the akatsuki, and won’t hesitate to aid other villages in their plight to rid the world of them.

{They Made Me Who I Am Today}

Family History: His family isn’t much as first glance, it’s rather small, but under the calm, small exterior, the members practice martial arts daily, and a few of the members, despite not being ninja, practice ninjutsu, specializing in storm type, considering where they live. The men of the family all taught themselves how to bear storms, and as part of training stay on the outskirts of town in the worst weather to train their bodies to withstand the harsh elements.


Character History: As stated in the family history, Marut had been trained to withstand the elements at a very early age and decided to become the first of his family to use his skills to become a ninja. At a young age, Marut’s main attribute as a ninja was his immense physical strength, being able to lift extremely heavy objects without much to-do. The only bad thing about this was that he injured his body doing such things quite often.

He’s the youngest of his three brothers, but the most accomplished, having become a chuunin by the age of 13 and a jonin by the age of 16. Ever since the Storm lost their kage, he’d been trying to convince the higher ups that he was the right guy for the job. And he finally was able to do just that. He recently became the Storm kage. He’d achieved the nickname of The Black Storm, because of his well known jutsu which take on a darker appearance than the same jutsu when used by others.


{A New Beginning}

Marut couldn't be more relaxed if he tried. He literally, had his feet kicked back on his desk. He'd just finished all his paper work and had the end of a sucker stick in his mouth, rolling it around like he had nothing better to do. He didn't have his glasses on right now, but that was because he was inside. He blinked when he heard laughter from the base of the tower. He got up and looked over the side, only to see that one of the ninja that was supposed to be taking papers to another branch of their government was lazing about sitting around on a bench, speaking on a phone. Mar's eye twitched in irritation. "You no good, lazeabout ninja..." he muttered, taking the stick out of his mouth and throwing it to the ground. He turned, and, without thinking, lifted his whole desk from the ground, papers scattering everywhere and threw it out the window at the ninja, the surprising fact being that it hit where it'd been aimed, the ninja moving only a second before he would've been crushed beneath it.

Marut climbed on top of the railing and jumped down, manipulating his chakra to cushion his fall, but his anger hadn't faded just yet. He stormed over to the lazy ninja, who obviously knew what was coming and was quickly scampering away. Mar took up a drawer from the crushed desk and whipped it forcefully at the back of the ninja's head, this time it hit it's mark. "Come back here you lazy ass ninja!" he growled.
