Ziade looked at the kit in her arms as she walked. It seemed to have calmed down. It looked up as the snow started to fall. Ziade kept her gaze forward. It was amazing how the weather differed so greatly between regions. As the Snow Valley came into sight, Ziade stopped and put the kit down. Snow covered the ground where they stood. "Here you are little one. Go find your family," she said, not too softly, but not harshly either. The small fox only looked up at her. After a moment it sat in front of her. Ziade couldn't help but look a bit confused. What was the creature doing? (btw, I changed the fox's picture to this instead)

Akira watched her try ang get the fox to go home. It was home, but where there a place for it to go to. He looked at Ziade. She was confused. "It either wishes for you to take it to it's true home, or it has not one to go to Ziade," he said. He felt that he was kind of speaking out of turn, but she had to atleast know what some of the problems may have been the reason the fox wasn't leaving. Or maybe it had become attached to her. It seemed that way, but it all depended. He could not be sure.

Ziade looked at Akira as he spoke and sighed at his first explanation. "I haven't the faintest idea where its true home would be," she said, looking down at the creature. She then turned. "It's better off staying here in the snow and finding its own way, than having us wander around aimlessly and getting lost along with it," she said as she started walking back towards where they had come from. She stopped as she heard the faint crunching of small paws on the snow. She looked back only to see that the small kit had started following her. Her expression was a little shocked. Not many creatures, human or not, ever really took a liking to her. She turned again and her expression went to a tad bit irritated. "It seems it wants to come along," she said. She sighed. "And we walked all this way to return it home," she said in irritation. Her wounds were stinging a bit from the cold. She then looked at the kit over her shoulder. She'd train it so that it wasn't so scared all the time and so that it could understand commands. Maybe she'd grow to like the creature. "Come," she said to the creature before beginning to walk again. The fox followed after her without hesitation. Even though she hoped that Akira wouldn't ask her if she was going to name it, she already had. The kit's name would be Artemis.

Akira watched her walk off. So, she had accepted the little fox. Akira smiled and followed after her. It was kind of a shame they had gone so far to protect the fox only to have it go home with them, and those people had also died due to them coming this way. Though, those people would have come after Ziade either way. All had been for something and nothing. It was truely time to go home now.
