Kira was silent, as silent as she had ever been. She had been attempting to think of how to get her village back into the light and how her people could once again have faith in her. The Council had already had a discussion commending her of her performance, but also telling her of what her allowing these attacks had meant. The people could see her as weak now, and with her age already a major factor, the fact that she allowed those attacks to damage he village in such a way would bring many questions into all minds about her status as a kage. That's why she had decided to hold a meeting. Of course, she would bring in her assistant Rumiko. But, she didn't just need that. She called in some of the genin of the village, as well as some of the chunin, jonin, any and all she could get some form of knowledge from.
