Deita sat idly on one of the couches in the Main Room, quietly reading a book. Or rather, skimming through it. It was a book on fighting technique, something that Deita had only recently acquired. For the first year and a half of being in the Akatsuki and training with Deidara, Deita hadn't had his own style of fighting. And now that he did, he was intent on honing it. And what he wanted to do now was to figure out what techniques he could use best. Though he had been a bit surprised that no one was in the Main Room, he wasn't complaining. It was nice and quiet. Although, the reason no one was there could've had something to do with the fact that it was still pretty early in the morning.

A noise could be heard from nearby as sasuke entered the main room. He looked fully awake but not hyperactive due to just ending his overnight training, which to most would be cruel work but to him felt like an hour jog through a small park. Though nornally very quiet and kept to himself, he enjoyed the small thing in life. He was used to difficult training since he had done it since childhood and though was powerful with his sword, he endlessly strove to be stronger. As he entered the main room carrying his favorite training sword which in both the scabbard and handle were simple wood but had a wide black lace around the handle and tied in a knot which had two laces hanging from the sheath, he noticed Deita reading and smiled, his black hair moving with the gait of his step as he walked by "Good morning Deita"

Deita looked up from his book as he was addressed. That was his new partner, wasn't it? "Good morning...uh...Sasuke, right?" Even having been here almost two years, Deita was still a bit sketchy on the names of people who didn't come around very often. Thinking back, Deita wasn't sure he'd ever been properly introduced to the guy. "You're up early," he commented.

Sasuke slightly laughed since he felt his best in the morning. He felt almost lucky he had remembered his partners name, his memory wasn't perfect but well enough, he had heard the boy's name spoken about when rumors had the chance to move around. He had also heard of the boy being his new partner, though they've yet to meet until now.He had heard Deita was very strong, enough to be trained by Deidara himself but was amazed at how young the boy really was. He smiled hoping to appear friendly to his new partner. " yeah..well Sasuke Seijuro is my full name but yeah I'm Sasuke. Its nice to meet you." He almost felt shy not really being a conversationalist but tried to muster what he could to try and socialize. "I just finished my morning training to be ready for the day. How about yourself, why are you here by yourself?"

Deita tilted his head as Sasuke introduced himself by his full name. He had no intentions of doing the same. If anything, Deita had sort of abandoned his last name. "Nice to meet you too," he said in response, putting his finger in the book to mark his page before closing it on his finger. "Oh, me...I'm just studying a little bit. I'm looking for jutsu that might come in handy in battle," he told Sasuke.

"That's good, I heard we have a mission today to go to the storm" he said with a smile, he enjoyed missions since they always gave him something new to do. He wondered why Deita was being stoic about the conversation but felt he had really no reason to ask about it. He straightened his appearence. He wascareful about how he looked around others. He brought his sword to his back and tightened it.
"Anyway, lets get ready for our mission. I'm getting exited."
