News for Sensei's:
1. All sensei's need to post their training schedules. Ester and Kenjiro are in the clear.
2. Training can start any time. I believe Shana and Kenjiro started thier threads already.
3. We shall vote on a sparring match between all Genin.

All Ninja:
1. Jonin Exams shall start in mid- Decemeber. 2. Chuunin Exams will start at the end of December. 3. Academy Ninja Graduation will come in the beginning of December. You will have to fill out a simple ten question sheet of paper. Ig you'd like to purposely fail, mark the wrong answers.
