Kaoru walked into town. She had needed to pick up some things for her and the family. With her mission coming up and all she would defiantly need new weapons. Just as she was about to enter the shop she heard a crash on the other side. "Huh?" She pushed the door open to see two people with black jackets and red clouds. "Is everything okay?" She asked. She'd never met the Akatsuki.

Halo didn't like the fact that they were doing, but she had to prove to Bat that she was a true Akatsuki. Halo held her sword over her shoulder, looking at the older woman who had just come up and asked if everything was okay. She looked towards Bat with a slightly raised eyebrow, as if to ask 'What do we do with her?' She didn't want to attack this woman without a go ahead, especially since the woman hadn't done anything.

"Don't ask such a ridiculous question," he responded. Bat had already pulled his sword when one of the employees had screamed at him. He was willing to kill this man without any problems. His darker side had already risen. He looked at Halo. "It's simple, do like this." Lifting his hand he sent a dark wave towards Kaoru, before turning on the employee and cutting open his shoulder. The sound of his screams sent chills up Bat's spine. "Show no mercy, Fallen."

Kaoru couldn't believe her eyes. Two children! That's all these two were and they had the place on lock down. She could take two children, right? She stepped back behind the door as the boy sent a wave at her. She pulled a kunai. Should she call this in? She was ANBU, she could do this alone. She was so independent, and if things got too rough, Kami knew to get help. Cringing at the scream of man inside she went back into the store and threw the first kunai at the boy and then the second at the girl before diving behind a rack of weapons. "Get out of here," she screamed to the people inside.

Halo rolled her eyes at Bat's 'demonstration'. "Yeah yeah, I got it," she said, blocking the blue haired girls' kunai with her sword. "And how many times do I have to tell you to stop calling me that!" she called back at him as she went to throw a shuriken between the shelves of weapons where the older woman was hiding, so that it would avoid hitting anything and simply slide right through. Halo really didn't want to do this, but it wasn't like she had a choice. She had to put on an act in order to gain Bat's trust. That was her plan: lose everything to gain revenge on the demon that took everything from her. Halo ran to the side immediately after she threw the kunai, going towards the rack the woman was hiding behind so that she could sneak up on the girl from the side. Halo internally flinched in the screaming from the man Bat had cut, but externally, nothing shown on her face.

Bat cut the man again and watched him drop to the ground shivering in his blood. "Weakling." Kicking him with the toe of his boot Bat looked to Halo. "Get used to being called Fallen. I have taken a liking to it, so I will address you with said name. If you don't like it, well, it doesn't matter because I'm higher than you." He started with a maniacal laugh and drove his blade into the left chest cavity of his victim.

Kaoru couldn't believe these people could be so ruthless. Why were they doing this. "The hell if I should care why they're doing this. I have to stop them." She went to stand but the sound of a kunai caught her attention. She flinched and bit her lip to keep from screaming. She'd have to be more careful. Rolling to the side, only to nearly crash into Halo. "Moon Style: Wolf Blade." A wolf formed in between the two of them and went for Halo, a blade in it's mouth. Quickly moving back the shatter look of horror crossed her face. That boy had driven his blade into that man's chest. The demonic children. They were killing, for what? Kaoru, now angered sent several kunai at Bat. "Who are you two?"

Halo glared at Bat as he told her to get used to it because he'd taken a liking to it. "Just remember, I'm not the only one who got kicked out," she told him, sticking out her tongue before returning her gaze to the blue haired woman, her eyes widening as she saw a wolf with a blade coming at her. W-what the...! she thought, blocking the wolf with her own blade. What kind of wolf wielded a blade! She then took a side step and pulled her blade back before swinging it at the wolf. "Who do you think we are? We're Akatsuki of course!" Halo told the woman as she asked who they were.

"I didn't get kicked out," he told her. "And seeing as though I'm from Hell, it's impossible for me to fall." He smirked as she introduced them. "Getting into the swing of things already?" He asked. He looked down at his whimpering victim. "You humans are weak." He stepped on the man's cut arm. "You whine, cry, and beg." He pressed down harder until the bone snapped. "Mercy is not in my vocabulary." He turned his foot to the side so that the bones grind against each other. "Weak human, your days are over." He swiftly turned his foot, severing the man's arms. The screams were all too enjoyable.

Kaoru could no longer take it. To see this man suffering at the hands of some evil child. "For Christ sake, leave him alone," she begged Bat as he stepped on the man's arm. Her eyes widdened and she felt sick when it was severed. "Demons," she whispered. "That's all you Akatsuki are." Kaoru pulled a kunai. "I'm going to end this right here."

Halo winced at the blue haired woman's first statement. Suddenly she felt horrible, and worse than that, horribly weak. How could she be doing something like this? "Sure you didn't," she responded to Bat. She froze in place, her eyes wide at the ear piercing screams of the man once Bat had severed the mans arm. Her gaze had shot to Bat, her mouth slightly ajar in shock. She didn't think Bat would go so far as to... Killing was one thing, but...to purposely make someone suffer like that. She almost felt tears coming to her eyes, that she was even part of something like this, and on the same side as the demon child doing this.

But before any tears could form, Halo felt a rather odd sensation coming about herself, and suddenly found herself not caring about that man Bat was torturing. Her chakra, though still invisible, gave off a darker feel than moments before. Something about the mans' screams had awoken something in her. That something that Bat had implanted in her the day he'd bit her. The feel of her chakra was easily comparable to Bat's darker side. Halo gave a sigh as Kaoru said that all they were were demons, and took one of the more dangerous of the shurikens off the shelf next to her, throwing it swiftly at Kaoru, after having slashed through the little wolf she'd conjured up. "Go ahead and try, if you haven't noticed...it's two versus one. And my partner here doesn't play nice," she said, with the lightest of smirks, her previous expression completely gone from her demeanor. (bum bum buuummm)

"Sorry to spoil your ideas lady, but I am a demon. The Akatsuki, they aren't even a fourth of what I am." He looked down at the man. "Shut up," he said and kicked him. The screaming was getting old. He glanced at Halo as she seemed to have a dark air about her. "Looks like the demon in her is awakening." He smirked, but it had turned dark, very dark. His darker half was taking over. "Well, well, well, she's got some strength." Bat started to laugh hysterically. Slowly he brought his sword over his head and then slashed downwards on the man. His head rolled off to the side and Bat looked to Kaoru. "Let's play girly." His sane side had gone out the window.

Kaoru felt her breakfast rising as she saw the man's head roll to teh side. She had no words to speak, just anger and fear. She felt Halo's dark chakra and the boy seemed to be having a personality mix up. She resisted the urge to step back. She'd have to go outside in order for Kami to get help though. She grabbed two kunai and prepared to defend herself. Her breathing becoming less than even she waited in the cold silence for someone to make a move.

Bat was tired of waiting. He'd expected Halo to make the first move, but that was fine by him. He moved in a black blur, angling the blade upward he aimed for her rip cage, he was ready to spill some more blood. What was funner than watching those puny human suffer and beg for mercy that would not be given?

(Should I bring in you-know-who now? And no, I'm not talking about Voldemort. I'm talking about someone much, much worse.)

(Lol, No, Not Voldemort! Anyways, of course)

Kaoru held her kunai firm. Just because he had a sword didn't make him all that powerful. He was just a child after all. She was foolish to believe that, for the moment the blade made contact with her blade she had to reinforce her grip, but the impact knocked her back into the shelves. Kaoru coughed and quickly stood up, prepared to take on another attack. Her should bled were one of the weapons had grazed her. This wasn't the best place to be fighting.

Bat grinned wildly. "What's wrong? You were talking a lot only seconds ago. Did the demon get to you?" He asked. His chilling laugh filling up the shop. Slashing away he kept aiming blows at Kaoru. "You'll never see the light of day again." Bat's blade glowed with a green aura. "Nightshade, it's time to collect some souls." He howled. His blade slashing inches from Kaoru's face. He was loosing control of himself. To lose his sanity and be wild. That feeling was brilliant.

For a while, Halo just watched Bat having his fun. That child was just wild. She knew that his darker side was taking over, and that if not controlled it would likely take out the surrounding stores as well. Well, for now all they had to really worry about was this woman. Halo rolled her eyes as Bat asked her what was wrong. "Nothin, just watchin you have your fun Bat," she said with a light smirk. Her sword was propped over her shoulder, but when Bat slashed at Kaoru's face, Halo made her move, aiming a horizontal slice at the blue haired woman's side.

Kaoru couldn't keep up with these attacks. It was getting too much for her to handle. Just as she was about to move away from Bat's blade because it had been slicing her up like a piece of salami, she had to back deeper into the shelf as she saw Halo's blade. It was a bad move though. She should have moved sideways. Then she could have dodged Halo's blow. Falling to the side she curled up in a ball of pain. She had to get help. Crawling to the door she threw a kunai at the window and whistled. It was a warning for Kami to find help.

Kami heard the whistle and immediately set off. Finding Kinaga he flew around the ANBU six times and then started away. Growling as to inform him to follow his lead. Kaoru was in trouble and as a loyal pet of the Kaoru, it was his duty to make sure help was on the way.

Kinaga hadn't exactly been doing much when Kami came, just walking. So when the little dragon came alone, he couldn't help but wonder where Kaoru was. But he knew how ninja pets worked, and when the small dragon flew around him then flew off, he immediately followed, knowing instinctively that Kaoru was in trouble. He pulled out several kunai along the way, realizing that he didn't have his mask with him. Go figure. Oh well, it didn't matter, what mattered now was that he helped his daughter. When he got to the store, he threw the kunai at the two attackers, since they were the only other ones in the store besides Kaoru. Though Kinaga's sense of smell wasn't as keen as his other senses, he could smell the scent of blood thick on the air. What had happened here?

Hurrying over to Kaoru, he helped her up quickly, making sure that she was more behind him, in case one of the two children in front of them tried anything while he was helping her up. "You okay Kaoru?" he asked, his eyes glued to the two in front of him. They were so small; not even ten from what it seemed. At the same time though, something told Kinaga these two weren't human. He had an eye for things like that. He'd taken on a good few people who weren't human before.

Kaoru had started counting how long it was taking for Kami to get back with some help. As she continued to dodge the two blades she felt herself slipping in and out of consciousness. Hurry, please. As if her prayers had been answered two kunai flew towards the two Akatsuki. Kaoru looked up and saw Kinaga. "It's good to see you," she said with a weak smile. Yes, she had ignored his question because she didn't want him worrying about her when there was other things to worry about.

Bat looked at the girl as she failed at avoiding his and Halo's attacks. His blade smashed into the wall above Kaoru's head when the girl moved over. Looking to Halo he grinned. "I thought you were letting me have my fun." He looked to Kaoru and pulled the blade from the wall, ready to make another attack when a kunai grazed his shoulder. "Was that suppose to hurt?" He asked. Swinging his blade he glanced at Halo. "Fallen, let's make this slow and painful for them, shall we?"

Halo shook her head lightly as he said that he thought that she was letting him have his fun. "I didn't say that. I said I was watching you have your fun. And now I'm done watching," she said with a small grin, her demon side clearly still in control. She hadn't expected someone to jump in like the newcomer did, so the kunai just barely missed her side as she stepped to the side to avoid it. This time she didn't react to being called Fallen, instead, just grinned. "Of course. I'll take the girl if you take the guy. Whoever's opponent screams loudest wins. Deal?" she said with a chuckle, making a game out of this.

Oh, she didn't go haywire because he called her Fallen. He was liking this demon side of her. "I like challenges." Bat grinned. "Your opponent is a girl though, they scream eassssily." Bat said with a glimmer of evil intent in his eye. "I accept. Time to play." He dropped his blade to the ground and pulled it across the floor, ripping up the floorboards as he did so. "I'm going to win."

Kinaga couldn't believe his ears. These two, these children, were about to make a game out of this. This was almost sickening. But Kinaga had seen worse. He'd seen a lot in his time as a ninja, and two children like this were close to the top, but not at the top of the list. So the boy was going to be his opponent then. The child would be lucky that Kinaga didn't kill children. Seeing that the boy had a sword, Kinaga pulled his own two swords off his back, having those on today, rather than his violin. He wouldn't say that this would be fun, but it would certainly be interesting.
