Satomi was nearly at his limit. He wouldn't be able to hold out much longer like this. Sadly his limit would be reached much sooner than expected as he made an effort to gather up his ninja and protect them from Deidara's massive threat. As the explosions set off Satomi went into Death scythe mode and put his ninja together so they wouldn't be scattered by the end of the attack. "Ninja Art: Lucifer's Wraith." A llarge image of a demon surrounded the group of ninja as Satomi's blade turned red. Spinning his scythe he turned the blade downwards and sliced it into the ground. The demon image did the same and a feild surrounded the ninja and exploded outwards to cancel out the shock of the blast, but the attack overpowered Satomi's defenses. When the smoke cleared out Satomi was kneeling on one knee. His breathing shallow. He'd passed his limit. He couldn't move anymore. If anything the Death ninja were on their own.

Kymir had been unconsious for a while after his run in with Daya. But when he was moved from his position he awoke only to find that everyone was in a group and Satomi looked completely worn out. What had happened while he was sleep. Standing up he looked upwards to see Deidara on a building and the village in near ruins! Kymir felt very defenseless. Quickly he looked over the other ninja to see their conditions. They wouldn't just give up would they? That would be...that'd be showing they were weak and couldn't handle a few Akastuki. Where were the reinforcements. Kymir's brain was racing with scenarios on how to win this fight, but deep down he knew it was over. They had lost.

Deidara waited til the smoke cleared. To his disappointment the Death ninja weren't exactly dead... Somehow they'd managed to escape the full blast. No worries though because their leader was looking worn out. Deidara stood up. "Is that all you could handle Satomi. Have you finally given in seeing that your bowing down before me," he said as he jumped down infront of the group. "I think, no scratch that. I will make an example out of you," he said following up with a harsh laugh. "If any ninja wants to take his place feel free, and if you resist I will kill you." He said. "What's it going to be ninja of the Death."

Sabin covered his face as the explosion happened. The moment it blew up he thought he'd be caught in the confusion, but was moved. The attack never came, but then something happened and a wind knocked him over. Debre and dust blocked out his vision as well as filled his throat. After it was over he sat up and coughed. A peice of metal was lodge in his shoulder. Sitting up he looked at Deidara who'd been approaching the group. He could see Kymir in the side of his vision. He was looking panicked. As Deidara started speaking Sabin looked to Satomi and then to Deidara. "If you think we're going to give up just like that then you know nothing of the Death Ninja," he said nearly breathless. Sabin stood up and held his arm which was bleeding badly. "We're the toughest ninjas you'll ever meet, we're fiesty, destructive, and we don't fear death because we live right next to him." Sabin pulled out a kunai. "In other words, this fight isn't over!"

Deita looked at Deidara told them to get out of the way. As Daya ran towards the exit of the village, Deita quickly followed. A moment later Deita heard an explosion and a bunch of crumbling. Deidara'd blown up the entire village! Deita looked in the gates for a few moments, his eyes wide. He didn't realize that Daya had started back in until a second later. Deita quickly tailed after him and looked at Deidara as he sat on the building. As Deidara asked if he got caught in the explosion, Deita shook his head. "No, I'm okay," he yelled up to him, then watched as Deidara jumped down and said he'd make an example of their leader. Deita didn't realize until now just how ruthless his new leader really was. When Deita saw one of the Death ninja start speaking, then pull out a kunai, he pulled his sword off his back and just barely stopped himself from attacking the guy. Deita looked at Deidara for a go-ahead. He wasn't sure if Deidara wanted to kill this man himself, but Deita didn't want this guy trying anything funny. The three akatsuki were in front of a group of Death ninja. If they wanted, a few of them could probably try and attack the three of them. But if that happened, Deita could make the ground under them explode before they could even finish their handsigns.

Sabin looked at Deita. "You think a little peice of metal's going to stop me, hehe, give me a break." He switched the kunai to his good arm. "I didn't make the rank of ANBU by sitting on my ass." Sabin held the kunai infront of him. "If you think you can take me well you've got it all wrong you little punk!" Sabin ran forward, he didn't care that Deidara was standing there, he wasn't about to die as a coward.

Kymir could see the peice of metal wedge into Sabin's shoulder, but the ninja was still getting up to defend his village despite the odds that were staked up against him. Kymir couldn't help but feel a bit of admirance for him. But Sabin couldn't do it alone. He'd need some help in order to put up a resistance and Kymir was going to be that help. "He's right," he said pulling out a kunai and standing up. "We can't just let you take over this village." Kymir whipped the kunai at Deita and then went for Deidara. Jumping at the Akatsuki leader he shifted into his wolf form. His fangs directed towards Deidara's arm.

Deita looked at Sabin as he started speaking again. Then at Kymir as the other kid threw a kunai at him. Since the kunai was faster than Sabin was, Deita deflected it with his sword first, but almost missed his chance to block the kunai Sabin had, but managed to, so that Sabin's kunai clashed with Deita's blade. Deita was no longer feeling very confident. This man was much older than him, and much stronger too. Deita took a step back, and held his blade the best he could. He felt his blade being pushed back easily. Why couldn't these people just know they were defeated? The next chance he got, Deita would show them that they were wrong to continue fighting. He let his chakra flow up to the tip of his blade so that the blade started glowing slightly again.

Sabin didn't approve of a genin going up against the Akatsuki leader, but Kymir was in better shape than he was. Plus he'd already gotten to Deita, so they couldn't just switch. If Kymir was to survive he'd have to be careful and think. Something Sabin rarely did when he was around his brother. Holding Deita's sword he stepped forward to get the kid to move back. When he felt Deita being pushed back and saw the sword glow he kicked the kid in the stomach to push him back further and then sent a kunai in his direction.

Deita nearly fell backwards as Sabin pushed him back, but then flew back, rolling on the ground as Sabin kicked him. Trying not to shake, Deita slowly got himself up, but didn't see the kunai. It hit him in his shoulder. Deita swallowed, then looked at it. His gaze then turned back to Sabin. If he couldn't take Sabin out himself, he'd go after the ones he loved. Quickly Deita put his sword in the ground and let the stream of chakra jet through the ground towards the group of Death ninja that Satomi had gathered to protect before. He'd finish Deidara's job. Since Deita'd used alot of chakra in this particular move, the ground exploded in a larger radius than normal, to engulf the whole group, and it exploded much more violently than normal.

Deidara looked at Sabin. "Nice speech, to bad it won't be worth anything in the next few seeconds," he said. Deidara didn't even watch Sabin attack Deita, the kid could handle himself and Daya was there as support. He had a wolf to deal with. As Kymir went for his arm Deidara brought his arm up and knocked it against Kymir's back so that the kid would crumple to the floor. He then pulled out a kunai. "Ignorant fool."

Kymir smashed to the ground. Dazed he shook his head. His paws scruffed against the ground when he saw that Deidara had pulled a kunai. He didn't want to die like this. Rolling onto his back his shifted back into his human form and quickly made a hand sign. "Ninja Art: Shadow World." A black spot opened and began to spread where Kymir was sitting and then formed into a wall over him and Deidara. When it was pitch black Kymir got up and moved away from the Akatsuki leader and exited the jutsu. It was a real low level technique used to confuse the enemy so that you could escape.

Sabin turned towards the explosion. The sight of it put him in shock. Had the others been killed in the blast, or had Satomi moved them again. Sabin turned at looked at the kid. He lifted his fist and aimed a punch right in Deita's face. He didn't even notice that the fight between Deidara and Kymir had nearly come to a terrifying end. He was just upset that Deita had been a coward and attacked people who weren't able to fight. No point in being surprised though, wasn't that how the Akatsuki usually fought.

Deidara didn't even blink at the puny jutsu. If Kymir though he'd fall for some low level jutsu like that then he deserved to be killed. Deidara was the leader of the Akatsuki, not some clueless genin. Instead of backing out of the jutsu he stepped forward after Kymir and picked the kid up by the neck. Holding a firm grasp he smirked. "Didn't you ever hear the saying don't bite off more than you can chew," he said before punching Kymir in the stomach twice. "Just who the hell do you think I am kid?" He asked as he shook Kymir. "You think I'd lose to some little genin?" He asked while punching Kymir in the top of the head with each word. He then looked back to Deita who'd blown up the area where the Death ninja had been gathered. Looked as if he was finally loosing up. Deidara faced Kymir. "I think I'll make you out of an example instead," he said and smashed Kymir up against the wall of the building. "Yeah, you're the perfect candidate." He said as he kneed Kymir in the stomach. "You're like a little punching bag."

Satomi couldn't protect everyone from Deita' blast. He couldn't even move so he was hit head on by the attack. Laying on the ground nearly motionless he felt as though he'd failed the village. He could no longer protect them from the wraith of the Akatsuki and he couldn't even help them fight against the posing threat. He coughed once and cringed in pain. "Forgive me," he said in no more than a whisper. He could hear Sabin and Kymir continuing to fight. If only he could join them. Only when he heard Deidara speaking to Kymir did he have enough energy to life himself up. The Akatsuki leader was pounding the young genin. Satomi picked up his scythe. "Deidara....put him...down." Satomi lifted his scythe. He'd exhuasted all his chakra, but he'd find some from somewhere in order to stop the death of a child. "I'll do whatever you ask of me. Just let them go," he said breathless. "Just let them go."

Kymir started crawling backwards when Deidara came forward instead of moving back. But the Akatsuki leader was faster than he and he was scooped up of the ground and given a firm beating. With each punk Kymir gasped in pain, wishing for the next to be his last, but the poundings just kept coming until Deidara switched his tactics and started to hit him in the head. Kymir was dazed by the time it was over only to be fully waken up by a knee to his stomach. Kymir screamed and then quickly fell silent. He didn't know how to explain how he felt. His eyes blank he sat there pinned against the wall. Even Satomi's words didn't reach him. Had they, he'd have told him to forget about one life. His was afterall a small life and little knew him by a good repuation. Sacrafice one life and save thousands.

(I'm sorry I'm so late coming into this, I've been having some problems)

Tyson hadn't been with the other Death ninja that had been fighting. He hadn't even gotten word of it. He'd been in his room studying until an explosion set off. Then he ran into the streets to fight that buildings had began falling in the front of the village. "An attack," he wondered racing down the streets only to be knocked down by a second more powerful explosion. This one ran through the village destroying everything. Tyson was caught in the crossfire and nearly crushed beneathe a falling building until he rolled away. When everything cleared people were stuck beneathe fallen walls and stands, children crying for their lost parents. It was a complete mess. "This is an attack, I hope whoever is fighting is okay..." He then started to help the injured.

Narcissus couldn't keep up with everything. There was much fighting going on. Hold could they not be able to handle a few Akatsuki. Then came Deidara's Ultimate attack and everything went black. When he came to there was another explosion. This one didn't come from Deidara though because the guy was pounding on some little genin. These guys were freakin cold. Narcissus sat up and looked around. Satomi was approaching Deidara and the ANBU Sabin was fighting the short Akatsuki. Narcissus then looked towards the group of Death Ninja. How'd they all get in one spot. Everything was blank. Then he remembered. "Aoi!? Aoi!? Where are you, are you okay?"

Deidara dropped his knee and grabbed Kymir by the hair. "You want him, fine, take him." He said tossing Kymir to the side. "He wasn't all that fun anyway." He then smirked. "All that talk any you guys can barely even stand. That's just pathetic." Deidara took a step forward. "Daya, Deita, rounds these guys up and bring them to the Kage's Temple. I want to make a public annoucnement," he said and walked over to Satomi and landed a punch right below his rib cage. "And don't make me wait." He then pulled Satomi up the stairs by the collar of his shirt and stood ontop of the balcony waiting for the villagers to gather.

The first thing she knew, Aoi had gone to attack Daya, then Daya'd blocked hers and Daya's attacks. The next thing that happened was that she was in a group of Death Ninja with an explosion surrounding them. After all the dust and smoke cleared, Aoi felt very faint. She'd never been in such an intense battle before, where her life had been at risk so many times in a row. After the first explosion, Aoi tried to break away from the group, knowing that another explosion of smaller proportions was likely. And she was right because only a few minutes later another explosion came, knocking Aoi back to the ground. She sat there dazed, as some others of her village tried to take on the akatsuki that the whole village couldn't take down. Then she heard someone calling her. She couldn't place the voice at first. At first, she thought it might've been her older brother. After this she knew her family would disprove of her being a ninja more than ever. Then she placed the voice and got up quickly. "Narce?" she said, looking around. When she saw him, she hurried over to him. It seemed that they were kind of a team, even though neither would speak the words aloud. "I'm fine, just a bit dazed, you?" she asked. She hadn't really noticed how concerned he'd sounded moments ago.

Narcissus was glad to see her alright and everything, but they had bigger problems, much bigger. He looked at Deidara as the guy picked up Satomi and drug him up into the Kage Building. Narcissus looked at Aoi. He wasn't sure to attack or what, but just sitting there was dumb. Narcissus clenched his fist. I hate feeling so useless. When Deidara disappeared into the building Narcissus looked at Daya and Deita. Could they fight them off and rescue Satomi? His thoughts were interrupted when he saw Deidara on the balcony. "Did we...did we just officially lose?" He asked, his anger clear in his voice. He wouldn't stand for this, he couldn't. Slowly he started to pull a kunai.

Daya looked at Narcissus. "I wouldn't do that if I were you," he said. "I'd kill you, but I think you'd like to see what happens with your Kage first," he said. He looked at Deita. "Let's not leave Deidara waiting," he said. Daya pointed to Aoi and Narcissus. "Get up, all of you, we have to watch the show," he said. He wanted to see what Deidara planned on doing. He pulled a kunai. "If you don't move someone's going to die," he said and licked his lips.

Kymir, barely consious looked up at them. He could here Daya osmething, but he was far too tired to care. Getting up he started to walk towards where Deidara was standing on the balcony. He gave up, he wouldn't fight a battle that was already over, it was useless. Head bowed he came to a stop near the gathering ninja and refused to look up. He wouldn't, he couldn't see his Kage there, hanging off the side of the balcony by their worst enemy. Where's Kazuya...he's suppose to come in and put an end to this, Kymir thought, forgetting that Kazuya was no older than he.

Satomi didn't fight when Deidara punch him. He just dropped to the ground. He didn't even put up reistance as he was pulled all the way up to the balcony. He could barely see the citizens below him. He was sure that they were injured or maybe even shocked at the scene. Whatever the case he hoped Deidara kept to his word and left them alone. He hadn't given up, but he could no longer fight. He'd used up everything he had and more.

Deidar held Satomi over the balcony and waited til everyone was gathered. "Villagers of the Death Valley, I, Deidara, Leader of the Akatsuki claim this village for the Akatsuki." He said. The shocked gasp from below made him feel all the more invincible. "No long are you run by a Kage, but me. You will do as I say. You will follow whatever orders you are given by my Akatsuki. No longer are you allowed to leave this village. Anyone who resists will be excuted." Deidara eyes glowed with evil. "Your days of freedom...are over."
