Toki continued to cheer on Boreas. "Go on, prove you've got what it takes to move up the ladder," she said. Rin watched in silence. Her green eyes looking to the side as she spotted Serenity. It seemed unreal for a moment, but she knew it was. She turned her head in shame. Nathaniel noticed Rin's actions and looked with a grin at the girl who had been standing in the ally. "Hello love, care to watch?" He held out a hand.

Felix looked at Nathaniel as he spoke to someone and then saw Serenity. He was too distracted to pay attention to Mars. He felt the kick make contact and crumpled over. Dropping his weapons. "Serenity, leave," he snapped. Through the mist of his past self he could still concetrate and make out logical stuff. He didn't want her getting hurt. Felix got up and aimed a punch at Mars throat.

Serenity was starting to get this, and she didn't like it one bit. Earlier, the man Nathaniel had been with Felix. Nathaniel was possibly the manager that Toki and Rin had been talking about earlier. Toki had gone out to talk with Felix and Nathaniel before she'd come out herself to go back to Felix. And now it looked like the man that was wearing the black jacket earlier was with Nathaniel as well, and he was now fighting with Felix, and Jasper was helping for some reason. But no, his eyes were orange. This was Boreas. The look on Rin's face had told her that the dinner must've been some kind of distraction. And then Nathaniel had the gall to ask her to watch this? And even worse than that... "Don't call me that," she said coldly as he called her love. There was only one person in the world she would ever allow to call her that and he was long dead. It didn't matter if someone was only playing with her when they called her that, she snapped at them within the instant without even meaning to. She looked at Felix as he told her to leave, then back to the other five. "But..." Was he really going to try to take on all these people? Serenity took a step back. She wasn't going to leave, but she wasn't going to get in the way either.

Mars noticed the distraction that the girl provided to Felix as she showed up and took full advantage of it. As Silver got up and aimed a punch at his throat he grinned and moved to the side, taking out a kunai and aiming to slash at Felix's throat.

Boreas was having a harder time keeping control now that Serenity had shown up. And that girl's constant cheering wasn't helping his concentration either. Either way he'd push through somehow, and he wouldn't let Mars get in his way of a good fight. As Mars went for Felix's throat, Boreas pushed forward next to Mars and aimed a punch at Felix's stomach. He hated two on one fights, unless it was him fighting the two. Double-teaming an opponent wasn't his idea of a good time.

Felix was not at all happy about Serenity staying. She was a distaction to him. He would have to worry about her not getting hurt in the process of fighting. He moved to the side as Mars brought the kunai to his throat. The blade cut across the side of his neck when Jasper punched him in the stomach. Felix backed up, this was a dangerous fight. Icy blue eyes glared at his two opponents. How do I take them both out before the other has a chance to take me out? He spit out some blood to the side. "This is very interesting and all, but I must say, you're slacking Mars. Letting a newbie get in your way and what not." Felix grinned and beckoned his old ally forward. He kept his vision on Boreas as well though.

Nathaniel looked at Serenity as she yelled at him. "You are rude, but you seem valuable to Felix. Toki, if you will." Toki smirked. "With pleasure," she said darkly and appeared behind Serenity with a kunai at the girl's throat. "You must want to die, you should have ran when Silver told you to," she said with a small laugh. She looked to the fight. "Now you both will die." Rin kept her eyes focused on a small crack in the ground. She would not meet Serenity's eyes. She had really wanted to be friends, but sometimes, things were impossible.

Serenity tried to take another step back as Nathaniel said something to Toki, but found herself unable to as the girl appeared behind her with a kunai to her throat. How did she always find herself in these situations? "T-Toki," she said, her eyes slightly wide. Toki wasn't like Rin, who seemed to be regretting this. She seemed to want to kill Serenity, but she didn't know why. What had she done to make Toki want to kill her?

Mars glared at Silver as he taunted him. He wouldn't let his anger get the best of him. He stepped back and started a jutsu. You've forgotten who it is you're talking to Silver. Time to jog your memory, he thought. Ice Style: Winter's Rage. At that moment, ice started spreading from the ground at his feet outwards. Anything he touched from here on out would turn to ice. He grinned, his gold eyes shining. He swiftly ran for Silver, ignoring the fact that Toki had Serenity, and aimed a punch at his face. The fact that Toki had Serenity would only work to his advantage.

Boreas grinned at Felix's taunting of Mars. Yet another thing it seemed him and Felix shared in common. They both had a dislike for Mars. When Mars did a jutsu, Boreas ignored it and went to aim a hit at Felix again, but stopped as he saw that the girl had Serenity. His eyes flashed gray momentarily. Jasper was trying to regain control, and as he did so, prevented Boreas from moving for several moments.

"The name is Tokine," she said. Toki didn't care about orders. Hostage or no hostage, she had Serneity in her grasp. She'd end her life then and there. She did afterall have the power. Flipping the kunai she aimed it into Serenity's throat.

Felix's eyes fell short nothing short of pissed as he saw Toki had Serenity. Serenity was immortal, but that didn't mean she couldn't go into a coma, or feel pain. Felix jumped back as Mars started his jutsu and went to hit him. He thought Jasper was coming, but the sight of Serenity had him distracted. Felix used it to his advantage. He pushed himself off the wall and knocked Jasper to the ground, burying two kunai within his arms. He then looked up as he saw Toki aiming the kunai at Serenity's throat. There was no blur, he was just there. His next move was to kill. All around him didn't exist. There was a sickening snap and then warm blood covered most of his forearm. He could feel the beating of a heart. Felix's front shirt was drenched in blood. He looked at the target, it wasn't who he wanted. He unlodged his arm. Black tendrals ran through the open wound and the jutsu started. Tearing apart the inside and destroying. Felix stepped back and swallowed.

Rin saw what was happening and couldn't stand there. Felix was going to do the unthinkable. Kill Toki. Her friend, the one person she would call family. Rin didn't see Felix move, she felt it. She moved infront of the two girls. She was afraid Felix was mad enough to go through Serenity. She could not allow that. The impact made he give a short scream. She reached up to her chest. Where there should have been bone protecting her heart there was just a hole and Felix's arm. Rin swallowed as blood trickled down the sides of her mouth. She coughed as Felix removed his hand and then collasped to the ground in a pool of her own blood. The black tendrils slowly eating away at her exposed heart. She held back pained screams, but the expression on her face said it all. Her yellow eyes going blank.

Nathaniel could not catch everything. All he saw was that Mars was attacking Felix and then Felix was gone and Rin was on the ground. He looked to his side trying to see if it was a clone. No, it was the real thing. Nathaniel felt himself go weak for a moment. "No." He stepped forward but stopped. He couldn't walk. This was not what they had come for. This was not how this was suppose to turn out!

Boreas slowly lost control as Jasper started taking over at the sight of the kunai at Serenity's throat. He lost complete control when Felix knocked him back and lodged two kunai into his arms, his eyes fading back to gray, he held back a scream. He didn't see anything that happened next. He missed it all as he tried to take the kunai out of his arms. He looked back quickly to see if Serenity was okay, and his eyes widened at the sight of blood. He was all too happy to discover that it wasn't Serenity's. He'd never allow Boreas to go that far again. In fact...he'd suppress Boreas completely. This...shouldn't have happened.

Mars looked at Felix as he moved back, then his eyes went at Tokine and the girl as he saw a sudden movement. What is she doing? he found himself thinking. The orders hadn't been to kill the girl, but Tokine...she just didn't listen. He couldn't follow what happened next. One moment Silver had been going after Boreas, and the next he was aiming an attack at Toki, but it wasn't Toki that he'd hit. His eyes widened. "Rin!" He felt himself frozen into place. Silver had....Rin was....He couldn't believe his eyes. He glared at Silver. "You..." He knew that Rin hadn't been the target, but he was too angry to care. He wouldn't let him get away with this...not after all that had just happened. He started towards Felix at a slow walk, his head bowed and the rim of his hat covering his face. He'd kill him. He'd make sure that bastard never woke up again. Nathan's orders no longer mattered. Vengeance was what Mars was after now. He'd never felt so strongly about avenging anyone before that moment.

Serenity swallowed at Toki's words. She was pissed. What...what did I do...? she thought. Her eyes widened only a second before she closed them tightly when Toki drew the kunai back and brought it down. But nothing hit her. She then heard a scream and opened her eyes to see Rin on the ground. Serenity felt rather dazed for some reason. She'd seen a lot of blood before, but....never like this. Her eyes were transfixed on the body that lay on the ground in front of her. She didn't see anything else. Not Felix, not Mars coming towards Felix, not Nathan, she was even unaware that Jasper was down and that Toki was still behind her.

Felix hadn't meant to kill Rin. She'd suddenly just, come. He felt himself back away. His eyes glazed over. He starred down at her. He could see she was still breathing, but she wouldn't last much longer. He looked back at Mars who had said something. He saw the ninja coming for him. Felix couldn't manage to even act defensive. The feel of blood on him made him sick. "I..." He tried to explain but couldn't. Something hit the side of his face. He thought it was tears, but it was snow. It was snowing. He looked up. What have I done?

*Flashback*

Felix was sitting on the steps. A black haired girl was sitting next him. Her large yellows full of life. "Have you ever even killed someone?" He asked her. The girl giggled. "No, but I am skilled in stunning my enemies," she explained. Felix shrugged. "Good enough." He looked up at the sky as the clouds moved along. The sun was bright. The girl looked at him shyly. "Do you like the clouds?" Felix looked at her. "No, it just reminds me of freedom." She smiled. "My name is Riname, but you can call me Rin for short." Felix looked at her. "I'm Felix, everyone around her calls me Silver though." He shrugged and looked back up to the clouds. Rin smiled and reached over and picked up her Koto and began to play and Sing softly. Felix listened, acting as though he was not interested, but Rin could see by the peace in his expression that he was sooth.

*Real Time*

Toki dropped her kunai as Rin fell. She let out a long horrified scream. She stumbled to her friend and dropped to her knees. The blood soaking her kimono. "Rin," she whimpered. "Rin, Rin. Don't die," she begged. Tears streaming down her face. "Oh God please don't die." Why had it been Rin? Why did the innocent one have to die. She shook the near lifeless girl. "Someone, please, anyone." She begged. "HELLLPPP!" She looked at Felix. "This is your fault!" She blamed. "You're a murderer! Your a damn murderer! You're nothing but a cold hearted murderer! MURDERER!" She screamed as she broke down into another fit of tears.

Nathaniel found the strength to walk. He went over to Toki and put his hand on her shoulder. "There's nothing we ccan do," he said. He looked down at Rin. The sight of her made him turn his head. "I am sorry that you have to suffer life this." He said quietly. He looked to Mars. He never knew the guy would get mad about a dying comarade. He wondered if Mars even knew she was still alive for the moment.

Rin coughed. The pain was increasing. She couldn't hold on for much longer. She cringed violently and looked up at Toki. "I...I a..." She tried to talk but the blood was keeping her from speaking. She coughed again. "Sister." She had tears forming in her eyes. She tried to smile and blinked as snow started to fall. She'd always loved the snow. It was nice to leave while it was snowing. It was so white, and nice. She closed her eyes as she felt her heart constrict. She opened them back when Nathaniel spoke. "Tha...thank..." she coughed again. "You."

When Jasper had managed to push himself up, it was weakly. He quickly surveyed the scene. Things were bad, very bad. He did a cloaking genjutsu on the area, so that passersby would see and hear nothing. That area of the carnival didn't exist at at point in time to anyone outside it's boundaries. He saw Mars going for Felix. Jasper put it together that the black haired girl hadn't been the intended target, but the other girl had started screaming at Felix and as Mars went for him, he sat there and did nothing. Jasper came up behind Mars with the point of a kunai to his back and one hand on his shoulder. "You move, you die," he said, his gray eyes holding seriousness. He knew that something serious had just happened, but he didn't know the dying girl, therefor he had no reason to be distracted. No remorse for dying strangers, that was the code he lived by. When Mars turned to try and attack him, he grabbed the guy's arm and twisted it behind his back, grounding him and put his knee on Mars' back. "Shutup and watch," he told Mars quietly. He knew what Serenity would do. He knew how she was. His arms were killing him, but he couldn't just sit there being useless while Mars attacked Kuriyama. After all, this was all Jasper's fault. He hadn't been strong enough to control Boreas and this had been the result.

Mars was still going towards Silver, but stopped when he felt the point of a weapon at his back. He turned his head slightly, his eyes glaring as Boreas stated if he moved then he'd die. Without hesitation, Mars pulled forward so the kunai wouldn't slash his back, and aimed a punch at Boreas, whose eyes were now a different color. But before he knew it, the guy had his hand and had slammed him to the ground with his knee digging into his back. He cringed. D-dammit, he thought in irritation. He'd been so caught up in killing Silver that he'd forgotten all about his so-called ally. He struggled to get up, but then the kunai was brought to his throat and he heard Boreas tell him to stay put. Why wasn't his jutsu affecting this guy? He should've been turning to ice by now!

Serenity watched the scene with a sad expression. Rin hadn't been the target, she had no reason to die. As Toki ran over next to Rin, Serenity looked off to the side. She wouldn't let Rin die, not like this. Taking off her gloves as she went, she knelt down next to Rin, on the other side of Toki and threw her gloves to the side. Already Serenity's clothes were becoming drenched in blood from the pool of it on the ground. She went to say something sharp at Toki for calling Felix that, but restrained herself. Hadn't Toki just been about to kill her? But these two were undeniably close, so she'd say nothing. It was obvious that no one here besides Felix and Jasper knew she was a healer. Putting her hand on Rin's chest, she started quickly, her hand glowing a pleasant green aura, despite her mood. She was so weak. Weren't these two the enemy? And she'd trusted them so easily. Serenity knew that one thing Seirath had said to her had been true: She was weak, and couldn't stand to see others suffer, even if it is an enemy. Every day Serenity scolded herself for having such a weakness. She'd never been one to consider herself weak, but now she was seeing it. She trusted people much too easily and because of that got hurt. She hated seeing people suffer, so she ceases their suffering, and because of that, they go after her again. But she couldn't help it. She was too kind-hearted. She'd just have to teach herself...not to trust anymore. And not to care when seeing others suffer...it would undoubtedly only make her stronger. Felix was so much stronger than she was, and she envied him for that, though she would probably never say so aloud.

Toki looked up at Nathaniel and smacked his hand away. "Go die in a hole," she snapped fiercly. "This is all your fault." Tears smeared her face. "Had you not come after him this wouldn't have happened." She bowed her head. She would blame everyone but herself. She'd done wrong, this was really her fault and she knew it, but she couldn't say it aloud. She looked up coldly at Serenity as she came over. "What do you want?" She growled.

Nathaniel looked to Mars as he came for Felix but was stopped by Boreas, no Jasper. This plan was falling apart. He looked at Toki, she would be of no use and Rin was...well she was dying. No, Serenity was healing her he believed. What was going on here?

Felix stood in the center. He hadn't noticed that Mars had been coming for him. He looked at his bloody clothes. It's not over. Not while their still alive. He looked carelessy at the three remaining Servents. He could not be sure of how many were left, but killing Nathaniel would end it. He'd then kill whoever took his place. He'd kill them all. Felix slipped a kunai out. Rin was being healed by Serenity. He should end her there, but she'd never been his target and had suffered enough. He turned the kunai upwards so he saw Toki's reflection. They say that they killed for the thrill. I knew it after killing that Prince, and all the villagers within that town. It was fun the first few times, but I slowly realized I was in the wrong. He whipped the kunai at Toki. It hit her right above the heart piercing a major artery. She fell back into the thin snow. But, I kind of miss killing. His grin was dark as he looked to Nathaniel who was starring at him wildly. Felix wanted to watch him bleed as he'd bleed for many years remembering the screams of the innocent as they killed for the pure joy. "You're next."

Rin saw Serenity and could only mouth the words sorry. She was too weak to speak. She then turned her head to see Mars being held down by Jasper. She managed a small smile. She was glad he cared, or atleast that's what she wanted to believe. She then looked to her otherside as something or someone dropped beside her. She saw a blue kimoni. "Toki?" She couldn't sit up. What was happening around her?

Serenity hadn't been about to say anything to Toki, but she'd gone and opened up her big mouth. "Be quiet," she snapped. "If you haven't figured it out yet, it's not Felix's fault this happened to her! Now do you want me to heal her or-" she froze when Toki fell to the ground with a kunai stuck in her chest. She swallowed and looked at Felix, wondering if she should continue healing Rin. She didn't want to cause more trouble for Felix. But...if she didn't finish healing Rin, she'd continue to be in pain. Rin seemed like someone who shouldn't have been mixed up with this group. Serenity shook her head when she saw Rin mouth the words sorry. "Please stay down," she told Rin quietly as she started healing her again.

Jasper didn't know what to think when his hand started feeling unbearably cold, like he'd just stuck it in a bucket of ice water somewhere in the arctic. The hand with the kunai in it started shaking slightly. D-dammit, what the hell is going on, he thought, feeling the rest of his body start going a bit numb as well. Before he knew it, Mars had moved Jasper's hand from by his neck and got up, throwing Jasper into what was left of the wall of the collapsing building. He sat there momentarily, stunned, his whole body feeling like ice and heavy as lead.

Mars wouldn't sit there and let his comrades die like this. Silver was out of control. Mars had a sense of morals that at the very least stated that he would not betray anyone that he called his comrades, and would most certainly not sit there and let them die in front of him. Yes, even Mars had some morals. He quickly got up after throwing Boreas into the building. He was tempted to just let it fall and go after Silver then and there, but the falling pieces would crush all of them. Pulling out a kunai, Mars left his hat on the ground where it laid after having been knocked off by Jasper when the guy threw him to the ground. He was still set on killing Felix. He would do the impossible today: kill an immortal. Mars threw the kunai at Felix and ran at him with a punch aimed at the guy's chest.

Toki gasped for air as she hit the ground, she couldn't breath. She looked at Rin. She didn't want to die! New tears formed. Felix was going to kill them all. He was mad! That's what he was, he was mad beyond his years. She closed her eyes. The man I loved kills me. Life was so bitter to me, I couldn't acheive one moment of glory.

Nathaniel almost cowarded in fear as Felix took down Toki with a single kunai. He pulled a kunai of his own as the ninja threatened him. "Hate? This is what fuels you? What reason have I given you to hate me?" He threw the kunai at Felix and then backed off as he saw Mars knock Jasper away and go after Felix.

Felix wasn't in the mood to be dealing with persistant people such as Mars today. As the Nathaniel's kunai cut his arm he brushed it off and then felt Mars kunai. As Mars punched him in the chest he coughed before looking up at him. "Just can't wait your turn can you?" He shrugged and brought his knee up into Mars' stomach. He then brought his elbow down on his back. He was going to break Mars into a thousand little peices. Yes, that would be fun.

It shocked Serenity more to realize that she was used to this side of Felix than to actually see him like this again. She felt as if she should be disgusted with herself for not trying to stop him again, but felt nothing. She was trying to do two things: make herself stronger and stay out of Felix's way. In her mind, she was doing both, so it was win-win. She was glad that Rin had decided to stay down when she'd told her to. This wound was rather complicated to heal. It held the remnants of the jutsu Felix had used, which was a bit difficult to get rid of in itself. Serenity was glad she had something to occupy herself with as Felix went on another rampage. She paid no attention to Toki. The girl had tried to kill her after all. She'd been getting herself into trouble a lot lately, so what she'd been trying to teach herself was no remorse for those who tried to harm her. But she felt bad, leaving Toki as she was. She blocked it out though. At this point in time, Serenity knew exactly what she was going to do when she got home: heal Jasper and Felix, take a long, hot shower to wash the blood off of her, and then color an entire paper red. It was what she did after such horrific scenes, when she couldn't get the color of the blood out of her mind. She didn't care if Felix questioned her on it. If she didn't do it, the blood would stay in her mind, for who knew how long.

Mars couldn't believe this. Silver was faster than before, way faster. He knew his attacks had hit, but he hadn't been able to dodge Silver's. After Silver elbowed him on his back, he fell on his knees, catching himself before he fell completely down. He found himself momentarily unable to breathe. He couldn't think. What was going on, this wasn't what they'd come here for! He got up as fast as he could, swiping another punch, aimed towards Felix's face. Since his jutsu was still in effect, if he touched Felix's skin directly, it should've started turning to ice within seconds.

Rin's tears had dried up. She now knew what was happening. Felix was killing everyone. She knew Toki was done for. The other girl had said nothing when she'd called her name. She looked at Serenity. How could she concentrate with everything that was going on? Nathaniel moved away from teh fight, he didn't want to get caught up in it.

Felix turned wasn't going to let Mars just step in. He'd taken enough of the man's annoyance. Had Mars minded his own business he'd still be able to live for another few moments as he ripped Nathaniel apart, peice by peice. But he interferred. The impact of Mars' punch made him turn away. The feeling of ice made made him reach up and touch his face. So Mars was using that jutsu. He'd have to be careful if he wanted to kill him. He looked at Mars and grinned. He pulled a kunai and slashed it near the guy's face.

Serenity had blocked out everything besides what she'd been doing. She couldn't look at the fight. For the first time...Serenity really didn't want to know what was going on. She looked at Rin. She'd gotten rid of the remnants of the jutsu, and healed her about halfway so far. "Does it hurt any less?" she asked. "You don't have to speak, just nod or shake your head if you can," she told her quietly. She knew that later Felix would be all over her for the fact that she hadn't interfered, asking her if she was okay and what not. But for some reason, she really was okay this time. Maybe it'd be different by the time they got home.

Mars knew that his attack had hit. That meant he still was able to fight. Just the fact that he'd hit Felix, even once, had encouraged him to keep going. Mars pulled back and took a step back as Felix went to slash the kunai at his face. He quickly shot Nathaniel a sharp look that clearly said 'What are you waiting for, get out of here!' Mars never thought he'd have to keep an opponent busy so his teammates would have to get out of a situation alive. It surprised even him to know that he was doing such a thing. He quickly turned back to Felix and pulled a kunai, knowing he'd left himself open for a second. And with Silver, well, a second was all the guy needed to deal a death blow.

Jasper had been dazed for a few moments, his body still feeling like ice. But he pushed himself to get up. He knew he'd regret it later, he was pushing himself too hard and he knew it. But he had to make up for what he'd allowed himself to do. Looking at the fight, Jasper caught the expression that Mars shot Nathaniel. Pulling a kunai, Jasper quickly went for Nathaniel, going to slash it across the guys back.

Mars was right, a second was all that Felix needed. The second he turned to shoot Nathaniel a glance Felix had switched arms and sent a left jab into the other ninja's ribs. He wanted to crush them. Felix wasn't even done yet, but Nathaniel wouldn't get very far. He looked at the frozen building. He didn't care for Jasper. As far as he was concerned the guy was still an enemy. Felix stepped away from Mars very carefully. The ice was spreading along his face. The more times he was hit the more times he'd be covered with ice. "Serenity, you can take or leave her, but if you stay here I won't gurantee your safety." He disappeared and was ontop of the frozen building. Felix grinned. He threw a few weapons onto the building and then jumped to the otherside and planted a few more kunai. Jumping down both buildings exploded and began to crumbled quickly. He hadn't even waited for Serenity to get out.

Rin nodded that she was okay, but her expression said otherwise as she heard an explosion and soon the buildings were crumbling. She swallowed as she saw a large chunk falling towards them. "Run.." She said. Nathaniel on the other hand was making a break for it when he felt a kunai cut across his back. He turned and back handed Jasper. "You'd be wise to get out of here before you get crushed you fool!"

Mars knew that an attack was coming, but he hoped that he would've been able to block it. But he was so wrong. As soon as the attack came, he dropped to his knees and coughed up blood, his arms wrapped around the area in pain. He couldn't move anymore. It was too painful, though he certainly tried. When he attempted to get back up though, Silver was gone. Mars' eyes widened as he saw what he was doing. "I-idiot!" he coughed out. He got up and leaned against one of the walls, trying to get himself out of the way as quickly as he could. He wouldn't die here. It wouldn't end like this for him. Jasper turned his head as Nathaniel hit him. He then looked up to the building which had started crumbling. What the hell was Felix thinking?! There were innocent people in the surrounding areas! Jasper let the genjutsu fall and made a run for it so that he got out of the way in time, forgetting about Nathaniel.

Serenity looked at Felix as he warned her to get out of the way, because he wouldn't be able to ensure her safety. When she heard explosions in the building above her, her eyes widened. He'd set them off with her still inside! And she wasn't strong enough to carry Rin either, but she couldn't just leave her. Closing her eyes, Serenity shook her head as Rin told her to run, and concentrated on making a shield of air around her and Rin, holding it up as the building fell. At this point in time Serenity was glad that she'd been practicing with her air lately, otherwise she never would've been able to hold the shield up under the weight of the rocks.

Nathaniel could care less for the others. He had to get out alive. He ran as Jasper forgot he was there. Disappearing into the crowd of people. He'd be back though and well prepared. Until then, he would regain his forces.

Felix stood in the center of the falling buildings. He didn't care anymore. The genjutsu had fallen and everything was cazy. People were being crushed underneath the falling people and still he didn't care. Their screams fell on deaf ears. He just didn't care. He walked out of the chaos. The sight of him made people run in fear. He was actually enjoying the attention. When it was all over and the buildings were nothing but rubish he looked around for Serenity. He had no sight of her. A fear came over him. What if she was below the rubbish? He started toward the demolished building. "Se...Serenity?" His blue eyes glanced over the pile. This was like a slap in the face. He'd lost it and now he couldn't find Serenity. This is...this is my fault. I should have helped her out. I should have been there. I should have let her out before I did something like. How could I be so careless? His mind was racing. His heart pounding in his chest. And Jasper had been in there too hadn't he? Felix dropped to the ground. He felt weak. "What the hell was I thinking?"

Jasper leaned against one of the other buildings as the two collapsed. Just then he remembered. "Ichiya..." His eyes widened. What if she was nearby, looking for him? If she was hurt, he'd kill Kuriyama. Without even thinking, Jasper started off quickly into the crowds of running people. He'd forgotten about Felix and Serenity, because he was sure that Felix had gotten her out before he'd pulled such a stupid stunt. He started looking around wildly for Ichiya as he went. He wasn't even aware of his injuries anymore. (Last post for him for the time being. I'm feeling lazy)

Serenity felt the weight of the rubble over her shield. She slowly expanded the shield, pushing the rocks to the sides so that they wouldn't fall back on her and Rin when she released the shield from over them. When she was sure that no rocks were going to tumble over, she took the shield off and looked at Rin. "You okay?" she asked. She then looked around her. She heard screaming coming from every direction. She wondered where Felix was. She, surprisingly, wasn't angry at all. So he'd lost it for a moment, the thing was that she wasn't hurt at all, though he'd probably beat himself up over this small incident. She looked around once more.

(I love her calmness. So what if he lost it, she wasn't hurt. lmao)

Felix looked around once more until he spotted Serenity. He got up slowly and walked over to her. He wanted to slap her for being stupid, but instead he looked down at her with blank eyes. He was relieved that she was okay. He looked at Rin with bitter hate. She was no exception because of her injuries. She had come with the others to kill him. His sympathy for her had passed over. He wanted her dead as well. He looked around. Covered in blood he was a prime suspect. He looked at Serenity, his natural state of not caring returning. "Goodbye." He turned and walked away, disappearing in the crowd and then away from that as well. They would be looking for him. He was responsible for a dead girl who probably had no identity and maybe plenty more. He'd have to disappear now. Serenity wouldn't like it, but it was going to happen.

Rin looked at Serneity as the sheild came over tehm. She was scared at first, but then it was over. She smiled. "Thank you I'm fine," she said softly. She looked around and then saw Felix. He looked, she couldn't explain it, but it was unplesant. As he told Serenity goodbye she almost spoke out but stopped. This was not her business.

(Yeah....something's up with her, idk)

Serenity looked at Felix as he walked over to her without a word. Something about his stare almost made her think that he was angry with her. But he really had no reason to be, since he was the one who'd made the building collapse. She blinked as he said goodbye. "F-Felix, where are you going?" she asked as he walked away, but he was already gone, disappeared into the crowd. Her shoulders dropped and she looked around once more. Jasper was nowhere to be found. As far as she could see, it was just her, Rin, and a dead Toki. She swallowed and looked at Rin. "Do you think you can stand?" she asked Rin. "I can take you back to my house and finish healing you completely," she told her. Why was she so calm all of the sudden? She had never been like this. Maybe after the incident with Seirath...well, maybe there wasn't much that could scare her or make her cry anymore. In all truth....she didn't remember the last time she'd cried.

Rin looked up and then sat up. She gave a shakey breath. "I'm fine now thank you. I...I have to go. What you've done is enough." She looked ashamed. "I'm sorry for teh trouble I have cost you. I really did enjoy your company." She wasn't trying to make amends, she was just saying how she felt. She stood up and bowed. "May we meet again on better terms," she said.

Serenity looked at Rin as she sat up and thanked her, saying that Serenity didn't have to do anymore. "Please, let me help you," she said, her shoulders dropping slightly as Rin stood up and bowed. Why was it that everyone turned away from Serenity? Just what was it? She tried to help, they turned away and left her. But when she tried to turn away from help, what, she wasn't allowed to? Her gaze dropped as she stood up, then she looked to the crowds of people, wondering a bit what had become of Jasper.
