The blast had come so suddenly that Satomi never had time to react. The explosion nearest to him knock him against the wall and the one against the back wall knocked him out the window. As he fell to the ground he wasn't able to land properly due to the shock. Once he'd hit the ground he lay there for a moment. He could hear the building crumbling above him, but he was slightly out of it. His head was ringing and his arm was hurt. Shutting his eyes he sat up. The pain came all at once and he turned over and spit up blood. Standing up he picked his scythe up and looked up at the building searching for Deidara. Around him he could hear fighting. There were more Akatsuki in the village. At this rate they would be wiped out, Satomi knew his limit and he knew he couldn't fight Deidara and win, it was impossible.

Kymir screamed when he felt the full weight of Daya on his back. Hitting his hand against the ground he gave up. He couldn't get free. His eyes beginning to close he was near passing out when a slab of brick came crashing down. When Daya jumped back Kymir rolled the opposite way and kept rolling as the slab crashed down. He then forced himself to stand up and prepared for an attck when another peice of wall crashed down on Daya. Kymir didn't feel any remorse for that evil as Akatsuki. He looked around to see where everyone was at. Satomi was on the ground and wasn't looking so great, but what was he starring at. Kymir looked up to the office level. Then he noticed. Where was Deidara at!? He didn't have time to worry though, he had to go help the others. Besides, the ANBU and jonin could help with Deidara.

Asher ran towards Daya as he started to talk but then stopped the moment the building exploded. Blocking his face he turned away when peices started to fall from the building. "Where did that come from?" Then he saw the office. "Sabin I told you to go up there with Satomi! What are you doing?" He then saw another peice come down. "Hey, watch out," he said as he dove out the way. When he could see past the dust he saw Daya get buried underneathe a peice of wall. "Sucks for him." He then looked at Satomi. "Did you kill Deidara yet?"

Deidara walked to the hole in the wall and grinned as he stared down at Satomi. He was going to tear this village down. He looked to Deita. "Show no mercy," he said. Then he looked around for Daya. Just where was the blood craved baffoon at anyway. Looking back to Satomi he jumped down from the building. "Today we take the Death as our own." He then pulled out a wad of clay. "I'll ask you again, surrender, or suffer. I'd preferably like if you chose to fight back like a real ninja and not cower, just yet."

(Wow.....I didn't even realize this much'd happened already)

Deita jumped back from Narcissus and Aoi with a small grin. He didn't mind this so much now that he was getting into it. So far these people couldn't touch him. But he wouldn't bank on that. Deita jumped away from the building as he heard the explosions and saw large stone slabs falling. His eyes widened as he saw one land on Daya. He couldn't really do anything to help him, he wasn't strong enough physically. All he could do for now was hold off the other ninja and destroy stuff and hope that Daya didn't die. Deita looked up at Deidara as he told him to show no mercy and nodded. Deita quickly moved over to the pile of rubble and kicked away the other kid that Dayahad been handling, and, without looking at the rocks, yelled to Daya "Daya, I hope you're still alive in there!" He wouldn't add the part where he wasn't sure if he could take all these ninja on by himself. Swallowing, Deita held his sword firmly and looked around for his next target. Who was closest...Then he saw a guy who seemed to be preoccupied talking to someone else. Fool, he should never turn his back from the enemy during a fight, Deita thought as he charged at Asher and slashed his sword horizonatally at him.

Did you just have a slow moment Deita? JK

Satomi looked at Asher as he asked him if he'd killed Deidara yet. "Far from it," he said. "Gather the rest of the ninja." He said then looked at Deidara as he came down and said he'd be taking the Death Valley. "You can try," he said. He then went into Death Scythe modeInstantly the blade of the scythe turned black and red greek symbols were engraved into the handle. Satomi's entire outfit changed. He was now wearing a red jacket with a black sleeveless shirt and a pair of black pants. Slowly he pulled the scythe back and ran at Deidara. When he was within striking range he lifted the scythe and slashed it down at Deidara.

Daya was still buried underneathe the rubble. That's when he heard some call his name. I kill them, he thought to himself. He then sat up until the slab above him fell backwards. "I'll kill them all," he said. He could see Deita was already attacking someoe. Climbing away from the slabs he looked at the building. "So Deidara's getting serious, looks like we'll be taking this village as our own." Daya looked at all the Death ninja that were present and gave a maniacal laugh. "Ohhh I'm going to enjoy this." He said. He then looked at Kymir. "We were finished," he said and moved towards Kymir. He was going to have fun since it looked like Satomi had been unreasonable. Kneeing Kymir in the stomach he picked him up by the shirt and tossed him into a wall. Daya then grinned when he saw Aoi and Narcissus. "I remember you two, you were the ones from the war. This time I can kill you for real," he said and moved towards them.

(why are you beating up on a five year old you BULLY!)

Kymir blocked Deita's attack on him and then looked at Asher who had his back turned. "Look out," he called. He didn't know Asher's name so he had to get his attention the best way he could. He then turned around when he heard a slab fall. He looked up but it didn't come from above, it came from below. The next thing he knew he was being hit by Daya. Kymir hadn't seen it coming. The impact not the sense out of him and he started to fall into uncounsiousness when he was thrown into the wall. Kymir's head was spinning. How could they win against such a powerful opponent?

(thats what Akatsuki do, get over it)


Deidara looked at Deita. He was all on his lonesome, but that was his problem because Deidara was too busy contemplating how he'd break Satomi. When the little brat wet into his Death Scythe mode and charged him Deidara pulled a kunai and held Satomi's scythe. "Give up, you've already lost." He said. "If you continue this up everyone in this village will be dead by the end of the day. The women, the children, everyone." He said. "Back down ad you'll live, but those who resist will meet their deaths." Deidara pushed foward. "What's it going to be, Death Brat."

(quick question, has it been decided yet whether or not the akatsuki are gonna take the Death for sure?)

Aoi did not like the direction this fight was turning to. She was almost relieved when she saw one of the akatsuki get crushed by a rock, but it didn't last long because a moment later he was up again. He'd taken out Kymir and had turned towards her and Narcissus. Aoi turned to Narcissus. "Same rules as the war, whoever gets the death blow wins," she said jumping back and starting a jutsu as Daya came towards them. Putting her hand to her mouth, Aoi shot out several fireballs at Daya, but this time they had shuriken hidden within them. Fire Style: Pheonix Flower Jutsu!!

(Yes, the Akatsuki are taking over, but don't just give up)

Satomi looked at Deidara. "I'm not going to give this village up. It was entrusted to me so I'm going to protect it," he said. "And I know these ninja will protect this village with their lives. We don't just give in." Satomi then turned with his scythe in hand and went cut Deidara in half. It was a slim chance that he'd cut Deidara in half so he went to kick him as well. They'd still need the rest of their ninja to fight the Akatsuki off, he just hoped Asher made it in time.

Deidara hated this little punk. He just kept trying to hold out. It was clear as day that the Death would be taken over by the Akatsuki in a matter of hours. Pulling a second kunai to block Satomi's scythe he couldn't deflect the kick. He was knocked back into the wall. So the brat still had some fight left in him. Deidara would make sure to make him an example to the others when the take over started. Getting up he threw several kunai at Satomi one by one. Inside were tiny wads of clay. He wanted Satomi to knock them away because when all had been scattered he'd activate them and blow everything up.

Satomi didn't see the wads of clay so he knocked the kunai away. He then ran at the Akatsuki Leader and jumped into the sky. "Ninja Art: Puppet Shadow." A shadow came from Satomi's shadows and went towards Deidara. The shadow turned into a figure and reached out for Deidara. The jutsu was used to distract people. Satomi then pulled his scythe back and slashed it at Deidara.

Sabin looked at his brother then to Satomi. Going in Deidara's direction he threw several kunai at the guy. How did it come to this. He hoped that everyone would be okay, because he could see how deadly Daya was. He'd already taking out Kymir and now he was going for two of the Chuunins. Sabin was an ANBU, he was suppose to be trained for stuff like this and he was not doing well at all. Shaking his head he looked at Asher. "Go do as Satomi told you." He said. He looked at the Chuunin. "Hold off that guy until more help arrives." He then looked at Deita. "I'll take him."

Asher gave a laugh and then looked at the kid who was attacking him. He turned around and backed up. "Man, attacking people from behind, that's just low," he said as he blocked the sword with his kunai. He then looked at Sabin. "What? Why do I have to be the errand boy?" He then pushed Deita away from him. "I'll be back, the Mighty Asher always comes back." He then disappeared and began to round up ninja from all over. Why couldn't they fight three sorry Akatsuki? He could take them on with both hands tied behind his back.

Soul was leaning against a wall on the opposite side of the fight. It seemed like any other day. But when a few ninja came past spreading the woRd of an Akatsuki attack he wasn't sure what to do. Deidara would remember him. But he was part of the Death now and he had to do something about it. Following after the other ninja he stopped when he saw Daya, Deidara, and an Akatsuki he didn't know. Pulling some kunai he aimed them at the kid. He could see an ANBU fighting. "What do you want me to do," he asked.

Deita held his blade against the red haired guy, but wasn't fairing too well since he didn't have that much physical strength. He was almost glad when one of the other ninja told him to back off. As the red haired ninja disappeared, Deita turned to the man who said that he'd take him on. This guy looked so much older than he was. Deita paused as he heard kunai slicing through the air and quickly moved himself to the side. Unfortunately one of the kunai still hit his arm and Deita flinched. He then turned to see a kid about his age. Deita swallowed. This was only his first mission and he wasn't sure if he was gonna make it out alive. For a split second Deita's gaze shot towards Deidara and then turned back to Sabin. He couldn't hesitate or he'd be dead for sure. He didn't go to the akatsuki just so he could die, he went there so he could get stronger, and if he wasn't gonna even try, what was the point? Sticking the point of his sword to the ground, Deita sent a stream of chakra through the ground in Soul's direction and blew it up under him, then ran towards Sabin and slashed his sword at him.

Deidara didn't think Asher would slip off to go find the other shinobi because the guy was a complete idiot. But he didn't have time to deal with that idiot, he had Satomi to destroy. When the Death Kage used a jutsu Deidara backed up. "Explosion," he said when Satomi when to hit him with the scythe. Everywhere the kunai's had hit exploded with a massasive blast. The shock of it would probably distract Satomi, but if not, Deidara had a surprise.

Narcissus pulled a kunai out as Aoi challenged him again. "Yeah, I got it!" He said and ran at Daya. That guy was crazy and Narcisuss wanted him dead. Wiping the kunai at the Akatsuki he ran up the side of a building. "Shadow Shuriken." Narcissus took out some shuriken and threw them at Daya. Each shuriken multiplied.

Sabin moved quickly. He could see that Asher was going his job. Soul had joined the fight. "Help with the shorter one," he said. The moment Deita attacked Soul, Sabin moved. He moved to the genin and picked him up moving him out of the way of the blast then he turned and blocked Deita's sword with a kunai. "This isn't what you want kid. Back off or I'll kill you." He said.

Satomi was about to use the Death Scythe technique but he quickly stopped when he felt the explosions. Turning around he watched as the buildings set ablaze. They'd need ninja specialized in water style to put the fires out. They wouldn't be able to stop it like this. Satomi bowed his head. I always said that in order to protect something that is precious to you. You must be willing to die in order to keep it safe. "It's about time I lived up to those words." Satomi held his sycthe tightly and turned to face Deidara. "Phantom Scythe. His scythe's blade glow a faint grey. This justu was one he'd never dared to use unless he was at his last resort. And it was that time now. Turning the scythe he ran at Deidara and slashed the blade upwards. But instead of it being a single cut, several faint blades followed, but their contacts were solid. Almost like clones.

(The fight is coming to and end now)

The instant Satomi stopped to see the explosions Deidara went towards him. But he stopped Satomi turned and faced him and slashed the scythe at him. Deidara jumped backwards, but something hit him. A second scythe? No, it was like a repeated attack, though Satomi had only slashed down once. Deidara coudln't see the blades, they were too faint. Jumping up onto a building Deidara grinned. "This is it Satomi. The Valley of Death belongs to me now." He looked at Deita and Daya. "Be smart and get out of the way," he said. Deidara pulled out some clay and put his hands together. "Massive Explosion!" Within seconds a massive explosion surrounded the village. It started from the center and then spread outwards like an atomic bomb. Waves of dust and debre flew through the streets and buildings collasped. This was one of Deidara's most powerful attacks. Standing up straight Deidara looked down into the village. "Wonder if anyone's alive down there," he said with a smirk and sat down. A kunai rested in his hand as he waited for the dust to clear. He wanted to see just how much damage he'd done.

Daya moved out the way of the fireballs and then blocked the kunai's from Narcissus. "Ameaturs," he said and flipped over the rest of the fireballs. Just as he landed Deidara told him and Deita to move. "Let's go runt," he said and then started for the exit. He wasn't sure what Deidara had planned. But he was sure it was going to be big. It was confirmed as he existed the gates and a explosion came from the area of their fight. "Nice job Deidara," he said. He waited a few moments before re-entering the village only to see Deidara sitting up on a building. "How's the view up there," he asked with a smirk. He looked around. "I can't see anything down here."

(wow, just blow up the whole freakin village why don't ya...)

Narcissus sent a few more shuriken at Daya. When the Akatsuki backed off Narcissus began to look a bit confused. Was this suppose to be some kind of retreat. It was to be expected seeing as though there was three of them against the entire Death Valley. Narcissus's confidence was quickly wiped away when he saw Deidara's jutsu. There was no way to escape it and he was quickly consumed in the crossfire.

Deidara only shrugged when he saw Daya. "It's not much better from up here." He said. He looked around. "Did Deita get caught in the explosion?" He asked. He was mildly curious. Deita had fought well during the fight. He might not have noticed Deidara was paying attention, but he was. "This dust is becoming a nuisance." It was taking far too long to clear. He was beginning to wonder if Satomi had used it to his advantage to get his ninja out. A retreat, how weak.
