Sven kept moving as she talked. The snap of branches behind him made him shudder. "We keep running that's what we do," he said answering her because he had no other way of figuring out how to solve this besides ending the game and surrendering. He stopped when she said there was no way for them to win against the adults with the creature on their side. Sven's head was bowed and his shoudlers were tense. "Liar," he said. "We don't back down from challenges, no matter how high the odds are stacked against us." He slipped off his jacket and looked to where the creature would be coming from. "To stop the creature, we stop the user." He looked down to where Felix was. "That's your target."

Felix looked up, watching the summoning do it's job. The creature moved with ease, tearing down the trees in it's path. He ignored Serenity as she said she hoped he was right. He wasn't always rght, he knew that, but today he was. He then stepped back as a sharpened twig flew past his face. He smirked. "Your worries have just been lifted. Ninja throw kunai, kids throw twigs."

(Okay, I guess Shaira counts, lol, I didn't think of that)

By the time Shaira had looked back in front of her, she nearly fell from the branches when she saw that Sven had stopped. "Wah!" She fell forward on the branch, but a different branch caught her. She swallowed as Sven said that they didn't back down no matter what. Perking up a little, she nodded. "Right." She looked to their "dad" when he said that was her target. "Got it." She wondered briefly what she was gonna do. Just then she had an idea. Putting her hand on the tree quickly, vines sprouted from a root and started shooting its way across the ground towards Felix, aiming to wrap across his leg and pull it out from underneath him. "We won't lose," she said with a small grin looking at Sven. She knew that the creature was still coming, but if this worked, then maybe it would disappear.

Serenity blinked and looked at Felix as she saw something fly past his face. "That...that's definitely your kid," she said with a sigh, relieved that the kids were just playing. But they were playing a dangerous game. She hadn't seen the vine making it's way across the ground towards Felix. But she'd said that it was definitely Felix's kid because...well, Felix had this habit of throwing sharp objects past people's faces as well.

(lmao, Ser is stupid. That's definitly your kid.)

Felix pulled a kunai out. "Be quiet," he said when she made her comment about Sven being his kid. He hoped Serenity didn't start freaking out over the kunai though. He spun the blade and threw it up into the tree. Suddenly he was falling down. "What the-" He smacked against the forest floor. He looked around then down to his leg and pulled a kunai and cut it. He rolled over onto his stomach and got up. "Brat," he mumbled. "The game is on Serenity, you're a player, get playing." He said as he disappeared from where he was at and went into a nearby tree, directing Bone Crusher to follow the children.

Sven grinned as she seemed to toughen up a bit. As he saw Felix hit the ground he grnned even widder. "Loser," he commented and then backed up as the kunai hit the tree infront of him. He pulled it out and looked forward to see Bone Crusher coming their way. The creature was going towards Shai. "Hey bone head, pick on somebody your own size." He snapped as he moved between the two. The creature hit him with force, but he had the kunai to block it. "Shai, remember we're going against a real ninja, it'll take more than that to break his concentration, think bigger!" He flipped over the large creature. Had it had flesh he'd have embedded the kunai into it's back, but that was not possible.

"Yes," she said quietly as she saw Felix hit the ground. She chuckled a bit when she heard Sven say loser. She looked back towards the creature only to see it going towards her. She almost went back, but remembered she was on a tree branch so she couldn't. She was glad though when Sven blocked the thing for her. "Thanks," she said, then nodded when he said that she'd have to think bigger. She could do that. Except, now she didn't know where he was. She looked around at the trees and decided to do something different. She was going to regret doing this later, she knew it, but now wasn't the time for that! Putting her hand on the branch to the tree she was on, a large branch from each of the surrounding trees fell to the ground heavily.

Serenity blinked and looked at Felix as he pulled out a kunai and told her to be quiet. Last time he pulled out a kunai in front of her, he'd attacked her with it. When he pulled it out, her eyes rested on it for a moment and she felt her heart start racing slightly. Her eyes widened as he threw it into the trees. Was he insane!? What the hell was he thinking, throwing a kunai at their children?! That...had almost sounded wrong. She blinked when a vine pulled at his leg and tripped him, knowing that it had been her daughter who'd done that. She sighed as Felix said that she was a player and that she should get in the game. Of course. But if she wanted Shaira to come home this seemed like the only way to do it. She blinked and caught the branch with her air as one of the branches fell from above her.

Sven looked to Shai with a smirk. "Heh, looks like you've got what it takes to be a ninja," he said. The black haired child looked down to see where the adults were. Felix was gone, but that woman seemed to be joining the game. "Your mom manipulates wind?" He asked. "Is so, we've got to stop her. Wind is a powerful element when in the right hands." He jumped over to Shaira's branch. "How should we go about doing this?" He asked.

Felix moved to another branch as the one below him seemed to collaspe. Shaira was powerful as hell. He looked down to Serenity. She was finally starting to see things his way. "They can't hide if there is no cover," he told her with a grin. He then moved to another tree, calling back the summoning. The creature turned away from the children and went to Felix. The silver haired ninja took hold of one of the side bones and let the creature take him high up in the trees. "I spy, a leafless forest."

Shaira looked at Sven as he said that it looked like she had what it took to be a ninja. "Of course I do!" she said proudly. She nodded as she asked that her mom controlled wind. "Yeppers!" she said, but the whole while she talked, her voice stayed low. "But our dad is strong too, which one are we sposed to focus on?" she asked, not minding calling Felix their dad. She just hoped that Sven didn't mind, after all, he had said they could share. She looked at Sven as he asked how they were gonna do this. "Maybe if we make our dad see us then he'll come after us and throw something towards us, but if we're in front of my mom it'll go towards her instead," she said with a small nod, looking at Sven for his reaction.

Serenity looked around for the kids, then looked at Felix as he called the creature to him. Serenity smiled as she had an idea, hoping that the kids weren't up too high. Serenity started walking along the lower part of the forest, blowing a strong wind through the treetops as she went, enough to shake the branches.

Sven didn't think that was a bright idea. What is Serenity got hurt in the process. He shook his head. He had to stop worrying about things like that. "Alright then." He started across the branch but slipped as it shook. He caught on just in time. "Ahhh." He held on as tightly as he could. "A little help here," he said. If they took to long Felix would spot them. Sven hated when plans backfired. "Forget it," he whispered. He closed his eyes. "I'm so stupid..." He slowly started to lift himself up.

Felix looked down. "Found you." He just wasn't sure how he'd do this. Bone Crusher remained in the air as though floating. Felix kept his grip. He saw the trees moving. Serenity must have been doing something. "Hey Serenity," he called down. "Should we cut them a deal?" He asked.

Shaira looked at him as he shook his head. Did that mean no? Her question was answered when he said alright. She went to go stand up, but stopped when she felt a wind, hanging onto the branch so that she didn't slip off. Her eyes widened a little bit when she saw Sven about to slip off. She hurried over to him and helped pull him up after he started pulling himself up slowly, using the vines to help pull him as well. "You okay?" she asked.

Serenity looked up at Felix as he called down to her. She smiled when he asked if they should cut them a deal. "I dunnoo," she said a little sarcastically at first. "Yeah, I guess we can cut them a deal," she said with a small smirk. Yes. This Serenity was very different. Well, Serenity was different whenever she'd had children, but...that different never lasted. This Serenity was permanent. "What'd you have in mind?" she called up to him.

Sven eyes stayed glue to the branch beneath him as she held him up. "Thanks." He clenched his fist and held his pants legs in anger. Play time was over. He looked to Shai. "We're going to make them crash." he said as he stood up. He held his jacket out. "This will blind your mom. Can your vines go high enough to pull dad down?" He asked. "If so then we're going have him fly right to her. Well scream like we're coming for her, so when she pulls the jacket from over her, she'll be ready to attack. She'll take out dad and hopefully Bone Crusher will take her out, if not, heh, we'll take her down."

"Felix stayed put, unaware that these two seven year olds were plotting their downfall. "If they surrender now they won't have to lose as badly. In addition to that we won't punish them. They're just trying to have some fun." He said with a smirk. He looked down. "Feel free to add on."

Shaira's smile turned into a small grin as Sven said that they were gonna make them crash. Now this was gonna be fun! She nodded when he asked her if her vines could reach their dad. "I can make it work," she said with the same small grin. She looked up to make sure that their dad was still in the same spot in the sky as her vines started creeping up the tree in wait. She looked back to Sven. "Alright. I'm ready when you are. Just give the signal," she said with a devious smile.

Serenity looked up at Felix as he said that if they surrendered then they wouldn't punish them. She could live with that. He was right, they were just trying to have fun. They were just kids after all. "No, I think that's good," she told him with a smile. She wasn't so sure that the two would give up so easily though. But then again, kids were unpredictable.

Sven looked up. He nodded. "Go ahead" he told her. "I'll get your mom." The black haired boy dropped down through the trees landing on a low branch he sat there and then got his jacket. "Hey!" He called to Serenity before he tossed the jacket down at her It opened up so that it was blocking her vision. "Now!" He called to Shaira as he jumped down towards Serenity but used a vine to keep himself from actually going to her. He screamed as if he was about to attack her.

Felix shrugged. Well, since she had decided that it was fair enough he started downwards into the trees. "Crush." He whispered to the summoning before he let go and started falling down. It was time to finish this game. Already the sun had began to fall behind the clouds.

Shaira nodded as he told her to go ahead and without hesitation, her vines shot up at Felix and the Bone Crusher. As she saw that Felix had jumped off the creature, the vine split in two, grabbing both Felix and his summoning and pulling them down.

Serenity looked back around as Felix started his assault. She looked up when She heard Sven call her, blinking in shock when something was thrown in front of her face. She heard Sven screaming to come at her and took a step back in preparation, swiping the jacket, not knowing what to expect when she swiped it aside.

Sven landed on a tree branch and watched with a grin at the scence that unfolded. The moment the two smashed into each other was the best fun he'd ever head. He sat back laughing his legs kicking in the air. "Haha, we wiped them out!" He shouted in victory. "TAKE THAT! SVEN AND SHAIRA 1, ADULTS NOTHING!" He stood up and crossed his arms over his chest looking up to Shaira he nodded. From this day on, they were companions.

Felix expect to be pulled down so suddenly. He saw Bone Crusher going down with him and within seconds he was smashing into another body. A bit of dust and confusion and he found himself on his back. "Ow." He blinked and sat up rubbing his back. He was going to be bruised. He looked around. Bone Crusher was nothing but bones that were fading away. He looked around. "Ser?" The silver haired ninja then looked up as Sven was screaming his victory to the word. He gave the tiniest smile. Heh, looks like he did it after all, scratch that they did it.

Shaira grinned and started laughing as well as the two adults crashed into each other, along with the summoning. "Yeah!" she yelled, jumping once on the tree branch in victory, almost losing her balance again. Yeah, she was kinda clumsy, but she'd managed to stay on the branch. One of her vines hanging down from the tree, she grabbed onto it and slid down to the ground quickly, running over to Sven. "Haha, we got'em good!!" she laughed.

This was the last thing she'd expected to happen. When she swiped the jacket from in front of her, the first thing Serenity saw was something flying towards her, but it wasn't Sven. A flash of silver and Serenity had been smashed into, finding herself on the ground. She slowly sat up and rubbed her head. "Ouch...." That had been unexpected. Very. She looked at the kids and gave the lightest chuckle as they started celebrating. "I'm fine," she said with a small chuckle when Felix called her. "You okay?" she asked with a light smile, looking at him, then around, noticing that Bone Crusher was gone. She then blinked, noticing something else. He'd called her Ser again.

Sven jumped down and held his hand out to Shaira as she approached him. "We sure did. Goes to show that we can do anything if we put our minds to it." He looked at his dad with a yawn. He was getting a bit tired. "You know, you're okay for a girl. How about we not only share my dad but be comrades as well." His red eyes shinned, waiting for her to accept. He'd be thoroughly hurt if she rejected his offer.

Felix looked over to Serenity as she answered. "I'm good." He stood up and dusted himself off, stopping when he heard what Sven said. He wouldn't say anything about it, but he didn't think that was such a good idea. Felix didn't like the idea of mixed feelings. He avoided looking at Serenity and went over to Sven. "Good job today. You look tired, it's getting late, and I'm sure dinner is ready by now." He patted Sven's head. "Say goodnight, and exchange numbers if you must but the clock is ticking."

Shaira took his hand without hesitation and with a smile. "And you're okay, for a boy," she giggled. She was just joking, since he'd said it. Her eyes shined with excitement when he said that they could share his dad and be comrades. "Okay!" she said excitedly, no hesitation in her voice. She then looked up at Felix with a smile as he came over, giggling a little as he did. "Awww...." she said when Felix said they had to leave. She looked to her mom hopefully. "Mommy, can I sleep over Sven's??"

Serenity pushed herself up and dusted herself off also. She blinked and looked at Sven and Shaira as Sven said something about sharing Felix as a dad. That idea....didn't strike her as the best one. She smiled lightly and shook the thought from her head, walking over to the kids, looking at Shaira as she asked if she could sleep over Sven's. "Not tonight honey, I gotta give you a bath, and you still have to eat dinner," she said with a light smile as Shaira gave another "Awwww!"

Sven was a bit disappointed that it was time to go. This was the most fun he'd had at the park ever. He smiled at Shai as she commented on him being a boy. Fair enough. He looked up at Serenity as she denied Shai the right to stay over his house. "Don't worry," he said quickly. "Next weekened we can play and then you can come over," he said titled his head to the side a bit. "Right?" He asked. He then started to turn away. "Bye Shaira, and Shaira's mom."

Felix grinned. These two were one of a kind. "Next week,maybe." It all depended. He turned away as well. "See you around," he said waving goodbye. He started to walk along with Sven. Picking the boy up he placed him on his shoulders. Sven grinned, glad to be high up. Felix smirked. He hadn't thought that Serenity and him would ever befriend each other again but now that their kids had a bond, they'd have to get along, for their sake.

Shai smiled as Sven said that she could come over next week, then Felix said maybe. "Cool!!" she said with a smile. "See you next week Sven!!" she called after him as Felix walked away. She then turned to her mom. "Let's go eat dinner, I'm hungry," she giggled. She started to trot away, but then stopped and turned around. "Oh, and bye dad!!" she called after Felix, waving, before turning to start skipping back towards the park, without any thought on the matter.

Serenity smiled and nodded when Sven said that next weekend. "If it's alright with your dad," she told him. "Bye bye Sven," she said with a small wave. "Bye Felix," she said with a smile, then looked at Shaira as she said that they should go home. "Alright hun, let's go," she said, turning to start away, freezing in place when she heard Shaira's comment. She looked down at Shaira, her face a momentary mix of shock and blankness.

Sven giggled as he was lifted into the air. He started to tug at his father's hair. "Mom said you used to have it covering your eyes when she first met you." He annouced. He waved back at Shaira. He said nothing when she called Felix dad. That was fine by him. "She doesn't have a daddy, just a mommy," he replied. "I told her we could share."

Felix came to a stop as well. An icy feeling washed over him. He was not her father, he didn't want to be known as her father either. He looked at Sven as he explained. Felix said nothing, trying to figure out what to say. He couldn't find any words. All that came was bitter and he held them back. Control. "Goodnight," he finally said, still locked in place. Why wasn't he moving. What was he waiting for?

Serenity heard what Sven had said and immediately felt bad. So Shaira really was aware of the fact that her dad was gone, though she hadn't even known him. She looked towards Felix, who wasn't moving, then down at Shaira, kneeling down in front of her. "Sweetie, he's not your daddy," she said. "I think he'd feel a bit funny if you started calling him that," she told Shaira with a small smile.

Shaira stopped as her mom knelt down in front of her, tilting her head a little when she said that Felix wasn't her daddy. "I know that, but Sven said we could share," she said with a bright smile. It faded a bit when she told her that Sven's daddy would feel funny if she called him that. "I don't get it...but okay," she said with a shrug, obviously a bit disappointed.

Felix remained motionless. He was aware of everything going on, but he was sort of out of it. Why did this bother him so much. He adored children, but the thought of Shaira belonging to him with just a name was strange. He had nothing against the child. It was her mother if anything. That was it. That's why he was feeling this way. He couldn't stand having a reason to be caged again. Being a father figure to Shai would be going back to Serenity, and he couldn't have that.

"Dad?" Sven asked, noticing his father was no longer moving. He wondered what was wrong. He looked back at Shaira. The disappointment on her face made him angry. He jumped down from his father's shoulders. "No!" He said to Serenity. "It's not like that!" He had his head bowed. His black hair covering his red eyes as he stood tense. "I told her she could share my dad, and that's a promise!" He looked up, his red eyes blazing. "I don't go back on my promises."

Shaira blinked and looked at Sven as he jumped down from Felix's shoulders and started yelling at her mom. "It's okay Sven, we can still share him, but I just won't call him dad. I don't wanna make him feel funny," she said with a smile. Sure, she was disappointed by the fact that she didn't have anyone to call dad, but...he could be like her dad without her calling him it...couldn't he?

Serenity felt horrible when she saw the disappointment in her daughter's eyes. She really wanted Shaira to have a father, but she knew Felix wouldn't want to be chained to her again. She stood up and looked at Sven as he came over and said that he'd made Shai a promise. It was amazing how close two children could become in a day. And it was even more amazing just how much like Felix Sven really was. "I guess it's up to him then," she said with a small sigh. She didn't want to leave it up to Felix. She expected an absolutely not to come from him. She understood completely of course, but she just didn't want to see her little girl hurt.

He felt like a child again. His blue eyes dark as his back faced the others. This wasn't fair. He didn't want to hurt Sven, but he didn't want to be this childs father because of Serenity. Then again, Shaira needed a father. Why him? Why did he have to go through this. Why did he have to be stuck in the middle. A voice in the back of his head said he didn't. Said he could take Sven and walk away. Eliade was waiting. "She's waiting," he whispered. He turned around and looked at the three of them. His expression was blank. He walked over to Shaira and bent down so that he was afce to face with her. He placed his hand on her head. "Dad's okay," he said ruffling her hair.

Sven shook his head. "It's not okay," he said desperately. He didn't want to see his new friend sad. He looked at his father as he whispered something. "What?" He asked. Forgetting that that was disrespecting. He shook his head as his fatehr approached them. What's wrong with him? He smiled as he said dad was alright. "Toldya," he said feeling confident.

Shaira blinked as she looked up at her mom, then to Felix as her mom said that it was really up to him. She watched as he walked over to her, looking at him curiously as he bent down in front of her. Her expression brightened considerably when he said that she could call him dad. Being the child she was, she didn't see anything wrong with it when she hugged him. "Thank you!" she said smiling before pulling away with a bright smile, her brown eyes shining.

Serenity watched the scene unfold silently. She allowed a small smile to cross her face as Felix walked over to Shaira, bent down in front of her, and told her that calling him dad was alright. She held back a content sigh. "Felix," she said, waiting for him to look at her. 'Thank you,' she mouthed. "We'll see you next weekend," she told him, to make it seem as if she hadn't just called his name for nothing. She didn't want the kids getting suspicious. And Shaira seemed to get even more excited as Serenity said this. She'd have one hell of a time putting that girl to bed tonight.

Felix said nothing as the child hugged him. He just stood up straight and looked at Serenity when she called his name. He nodded. "See you next weekend." He took Sven by the hand and started off not caring whether the child resisted or not. It was late and he just wanted to go home. His life was about to change once more, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.

Sven didn't resist, much. "Bye bye," he called waving before following his dad. "Mom's going to be mad, we're late." He chuckled. He wondered what was for dinner, and even more what Shaira was going to have for dinner. He sighed. "We didn't exchange numbers..."
