-Maybe they're together because they found out the truth about themselves.

-Maybe he did wnat to avoid hurting her, but maybe something brought them together.

Why do they look so bad in the picture?
- Maybe that something that brought them together caused the to get into some kind of trouble and they had to fight there way out.

And how does the poem tie in with them?
-The poem ties in because Kymir is the darkness and Kai is the light. Think about it. Kymir is from the Death. Darkness, hello it's plain as daylight. And Kai's from the snow. Snow is white, white is pure. Just more common sense.

Well, here's my answer to all this riddle stuff as Zandra would say.

So you're saying that Kymir belongs to someone that's related to Kai. But who? I've done my research for today and here it is.

Kai is related to Takashi, Jay, Jutsumaster, Micah, Tenkuu, Sukai, Sky, Suri, Kraven, Bell, Rumiko, and Kenjiro.

Sky is dead so Kymir isn't his.
Jay is dead and no one can recall her having another kid besides Kai.
Sukai doesn't have any kids he's too young.
Suri is in the Akatsuki so he doesn't have time for kids.
Kenjiro and Bell only have one son and that's Micah.
Bell and Kraven only have one son and that's Kraven.
Takashi doesn't have any kids besides Sky and Jay who are both dead.
Rumiko doesn't have any kids because I'd be the mother.
And Jaymaru isn't the mother because we'd all know!

The only anwser to this is that someone had an affair and hide the kid on the sly.
