Rumiko was dressed in a pair of loose cargo shorts and a purple shirt that matched his hair. His eyes were narrowed against the wind. It was blowing pretty hard today which meant he had to change his plans for training. Instead of target practice they would be working on hand to hand combat. This was going to be an interesting day. He'd be able to see how each of the members here would be able to work into the perfect team. He might have even chosen the Captain today, depending on how things went. He looked around for his new team.

Katsu ran through the bushes entering the field looking around "Hi sensei how are you doing. I'm Katsu Tanaka." She said energetically. This was her first time training since she the incident with Ivan, but she soon lose that energy when the thought of Tenkuu telling Rumiko about what she did. Katsu starts to cry falling to the ground. " I'm sorry sensei I didn't mean for it to happen like that." She told Rumiko.

Soul walked along the path wearing a hoodie and some sweat pants "Hello sensei what is today's agenda." Soul looked at Katsu shaking his head "Please tell me that she isn't on our team because me and Blair don't need someone that is just going to cry on our team." Soul remembered Katsu from their encounter in the training field early and back then she was a little weird to him. He wouldn't have mind if she wasn't such a crybaby "Sensei she is only going to slow us down." He said angrily due to the cold wind.

Katsu stops crying turning to Soul with her black aura starts to form around her freezing the lake "You know nothing about me how can you say that I am a weak useless crybaby?" Katsu demon form said to Soul. Katsu's conscious laid in a dark area. Why am I doing this? I must gain control over my body before something bad happens. Demon Katsu jumps in the air doing a ax kick on Soul "I will show you who is weak you mere peon NOW DIE!!!"

"I have no time to be getting myself caught up in your foolishness, but yet I'm the peon. How about you look into the mirror next time." Soul said dodging the kick. He this girl was serious, but he couldn't do anything about it at the time. "Dammit...I'm going to have to use it after all huh?" He asked himself pulling out souleater "If you want a fight then I will gladly put you in your place. In a matter of fact I think it is about time for someone to put you in your place." Soul runs at Katsu slashing at her face. He knew that this was one of his teammates, but this girl was asking for it.

Demon Katsu pulls her foot out the crater she made when she missed Soul " I will not let you kill her.... me off that easily." she said blocking the slash to the face with a Ice shield " I am a Ice Demon after all and I also have you right in front of me." Demon Katsu grabs the sword pulling Soul towards her stabbing out with ice claws. Demon Katsu heart makes a loud thud voice stopping her from killing Soul by making her ice claws disappear. Katsu turns back into her regular self losting the marks on her body and the black hair "I'm...I'm sowwie sensei and Soul that I lost control again." She said falling to the ground unconscious with a smile on her face.

"Hmph whatever that squabble was pointless maybe next time she should have control over herself." Soul said sneezing "Sensei Rumiko were the hell is Blair at? I'm freezing my ass off in this weather. I so hate the cold." he said sneezing harder than before. Soul hated Katsu to him she was nothing but a expendable member on the team. Looking at Katsu Soul bites his lip pulling out at XXXL wool jacket covering Katsu up "Geez she is going to be a handful Sensei."

Showing up to training twenty minutes late Grey goes and stands against a tree that was facing away from the wind. Grey looked around to see who was one his team. Apparently to him his team was made up of a young child and a girl who looks to be four years older than him. There was a one foot thing sucking on his neck "You are so delicious that I can't stop drinking from you." The creature said as Grey pulled her from his neck. "Hello there are you by any chance Rumiko if so I am your new student." Grey last name is never put on anything due to having Lilith's last name. Uzume escapes Grey's grip and blinking at Rumiko "Hi there good sir your blood smells good, but doesn't compare to Grey's." Uzume grabs Grey's sword which was wrapped in a red cloth "Remember now Grey don't remove your cross pendant and you also know what Siren said about not using this weapon." Uzume told Grey as she put his sword on a tree branch.

Rumiko watched the two fight with a smug look on his face. This was going to be a long day. How was he going to get this team to be a team when they were already going at each other's throats? He shook his head and looked down at Grey as the kid walked up. "Yeah, I'm Rumiko. You must be Grey." He then moved from the tree and looked at the three. He guessed Blair wasn't showing. "Listen up, you are part of Squad 13, which means being a team, so wake up Katsu so we can get to work. There is training to do." He did not look at all happy with these three. One showing up twenty minutes late, the others coming here and fighting. He didn't need this today.

Katsu gets up looking around at the crater and the ice "Oh no it happened again. So Sensei what training are we doing today?" Katsu asked as she jumped up. Katsu was trying to forget the fact that she just went berserk again. She stood up straight looking at the unhappy man before her who was her Sensei. Hahaha Katsu looks like your Sensei is very unhappy you better hope he doesn't make you sit here in the cold wind thinking about what you guys have done. Also something is off with that guy over there he seems to calm. I hope you have to fight each other in hand-to-hand combat I want to see what kind of skills he have. "Shh lets just hope we make it through today okay?" she whispered to herself. Katsu knew that her demon side was right about Rumiko's attitude at the moment, but as usually it was her fault that they would get in trouble.

Looking at Rumiko he walks forward towards his pissed off Sensei. Digging in his pocket for a note that he was suppose to give his new Sensei. "Here Sensei this letter is for you from my caretaker." he said handing Rumiko the letter and returning to his place. Grey had no idea what was in the letter except the fact that it was probably talking about him. The letter read

Dear Rumiko I will have to inform all people dealing with Grey that he Is not allowed to take that cross pendant off or draw his sword unless he is away from all people that can be harmed. Grey is the child of the demon queen Lilith Mara making his powers unknown to everyone including Myself. So if you would do me this and make sure he doesn't get to anger or he could cause some of his powers to leak out. Thank you in advance.

Rumiko took the note, ignoring Katsu for the moment. He slowly read over it and then sighed. "This is going to be a long day." He shook his head. He didn't know who Lilith Mara was or why she was so important, but this whole demon thing was starting to get on his nerves. "Leave your sword by this tree," he told Grey. He then looked to the group. "Listen up, this is what is going to happen. We're going group training, working on building this mess into a team, and learning our strengths and weakness." He looked to each of them. "I hope you can swim." He started off towards the lake, waving for them to follow. "Today we learn chakra control. If one of you go down, all of you go down, you understand. You're going to be tired together by the arms, so unless you figure out how to balance yourselves, you can kiss those dry clothes goodbye."

Soul eyes widened when Rumiko told them they had to work together "Wait Sensei what about Blair? We surely can't start without her can we?" Soul didn't want to step on the lake due to how cold it was right now. Soul follows Rumiko to the lake and starts to concentrate as hard as he can. Soul concentration being to break when he starts to think about how the new girl and guy was going to mess up and pull him in the water with them."Damn Sensei and his charka control lessons" he said in his mind.

Uzume lays the sword down by the tree next to Rumiko and Grey begins to walk over to the lake "So all we do is focus our charka to our feet." he said calmly focusing his enough chakra to his feet so he can stand on the lake. Grey being to walk on the lake waiting for the others to come on the lake "Look here Grey know exactly what to do. Good job Grey show these chumps how it is down." Uzume cheered from the bank of the lake. Grey ignores Uzume and continues concentrating on his charka. Grey wondered who this Blair person was that Soul was so interested in, but he wasn't going to let that break his focus.

Katsu jumps up and down focusing her chakra to her feet "This will be a walk in the park Sensei!" she said jumping onto the lake holding her balance "See sensei this is easy just like I...." Katsu said before being cut short and falling into the freezing cold lake pulling Soul and Grey in with her "Oh my gosh sensei the water feels great, but my clothes are starting to feel heavy." she said as sinks to the bottom of the lake.

Soul eyes widen when he lose control at the same time Katsu lose control "I'm not letting us go down." he said grabbing Katsu by the hand and pulling out his sword wrapping it around a tree branch. Soul chakra was becoming visible as it traveled into souleater. Soul becomes weak losing his grip on SouEater. Soul hated swimming because he couldn't swim and gets his hand caught in Grey's necklace and holding onto his arm trying to keep from drowning and keeping Katsu from drowning. Soul felt like he was going to die if he couldn't keep a hold on Grey."Dammit I shouldn't have used SoulEater that much." Soul begins to lose his grip on Katsu letting her go and snatching Grey's necklace pendant with him as he sinks to the bottom.

Releasing his chakra from his feet Grey falls into the water grabbing Soul by the shirt and throwing him onto the bank of the lake taking his pendant out of Soul's hand and going for Katsu throwing her out too. "Oh no Grey don't die." Uzume said going over the lake looking for him. Grey starts to swim back up until his foot gets caught in between a rock. Grey just finish putting his pendant back on to his chain before losing consciousness. Uzume flies over to Grey's sword going to unsheathe it until she remembers that he can't use his sword for any reason.

Grey lays under the water with his foot caught in the rock "Is this really how I am going to die." he asked himself as he floated around in the darkness of his conscious until he heard a voice talking to him "Grey you can not let this body die." the voice said before the rocks start to melt releasing Grey from his watery death. His body starts to float to the top of the lake as it starts to give off steam. The lost of his pendant caused the water to heat up.
