Yep. They'd have all their memories from when they were a ninja/vamp/wolf/other, but they no longer have their powers. (Lmao, I can imagine it: A ninja tries to walk up the side of a tree with chakra. Falls- SPLAT.)

Hey, I've been thinking about renaming the arc that we're in. Because it doesn't seem to be that the vallies are in depressions, but moreso that they're in massive turmoil. So maybe we could rename it something like The Era of Turmoil or something like that.
