...Pet? Deita gave a small glare to Bat. Deita really wasn't the kind of kid who liked fighting, but if things kept up this way, he might just have to learn to like it. But then again, the only reason he'd never really liked fighting was because he was always rather weak. But he'd been training under Deidara recently. And for a while now actually. He'd gotten stronger. "Shut it," he said with a small huff. "I carry it around because I wannna carry it around. Not because I'm scared of anyone." Well that had been a bit bolder than he was used to. Deita looked to the door when Bat mentioned it. "That's her problem. I didn't do anything to'er." After a while, Deita had stopped trying to hide the slight country-like accent he had. What was the point anyways? It was part of who he was, and he wasn't about to banish it to try and forget the past. The past was all he had to hold onto.

Jaymaru smiled. "Uh huh, sure you don't." She looked towards the hall as Deita walked through. "Hi Deita," she greeted. She looked to Bat. That child could be a complete jerk at times. She started to heal around Xantrex's wound instead of pulling the shuriken out. She knew that if she pulled it out she might as well as let him do it. This way would heal any damages arteries or veins. When she was sure it was all good she got some powdered ointment and sprinkled it on the wound. "Sorry if it burns, even if you wont admit it," she said casually as she pulled the shuriken with no problem at all. There was barely any bleeding because she'd already healed most of the damage. She then started the stitches which she counted for the hell of it. When she was done she wrapped up his shoulder she held the shuriken out to him. "Your souvenir." She said as she walked back to her room, dropped her stuff on her bed and washed her hands so she could finish her salad.

"What, I don't," he insisted. Xantrex looked at Deita as the kid walked in, being reminded of his own personal mission. He had to go out looking soon. But before that, he had to make sure Krissy was off his back, or else she might try to kill his future student just to spite him. "Hey kid," Xan said with a small wave of his hand. Deita may not have liked him, but Xantrex didn't mind the kid. He just had a bit of a short fuse sometimes. Deidara would have to work on that. And the shyness thing. Which, based on the kid's response to Bat, was already in progress. He grinned when Jaymaru apologized. "Aren't you a comedian," he said just as casually. He gave a light sigh when he felt the shuriken pull out, looking at it when she handed it to him. He took it and grinned, giving a small chuckle. "You might just have to pull this out of someone else later on, just so you know." He called after she left. Xantrex looked at the tear in his shirt. It was bloodstained. He sucked his teeth once. Damn brat. Getting up, Xantrex took his shirt and the shuriken with him and threw both on his bed when he got in his room. Pulling out a short-sleeved black collared shirt, Xantrex shrugged it on, buttoning it up the middle before returning to the main room and plopping back onto his place on the couch as if he hadn't just had a shuriken pulled from his shoulder.

Bat wasn't sure he'd heard right. Had that country pet told him to shut it. That good mood he'd been in was washed away. "You're not leader yet, Pet." He'd be sure to let Krissy know how this guy felt about her 'problem.' Bat didn't like knowing Deita had grown a pair since he'd gotten here. He didn't need anyone else giving him commands. Deidara was brutal and Bat stayed out of his line of fire. Itachi was never around and when he was he didn't bother anyone. Krissy didn't fool with him because he supposed they had a mutual friendship. Both were evil as hell and took no crap, so that was good. But this Deita guy, well, Bat just didn't like him. It was simple as that. Calming down he directed his next question at Xantrex. "You look better than before, what is she, a miracle worker?"

Xantrex had missed some of the dialog between Bat and Deita when he'd gone to change, but he could piece together what had happened. Deita was being bold, that was clear as day. And Bat didn't really like people standing up to him. Who knew, maybe another fight would break out before this was done with. He looked to Bat at his question, giving a grin. "Hardly. It was only a shuriken wound, nothing to whine over," he said with a shrug. That shrug had actually hurt though. That wound really had been deep. He'd get Krissy back for that. Psh, accusing him of betraying the Akatsuki. The hell did she think she was. All he knew was that now, between keeping Krissy off his back, finding a student, and coming up with a plan to bring the Akatsuki to a rise, Xan was gonna have his hands full for a very long while. "Besides, I have more important issues to whine over," he joked. He looked to the door. Where the hell did Krissy go? He didn't like this. She'd been gone too long. The hell was that brat planning?

Jaymaru continued to eat her salad while casually listening to the others talk. It seemed Deidara was starting wear off on Deita. She smiled at how similar their names were. It was actually ironic. She wondered if Deidara had chosen Deita for that very reason. The five year old had once come to her for training. She'd been more than willing to help. She'd not taught in a few years and having someone ask for her help made her feel young again. Not that she was old of course. Jaymaru gave a glance in Xan's direction when he gave her no credit on the work she'd done. Normally she'd have rolled her eyes, but instead she let it pass. He was a guy, what more could she expect.

(Yeah. Not old. Hehehe.)

"Hi Jaymaru," he said. He'd almost said Miss Jaymaru, but that would have been a bit odd. He was trying to get off that formality kick his little kid self had been so fond of. Granted, he was still a little kid, but he wanted to be rid of it regardless. Deita didn't like playing that leader card. He'd heard rumors around the Akatsuki that he was to be Deidara's successor, but that was a lot to take in. He was still only a kid and not nearly as strong as Deidara. He wondered if he'd ever be as strong. He'd fought with Deidara in training plenty of times, and each time he got his ass kicked, while only leaving a few scratches here and there on Deidara. Recently Deita had stopped calling Deidara sempai. Not out of a lack of respect, more like...it was tedious. "I don't have to be leader to stick up for myself," Deita retorted. Bat clearly didn't mind throwing around threats even though he wasn't leader, so why the hell couldn't Deita? The young boy stole a glance at Jaymaru. He'd been practicing that fire jutsu and had gotten pretty good at it. He wanted to learn another one, but didn't know when was a good time to ask. Or if it would be okay to ask in front of other akatsuki members.

Bat looked at Deita. "You still talking, Pet?" Bat was going to shove this kid's head through a wall if he didn't shut up. So what if he just wanted to stand up for himself, Bat didn't care. It didn't change the fact that he was still Deidara's Pet. Come to think of it, it used to be Krystalia. But she wasn't a pet, she was more like the Enforcer. Still was, well, not anymore. Xantrex had just showed her up, but he was sure that the girl was not going to give up.

Zeo exited his room and went towards the main room where there seemed to be much more life than his empty room. Upon seeing Jaymaru, Deita, Xantrex, and Bat, he gave a very quiet greeting before taking a seat. He noted that Bat was glaring at Deita, which meant one of two things. Bat was in a bad mood, or he was picking on Deita. Might have been both.

"You still trying to act tough?" Deita retorted. And here he was thinking that they'd established they might be cool. The moonchild was quickly learning not to trust anyone in the Akatsuki. Maybe he could trust Deidara and Jaymaru, but so far, Deita saw no one else. Xantrex and Krissy were definitely not on the trust list. And not Bat either apparently. He really didn't like being called Pet though. He didn't want to pick a fight over it, because the last time he'd started a fight on the inside of the Akatsuki, he tore the place up. Accidentally, of course.

Xantrex looked at Bat and Deita and shook his head lightly. "Do me a favor, if you two are gonna go at it, take it outside? I don't feel like fixing the hideout." He gave a shrug, turning his head towards the main hall as there was the sound of an explosion and a scream that clearly had come from Krissy. He grinned and chuckled before he started laughing a bit. He'd figured that Krissy would try to set a trap in his room or something, so he'd beat her to it when he'd gone to change his shirt. It would be easy enough to fix his room, but at the entrance he'd put a couple chakra activated fire traps. Any chakra that tried to enter his room (besides his own of course) would set it off. Looked like Krissy had fell for it.

Krissy hadn't expected there to already be a trap on his room. She'd gone into the hideout using an eyetrait so she wouldn't be spotted, and had planned on setting up as many traps as possible in that damn Xantrex's room. But the moment she'd gone to open the door, she'd seen a spark in the top corner of it and before she knew it, there were several small fire dragons that had knocked her into the other side of the hall way and exploded!

She was sure that she'd hit her head, but she wasn't sure how long she'd been sitting there before she got up. She'd let her Riinsashi drop a while ago, so she was a kid again, but her pink hair was now a frizzed mess and her face was charred as she angrily entered the main room of the hideout, glaring at Xantrex. "I'm...going...to kill you..."

(Were Deita and Bat cool in the beginning?)

"There's no acting involved," Bat responded in a low growl. The demon then looked back to the hall when he heard an explosion and a scream. Then to Xantrex. "I could have said the same for you and Krissy..." He indicated to some blood splatter near the door. Then looked to Krissy as she came in. "You could use a bath. If only you knew what you looked like." Bat gave a harmless grin, because it was a harmless joke.

Zeo too turned his head to the hall and the sight of Krissy made him crack a small smile that disappeared just as fast as it had came. Turning away he looked across the room at nothing in particular. He had no reason to do so, but he didn't want to get involved with this. Krissy and Bat were two of the most evilest children he'd ever met and Xantrex was some kind of mad scientist, and Deita had Deidara as back up. This would only end badly.

Xantrex couldn't help but grin as Krissy came in. She looked positively comical. "Are you now?" he laughed lightly. He stood up. "Hm," he stretched lightly, not seeming to be bothered by the wound on his shoulder right then. "I suppose this counts as payback for that shuriken earlier," he said with a grin, his head tilted slightly. Yes, he was trying to set her off. For no real intents and purposes, he was just bored. Yeah, he got this way sometimes. Even a scientist could get bored of doing experiments after a while.

Oh that was it. He was done with mocking her! She was going to kill him. Very slowly. And very painfully. And she would start by filling him with so many holes that someone was bound to put him on a sandwich as a mistake for swiss cheese! Taking out three kunai, she flung them at Xantrex, before running at him with the intent of aiming a punch at him.

Xantrex couldn't help but to chuckle at her actions. He dodged the kunai relatively easily and when Krissy got close enough, he stuck his foot out so she would run smack into it. Oh no, not her stomach or her chest, but rather, her face. At this point, Xantrex had his thumbs casually in his pockets as his foot remained on Krissy's face, holding her at a distance.

........She wasn't going to kill him anymore. Oh no. No no no no no. That was much too good for him. Because the moment his foot made contact with her face, was the moment she decided on torture. Though it wasn't visible, Krissy's eyes flashed magenta once more and she turned into her older self before grabbing Xantrex's leg tightly so that he couldn't get away, and whirling around once before flinging him into a wall. They were probably going to need a new one.
