Bat sat on the couch with a smudge look upon his face. How had they failed at so many attempts? They'd lost the Death Valley, failed at capturing both the Storm and Magma, the Crested was, well no one had been ordered to the crested, the Snow was an alley, they'd failed at the Rogue Forest, and the Stealth was the only target left that no one had been ordered to attack yet. "Now what do we do? Sit around and wait for orders?" He asked.

Zeo looked uneasily at Bat as he asked a question out of the blue. The water specialist wasn't sure if the demon boy was talking to him or one of the two wannabes that were also in the room. Zeo swallowed before speaking. "I guess we wait for orders." He answered. There wasn't much else they could do.

Xantrex walked into the main room with a sigh, plopping down on the couch. Damn, all that intel for nothing. This was some serious bull. There was no doubt in his mind that they were going to face an unhappy Deidara. He'd have to start thinking of another plan soon. But for the time being... Xan looked at Zeo and Bat with a light wave. He was sure that most people in the Akatsuki assumed him dead. "Hm, haven't been in here in a while," he stated nonchalantly, looking around. He looked back at the two main Akatsuki. "Wait for orders?" he questioned at Bat's question. "Nah. We're waiting for all hell to break loose. Deidara's not gonna be happy about what happened," he said, his arms over the back of the couch.

Yuki sulkingly walked into the main room. Truth was she hadn't been seen for quiet a while, so she wasn't on any of the little missions or wars. That really pissed the little ten year old off.
Yuki plopped down on a couch, grossed her legs and arms, with a childish pouting face, "Man, I really need to get myself more active..." She muttered to herself. She had heard Xan's comment about what to wait for and she leaned forward, putting her hands on the couch to support her weight.
"Well, if we are waiting for Hell yo break loose, then it won't be long. He's NOT going to be happy and we all know who he's gonna blame. Us. The members. Well, fact is, if he was a better leader, maybe we would have stood a chance." She knew that if he heard that comment, she'd be dead, but frankly, she didn't care.
Yuki leaned back and put her hands behind her head, "So we wait. Wait for the little pissed man himself." She sighed heavily. When he got angry, they'd all be punished. For nothing. That was A-okay! NOT!
She pouted. Wonderful. Wonderful like a rabbit you tried to take care of for a week and it ended up dying of some horrible sickness you've never heard of.
Wonderful...

Xantrex blinked and looked at the child as she started saying how if Deidara was a better leader. "I'd watch your temper girl. Deidara doesn't take kindly to those who don't take due blame. Besides, I didn't hear of you being off on one of those missions," he retorted dryly. He then shrugged. "Oh well. Your problem if he kicks your ass for it, not mine." Not that Xantrex was usually ever in that great a mood, but right now he seemed a bit more pissy than usual. Probably because all his hard work had been for nothing and they got their asses handed to them in a golden handbag and kicked around like a soccer ball. Damn him and his unparalleled use of imagery.

Jaymaru walked into the room with the others. It was as if they were all gathering together in order to be punished at the same time. She sighed heavily and sat on a couch by herself. She glanced at the others in the room. No point in asking them how they felt, nor would saying good afternoon help. She was down as well. The loss over the Magma made her feel bad. She thought the plan was fool proof. They had done so well in the beginning, what had happened?

"Oh, pish! If he wants to kick my ass, let him." Yuki shrugged, "Besides, He IS a lot better then most the people I've seen." She then looked away with a childish look on her face, "It's not my fault he didn't put me on any..."
Yuki turned to look to Jay. Great, seemed like everyone was going to migrate to the room. Yuki hugged her knees. She hated a lot of people, and if anyone else walked in, she'd probably hide away in a corner or something.
Yep, that was typical Yuki. Always so prissy about things. But frankly, she didn't care. She wasn't raised to be all kind and to consider other's feelings.
In fact, she wasn't raised at all. She just learned herself. And with that, she became a cold hearted person.
"Pff... Maybe if I was on a mission things would have gone slightly different, but then again, I apparently don't know because i'm just a kid." She muttered to herself.

Krissy walked in looking just as unhappy as everyone else. Only, she wasn't just unhappy, she was pissed off. And even more than that, she was ashamed of herself for not having been able to take on Kazuya. She rolled her eyes at Yuki. "Stop being such a crybaby," she told her harshly when the girl complained about not knowing because she was a kid. Yeah, Krissy was feeling particularly harsh this day. She had to take her anger out on something, and Yuki was the closest thing. The pink haired, pink eyed girl plopped heavily onto one of the couches. She hadn't noticed, but it had been the same couch that Jaymaru was sitting on. Not that she cared at this point. Krissy was a bit concerned about the punishment that awaited her for failing her mission though. She slunk in her seat a little, just thinking about it.

(Did anyone write up the Death's win yet? I need to know if Kazuya turned adult during the fight with Krissy, or after. Honestly. It'd be better for my sake if it was during. X3 )

Jaymaru looked at Yuki as she spoke. She would get the worst of their punishment if she didn't shut up. Jay was surprised that Krissy had sat on the same couch as her, but didn't speak. She didn't feel like it. She just listened to the others speak on the matter. All Jay knew was that they would all be dead once this was over. Every. Last. One. Of. Them. At the same time, a thought crossed her mind. He can't take us all, what if we rebel? She quickly disregarded it. She didn't want anyone questioning her loyalty to the Akatsuki. That and she wouldn't put it past Deidara to blow this entire place up.

Zeo was looking even more uncomfortable as Xan said they wouldn't be waiting for orders, but a beating. He tried not to shrink into his seat. He didn't want to get a beating over some stupid mess. If everyone got a lesson today, then wouldn't that mean they'd be defenseless in case of an attack. Zeo looked at everyone, specifically at Yuki who was speaking her mind without consideration that Deidara may or may not be listening to them this very moment. He closed his eyes and leaned on the side of the couch.

Bat's black eyes focused on the yapping Yuki. "Do us all a favor and shut up. You complaining isn't helping the situation. In fact, it's only showing how scared you are. People tend to blab when their scared and you're doing an awful lot of it," he told her. Bat wasn't as pissy as everyone else. He was just tired of all their worrying and complaining. Why couldn't they just take the beating that were coming and move along. "Has anyone seen Zoey?" He asked with a grin. "She failed her mission, which means she's the one who should be worrying." Bat gave a small chuckle. Things just got interesting.

Shizuka walks into the room looking at the group" Good afternoon everyone how is everyone today?" Shizuka walks into the kitchen and puts the groceries up then heads to the back porch for a smoke. As shizuka steps outside for a smoke it starts to get dark."it looks like a storm is coming does anyone want something to eat I just bought groceries?" shizuka asked then it started to heavy rain and lightning. Shizuka closed the porch door then started to head back into the kitchen until the power in the hideout went out.

Jaymaru blinked as Shizuka came in greeting everyone. Someone was feeling pretty good. How could he be so prep at a time like this was beyond her. She glanced at Bat and his sick personality. Zoey could be dead already. Jay shivered and looked up as the lights went out. She glanced over to Zeo who seemed to be the depressed of them all. She hoped he was okay. "Everyone's coming in here, I think she'll get the memo." She looked to the window. This entire day was just depressing.

Bat smirked and got up from his seat as he saw Jaymaru look in his direction. "Or she could already be dead," he said as he went into the kitchen with Shizuka. He'd made a friend of the other Akatsuki. They shared the same personalities. "Everyone's so tense over this failure." He mused. Bat opened the fridge, it was nice to be in the dark. Reaching in he grabbed a soda. "Personally everyone should just shut up and deal with it."

Zeo disagreed with all that Bat said and questioned Shizuka's sanity as the ninja seemed to be happy about the situation. He sunk into his chair and sat there like a frightened child. He didn't want to be here in the dark while all hell broke loose when Deidara arrived. Every last one of them would die and there would be no more Akatsuki left to take over the villages. He was almost tempted to get up and walk out now why he had the chance. But what if the Akatsuki Leader hunted him down like prey. Zeo swallowed. Was it just him, or did it feel a bit stuffy in the room?

Shizuka looked at bat"seriously just take it and move on with your lives." shizuka said as he brought everybody back dumplings "here you go everybody." shizuka said handing yuki the first bowl. shizuka walks back and gets everyone a drink and goes back to talk with bat.

Yugi glared at Krissy, "I'm not a crybaby! I just complain!" She shook her head, "There is a difference..." She sighed heavily.
She snapped at Bat, "Oh? You think your so smart? If I was scared I'd be shutting the hell up. I'm not scared. Never was. It's not my fault you all failed at something." She shook her head, stop, Yuki, before you get youself killed. He thoughts made her bare her teeth and look away.
She scowled at Shizuka as he was so happy. How could he be? Yuki was pissed off. Or scared, but mostly she felt pissed off. Fright could be hidden there though.
She then jumped as everything went dark. She sat there for a while, not moving, as her eyes adjusted to the new dark.
She looked at Shizuka slightly irritated. Okay, now he was getting on her nerves. He was just too calm right now. Yuki didn't object to the dumplings though. She took the bowl half willingly and curled up in as much of a ball that she could. The dark was starting to make her feel watched.
Her eyes had adjusted completely, but the uneasiness never left her. Maybe she was afraid of the dark, or maybe it was just the uneasiness that at any moment someone could come out of the shadows and kill everyone. And that person could be the leader himself.
Yuki gulped. She did not want to be here right now. The fright of Deidara seemed now just to hit her.

Shizuka then gives jay a bowl"here you go madam" shizuka said as he goes down stairs to turn on the back up generator as soon as the power came back on shizuka turned off al the lights then setup a movie" so you guys what movie should we watch?" shizuka asked the group of akatsuki sitting on the couch. he then goes to bring each akatsuki a bag of popcorn to eat with the movie they are going to watch.

Krissy blinked as the power went out, looking around as her eyes adjusted to the new darkness. She could've used one of her eye traits, but what was the point? She couldn't believe her ears though, when Shizuka started acting all calm and collected. How stupid was he? Krissy sat there in silence until the power came back on and that idiot decided to take it upon himself to start up a movie night. Krissy refused to take the popcorn he was passing out and got off the couch. "Idiot," she spat at him. "This isn't going to help anyone. What do you think Deidara's gonna do when he comes in here and sees--sees this?!" she said angrily, motioning around the room. "We screwed up. All of us, big time. This isn't a time for relaxing and watching movies!" Yeah, she was pissed off. A lot of the time she forgot that she was third in command in the Akatsuki, but now wasn't one of those times. "Tch, screw this," she said, walking out of the main room and outside.

She had to think of a way to fix this. She didn't care that Xantrex was back, she didn't care that Shizuka was throwing a party, and she didn't care that Zoey was going to die when she came into the hideout. All that mattered was fixing this mess. She noticed only a few minutes after she'd walked out that it was raining. Storming actually, but she didn't care, and whistled for her white cat, who, on instinct, came running. Krissy picked up the cat and sat under the shade of a tree that was a few yards away from the entrance of the hideout. Normally she would've stormed into her room and slammed the door shut, but now was not the time for such immaturity.

Deidara entered the room with a look of pure disgust. These failures were suppose to be his subordinates. The failures were suppose to be the ones to take over when he was long gone and dead? Had he lost his mind believing these mindless worms were capable of anything aside from following orders! The thoughts only fueled his anger until he punched the wall, leaving a whole in it. "You God damned failures! How hard is it to follow simple directions!"

Xantrex found his gaze on the entrance to the main room as their leader walked in, looking more pissed off than he'd ever seen Deidara before. The blond haired scientist cringed when Deidara punched the wall, not daring to imagine what would happen if one of them had been on the other side of his fist of fury. Oh no, this wasn't going to end well at all. And the hell if Xantrex was ever going to get back to his original spot now. He couldn't even pull off a simple takeover right, even with all the information he'd collected. Only now was the severity of this situation starting to hit him, and he could barely even keep his gaze on Deidara as he went off the rack.

It wasn't even a few minutes that Krissy had been outside before, over the rain and the wind, she heard a smash come from inside the hideout. That had to be Deidara. Either that, or someone had started a fight. From the silence that followed the smash though, Krissy figured it was Deidara. How could she have just walked out like that? It made her look like a coward. And, despite what had happened, she would not be looked upon as some kind of kitten. The least she could do for having failed her mission was stand up to Deidara and face her punishment. Immediately Krissy felt terrified. She even started trembling. Putting her white cat down, she stood up and dusted herself off, for what little it did, and tried to regain her composure. Taking a breath, she started back to the hideout.

Krystalia waited a minute before placing a hand on the doorknob and turning it. Though she'd tried to regain her composure, there was still some fear that leaked into her expression, along with shame. It was the expression of a child who knew they'd done very wrong, and had been found out by the one person who was likely to give them the harshest punishment. The door didn't open very much as Krystalia slipped in, and shut the door quietly behind her. She'd heard what Deidara had said a moment before she'd walked in, and it didn't sit well with her. It wasn't her fault that Kazuya had turned into an adult before she'd had the chance to finish him! Okay, no more excuses... she reminded herself. It was what she'd learned from her first and only lesson from Deidara and she'd never forgotten it. Swallowing, Krissy couldn't even bring her gaze to Deidara. The disgust in his voice was more than enough to know the disgust that was on his face. The pink haired child was trying to think of something that might calm Deidara down, but there wasn't much that would do the trick.

Deciding to be bold, and maybe even spare some of the other members of the Akatsuki a beating, Krissy walked up to Deidara, her gaze on the ground, though the way she held herself said she was being extremely cautious. "We all failed our missions. We have no control over any of the villages any more. What are we going to do now?" She asked Deidara, finally bringing her gaze up to him. She knew those first two statements would do nothing but piss him off more, but that hadn't been her intentions at all. She wanted to know what they were going to do next. If anything at all. She was doing her best to hide her fear of being struck down for being so bold as to confront Deidara. It was only partially working. It was about half of her expression right now. The other half was her trying to finally fill her role as 3rd in command. But even that didn't seem to lessen the obvious severity of what had happened.
